Excellent Experience
5/5

I was part of a large group and the tour guides were excellent in ensuring that we all had a memorable experience. I have wanted to go on a safari for a long time and Afrishare made it a very positive and memorable experience. The meals they served were excellent with more than enough food. The vehicles were comfortable and made it easy to see the animals. And we did see an abundance of animals. This was an experience I won't forget.

Reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and fun! The best guide you could hope for.
5/5

Our two-week journey through Uganda was an absolute joy, all thanks to our incredible tour guide, Dan. He was kind, funny, and trustworthy, making everything run seamlessly. His passion for Uganda's wonders and his deep knowledge enriched our experience every day. Thanks to Dan we laughed a lot, learned so much, and felt truly cared for. He went above and beyond, and we can't recommend him enough.

I can't express enough gratitude to Dan. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone considering a journey to Uganda. Thanks to him, our adventure was nothing short of magical. In a world where travel experiences can sometimes be unpredictable, Dan was a constant source of reliability and reassurance. We always felt safe and well-cared for, and his warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were exploring Uganda with an old friend. His kindness, easygoing nature, sense of humor, and unwavering trustworthiness made every moment of our trip an absolute delight. He took care of every detail, from accommodations to transportation, allowing us to focus solely on soaking in the wonders of Uganda. He was, without a doubt, the best guide we could have hoped for!!!!

Thank you so much for everything Dan!!

Out of This World Safari Experience with Seven by Far
5/5

My husband and I just finished the vacation of a lifetime going on Safari in Kenya and Tanzania including a visit to Zanzibar with the company Seven by Far. I can’t say enough about how outstanding our experience was. I had contacted several safari companies through safaribookings.com. I received several proposals for itineraries visiting different parks. Seven by Far stood out from the rest with a more detailed explanation of the safari. The proposal included the lodges and hotels and how many nights with links to see the lodgings and the national parks. It included a price quote and detailed exactly what was included. When I had questions Sylvester responded in a timely manner addressing all of my issues. It was explained to me this was a private tour, so just my husband and myself which I didn’t realize. Sylvester detailed how long a drive between each park and exactly each game drive. I felt we had more than enough positive feedback and information to make the decision to choose Seven by Far. We had to postpone our trip for a year due to my health issues and that was never a problem.

Our plane arrived at 3:00 am in the very early morning to Nairobi and we had our representative from Seven by Far waiting for us to drive us to our hotel. It was a beautiful hotel and we were told Sylvester would meet us in the morning for our safari briefing. We felt we were in good hands. Sylvester came with Sylvia to go over our plans and revamp some changes as I had booked more days before flying home. Sylvester was accommodating and added Tanzania to our safari. It was originally only Kenya. He also added Zanzibar for a relaxing beach stay at the end. We were set to leave the next day. He sent over the best new itinerary and came the next day with our guide Hassan. They went over everything! We were soon off on the most amazing experience. Hassan was a knowledgeable guide with a genuine love for the animals and he was a world of knowledge so we were seeing animals and learning so much. Everyday was unbelievable! I can’t put into words how amazing each day was. We got to know Hassan and believed we had the best guide ever! Our time had to come to an end with Hassan as we were to get a new guide for Tanzania. It seemed a little sad but from the start Abel took over in Tanzania and we know we had another amazing guide with a totally different personality and a passion for the animals and showing them to us. The guide you get makes all the difference in the world. Both our guides were excellent drivers and passionate about their work. Each had their own style and personality and a world of knowledge.

Each day proved we had made the best decision going with Sylvester and his company Seven by Far. The game drives were amazing with lots of animal sightings. A representative of Seven by Far met us after our flight to transport us to our Zanzibar hotel. We had a relaxing four days there then flew back to Nairobi for our flight home however we had one more day and Sylvester planned the last day with visits to the Giraffe Center, lunch at Carnivore Restaurant, and a visit to the Karen Blixen Museum. Sylvester met us at Carnivore and it felt like a wonderful send off from our out of this world, over the top experience. We loved our guide the last day. We had so much fun with him and he took good care of us and getting us to the airport for the flight home. It felt like saying goodbye to family! Our safari was 15 days and we had a day at the beginning in Nairobi, 4 days at the beach in Zanzibar, and a day at the end in Nairobi for a total of 21 days and Sylvester planned it all.

The best team for our Kilimanjaro climb
5/5

We spent 6 days climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, Through Machame route, and thanks to our amazing team, we made it to the top and have the best memories ever!
Our guides, Wiliam and Sebastian were fantastic, always wanting to learn more and we talked about everything, learn a lot about the country, the mountain, the plants and the people.
Our chef Gabriel was really good and it's impressive to see what he and his assistant chef Furaha could do in their camp kitchen.
We had an amazing waiter, Baraka (or Boka for friends..) who always made sure we had everything we needed when at the camp.
Our summit porter Zeno was so strong, he was carrying a big bag to the summit in case something happened and with hot tea and snacks for the summit! He also was in charge of our toilets (because yes, it's pretty fancy and you'll get a little tent for your private toilets!)
The 7 other people in our team were the porters. They are heroes to us because they can carry up to 20kg from the company, plus their own backpacks! It is not an easy climb and they make it through the craziest paths. So thank you for your smiles and life stories!
Honestly, the best (and maybe hardest but hey, if it was too easy there would be no fun) experience or our lifes, mostly thanks to the team.
One Team One Dream, Non Stop to the Top!

We loved the experience. the park was exciting, the wildlife impressive, and our guide outstanding. The best part of the trip was meeting the people, particularly the Masai people, and learning about their lives and culture. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone and everyone.

Kenya, safari and beach with Reny Safari: nature at its best
Overall rating
5/5

This was our first safari, and it was an amazing experience.
We are a family of 4 (adults and teenagers) We spent 2 weeks in Kenya, of which 12 days Safari and 3 days at the beach. The balance was perfect.
Reny Safaris - Japheth - helped us to select the itinerary and lodges, which is not easy because the parcs are so big and drive time umpredictable. We visited Masai Mara - our preferred - Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha, Tsavo East (spectacular). Every drive had its own charm, there is not one I would take out of the list.
Our driver George was the unexpected « plus » who made the trip really special. He helped us to spot the big 5, appreciate nature, disconnect from our usual lifestyle.
Finally, we spent 3 days in Diani beach. The resort was well equiped, spatious, and direct access to the most beautiful beach . White sand, turquoise water and very few people.
We finished the trip having the feeling that this was an extraordinary experience.

My family and I had the privilege of staying in the tents at Kichwa Tempo at Masai Mara. Our guide Stephen was knowledgeable and was a lot of fun to spend time with out looking for wildlife. We went during the migration and saw all of the big five plus many other amazing animals. We also stayed at the Jahazi House on Lamu Island and had an incredible stay. The house is fully staffed and has a world class chef. Overall this trip was one of the best experiences may family has ever had. Love Kenya ❤️

Tanzania was a great experience. Plenty of wildlife, the great migration and the beautiful scenery made our trip one that we will never forget. It's definitely one of the best, if not the best place to go on a Safari.
