Sandwich Harbour Tour
As a nature and tour guide, I advised my group of 15 guests from Europe to take part in a tour with Africas Edge and they have loved the experience of Sandwich Harbour and the Dunes.
We saw amazing landscapes, tried sandboarding, got local knowledge and facts and enjoyed a glass of wine on the dunes. Our drivers were also very competent and helped making it a special experience. This company and their tours definitely deserve 5 stars!

Biggest flop of my trip.
1. Agreement discrepancy.
They did not deliver the service they promised. We paid more for an upgraded open-sided vehicle as they promised they would provide, but they sent us a Landcruiser without a popped-up roof and below industry standards. One day during the Safari, because there was no roof to cover, I got sunstroke and ended the day's trip early.
2. Cover up problems and shirk responsibility.
When we questioned that the vehicle they provided was not what we required, they kept trying to cover it up, telling us that the Landcruiser was the industry standard and that no guest had ever questioned it (with an ironic tone), and requiring us to bear it as there was no other option. However, we were not questioning Landcruiser, but that they did not provide an open-sided vehicle as they promised.
3. Their quotation is more expensive for the same services.
Taking the price we paid as a reference, they did not provide an open-sided vehicle which generally requires an additional $700, therefore, in fact, their quotation was $500 higher than other agencies for the same services. Don’t choose them and save your money！
4. Irresponsible and lazy tour guide.
The tour guide they arranged for us was extremely irresponsible, often driving while making personal phone calls.
Example 1: In Mara, it is 20 kilometers from our hotel to a gate of the park, and it took him 70 minutes to drive us there. Then wandered 2 kilometers near the gate for a whole morning and we saw almost nothing.
Example 2: When we parked just 1 meter away from a lion ready to hunt, he kept talking and laughing loudly. We tried to stop him, but he continued on the phone for 40 minutes. At last, the antelopes were scared away by his voice, and the lion gave up hunting. We missed a great scene that could have happened, which made us very upset.
Example 3: He lacked a basic sense of service and courtesy. Firstly, I want to clarify that we have treated him politely and respectly. However, he didn't share enough information with us, didn't thank us for tips and snacks, interrupted us, and argued loudly with us.
Do not choose this travel agency, they will ruin your trip!!!

Wow! My experience with African Hagyko Safaris was first class in every way!
My wife and I were very pleased with Harrison and African Hagyko Safaris. Harrison was an amazing host and guide. His knowledge about the animals was extensive and he knew right where to take us. His hospitality and attention to detail was first class. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic 4 day family camping safari trip
What a fantastic trip from the start to the end! The communication with Salim went smooth and fast from the start to the end with pick up from the airport and nice breefing the evening before the safari in the hotel. The trip to tarangire, serengeti and Ngorongoro was beautifull! William was our driver and we couldn’t be more happy with him, great mood and showing us all the parks have to offer with the big five as icing on the cake. Our cook Halid was really the best. Our son especially loved the soups and our daughter the fried bananas. The decision to do a camping trip turned out as an excellent choice for us (family of 4 with 2 kids 11 and 17 years old) Thank you!

Fantastically knowledgeable and friendly guide!
I had an amazing experience on my tour with Diana, she taught me a lot about the history of the places we visited in Uganda, had the best suggestions and was super nice! We went on a successful Gorilla trek and had a leisurely stay at the resort near Lake Bunyonyi. Every part of the tour was a 5-star experience.

Couldn’t have been better!!
I went on a small group tour to Masai Mara for three days. Jack our guide was phenomenal. He made sure we saw all the animals, including cheetahs and leopards, close up. He answered our many questions too. We drove to Masai Mara the first day and then spent several hours in the park. The second day we spent the whole day in the park. The third day we visited a Masai village and then drove back to Nairobi. The entire experience was amazing.

Walking tour of the falls
The tour we had with Kuda of the falls was amazing. Kuda himself, what a guy! Full of knowledge and great banter which made the trip even more enjoyable for my girlfriend and I. He was even like a person photographer for us. Still in contact with him even now we're home, legend! We started at the furthest point and work backwards like he recommended and that's certainly the way to do it, unbelievable. 11/10 for our trip!

Pomelo-Ibis have extensive knowledge about the trips and the care about the tourists is excellent

The accommodation plus meals that were arranged for us were good

Kiboko Tours absolutely the best!
We traveled 2200 km across Kenya on an 8 days private and customized tour … such an amazing experience! The team is well organized and took us into the wilderness of the 5 main parks, bringing us to the best view spots to take awesome pics.
In Masai Mara we were able to see the big 5 in the first 3 hours of game drive!!!
Absolutely recommended, super friendly and reliable!
