We highly recommend kiwoitoafricasafaris.com. We booked a Safari with this agency in the end of August 2022 in 4 reserves with two children aged 4 and 7. The service was splendid! The driver / guide Senyaeli was adorable, took care of everything we needed (including beers, wine and snacks for the children in the car) and thoroughly explained about animals and plants and everything we wanted to know about the life in Tanzania. The quote we received was significantly cheeper in comparison with what we got from 2 other agencies. The lodges that Kiwoito booked for us were also excellent. In the end of the Safari we had to catch a flight to Zanzibar, but it was delayed in the last moment by 5 hours. The owner, Charles, hosted us in his home and gave us a room to rest before driving us to the shuttle for the airport. Way beyond expectations for safari as well as exceptional communication with company at all times
I hesitated with taking a 14 day safari as people were telling me that was a long time, however I very much disagree. The trip was outstanding. At 72 years old, traveling solo and well traveled,this trip moves to the top of the list. The uniqueness of each park, the different experiences with guides, fellow travelers and staff personal was professional yet so very personal, something lost in our modern world.
Diana from Venture was there at all times while planning and during my time in Kenya. I arrived in NBO while my luggage went to DOH, she worked diligently in getting my luggage and delivering ASAP.
People changed on the tour but for the most part in Kenya my guide was Simon, also exceptional.
In Tanzania, George from Adventure was also there to make life easy. You were guided through border crossing and my guide for the Tanzanian part, William was also flexible, knowledgeable and very concerned about your experience. Issac our great cook was also not only exceptional in preparing great meals but personable as well.
Go with the flow, marvel at the bumpy roads, especially in Tanzania, and the rustic accommodations, focus on all the beauty that surrounds you and you will have an amazing time.

The beauty of Zimbabwe was a revelation to me and with no visa required , easy, quick and cheap access and top class accommodation it really is worth a visit.Vic Falls leaves one breathless and a helicopter flight over the Falls is highly recommended. Hideways Nantwich Lodge is close to the airport and is steeped in history .The outlook over the dam is magnificent and a natural magnet for the large elephants herds and numerous specie of other wildlife. I only stayed for one night which I thoroughly enjoyed but will be back for more next year.

Informative and helpful
Our drivers were happy to tell us facts about the animals we saw on our safaris. We felt safe, and the tour ran smoothly. Masai Mara was beautiful, and I’m happy they shared it with us. Excellent service as well, they allow you to charge your phone if needed. And the car has good leg space :)

The first thing is the good organization, I booked directly through them via Whatsapp and everything was in order. When you get off a plane in Africa after a long flight, you just want to see your name on a sign on the
Departures area... and there was that sign. From the airport to the Arusha Hotel for the first and last night.
I will say about this Hotel that it is the only one in the area that was left with electricity after a total blackout in the city. We were the only ones. The whole city in the dark except us.
As for the Safari, everything a child dreams of seeing animals, you have it... amazing. We did 3 days and enough, there are many hours of cars that take their toll. In Serengeti we sleep in a place that is a dream come true… just like in Ngorongoro. I advise paying a little more to sleep in a better place, it is appreciated after the jeep beatings.
