Attentive to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction as number one priority
We used Morning Star Tours & Travel for our recent 7 day safari experience. We provided Dennis at a high level what we were looking for and the dates that we were looking at. Dennis arranged everything for us including all the lodges and even spoke to all the lodges and camps of our dietary requirements. Morning Star sent us a detailed itinerary to review which details all the activities each day and the meal plan. Their communication during both arranging the safari, during and after was excellent. Nothing was too much for them.
At the start of the safari, Dennis personally came to meet us at the hotel we were staying to ensure any final questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the driver. Our safari covered both Kenya and Tanzania so we had a driver in Kenya and a different on in Tanzania. Both drivers were chatty and made us feel comfortable with them. Their knowledge of the area and the national parks were immense and they would give us great insight.
We had to cross the Kenya/Tanzania border and we were not too sure of the process but the drivers made sure they stayed with us throughout the process and only left once they handed us to the next driver.
Safari holidays are not cheap for the service we received from Morning Star, the reliability of the company, their attentiveness, the quality of the lodges and camp we stayed at, it was great value for money.
We did a private tour (4 of us) rather than a group tour which allowed the tour to be flexible each day and I would that if you are prepared to pay a little more, do a private tour rather than the group tour (just so you can decide the pace and have that personal experience).
We wouldn't hesitate booking via Morning Star Tours & Travel next time and highly recommend them.

Really good, reliable tour operator
Karibu safaris communicated really fast on both email and their website chatbot. I booked the 3 days Masai Mara safari with the Jambo Mara lodge and for sure got value for money. The lodge was a bit outdated but not too bad as you mainly go for the safari and the animals. Our driver was Anthony, he was always on time and got us to see a lot of animals. He knew what to do and where to go. He took good care of our group. If i have to give 1 negative comment it would be the Masai village you visit, as you get there and are welcomed but suddenly are asked to pay KSH 1500 per person to the Masai for the tour in their village, this is not informed upfront. Overall a great experience of a lifetime and will for sure come back!

We have here and there always some issues as its first time traveling in Kenya.
But staffs from wildebeest are always by our side to hear our voice.
Had great memories about the animals!
Recommend that everyone oder earlier and choose hotels inside the park!

Professional and responsive tour operator in Kenya
During our communication with Kameraz of Afrika, Carol gave us lots of advices which are very helpful. She always responded swiftly and her recommended hotels were excellent. Our driver is very experienced with more than 15 years of safari tour, and he is very good at finding animals. The quotation given by Carol is reasonable, with good value for money. We enjoyed our safari tour, and would highly recommend it to those who visit Kenya.

A Memorable Safari with My Family!
My husband, daughter, and I had a truly great time on our last family safari vacation. Unlike how most people do their safaris, we decided to start ours in the afternoon and drove to Lake Manyara National Park for an evening game drive. The park was just so quiet and beautiful. Our driver (Collins) even drove us to the hot springs because it was something I really wanted to see.
After the game drive, we headed to Karatu and lodged at Farm of Dreams. The lodge was nice and cozy. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Just the perfect place to relax and unwind from a safari. My daughter even made new friends for the short time we spent in the lodge.
At 5:30 am the next day, we headed to Ngorongoro for an early morning game drive, as Deo suggested. Well, he was right. We got to see loads of animals, but the highlight of our trip to this park was when Collins got a hint from his fellow guide, who had spotted a rhino. He then rushed to that exact location, and OMG, that was the best safari moment EVER!
After all that game driving in the crater, we had brunch and headed back to Farm of Dreams, where we spent the rest of the day swimming and just having a great time. I even got to become friends with the lodge manager and owner (Irene); she’s just amazing!
We then checked out the following afternoon and slowly drove to Tarangire National Park for our last holiday game drive. Now, this park is so special to me. It brought back memories of when I was a little girl and how my dad used to drive us there. I even remember getting chased by a bull elephant on one occasion (one of the scariest days of my life)! Men, Tarangire will always be a special place for me.
After our evening game drive, we headed to Arusha and ended our almost 3-day safari.

Incredible Experience with ZAFS, highly recommend them for your Tanzania Trip!
We did a 12 nights day trip that included across 6 nights in North & Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park; 2 nights in transit (Dar Es Salam and Arusha) and 4 nights in Zanzibar. The experience was very comfortable from the first interaction itself - Huzeifa made time over multiple calls to understand our expectations and then help plan the trip; instead of sending us a templatised itinerary and force fitting our plans around it. He never really tried to “sell” us anything, except maybe the fact that Tanzania will blow our mind, and blow it did :) . He never pushed anything and was flexible to even let us manage our own hotel accommodation when we didn’t like any of the options he sent. While we were apprehensive about how the whole safari experience would be, the trip was super comfortable - the accommodations were great, our driver Kefa was fantastic (do ask for him if you’re planning a trip!) and the safari vehicle was absolutely top notch. The ZAFS team was very accommodative of our requests (leaving late or early, but mostly coming back late; food requests, etc.) and took extra care to ensure each aspect of the trip worked like clockwork. We even had Huzeifa himself check-in on us almost every day to ensure everything was going all right, even when we were on our own in Zanzibar. Our pick ups were always on time and all the people we interacted were warm and very friendly. Overall, very impressed with the level of service from the team and will highly recommend planning a safari with them. I’m definitely going back to Tanzania with them, this time with my whole family!
