Great, trustworth and reliable tour operator with a lot of knowledge and a great driver/guide.
Wow, this Safari was just the best vacation we ever had. The tour operator was simply awesome. We had the best car of all Safari Guides. Most of them were drivong Toyota Landcruiser bit Safari by Z has original Landrover. And we really knew the difference. Once our driver even tore a safari car that was stuck in the mud oht of there. None of the other landcruiser cars could do it. Our driver and guide, Fadhili, was such a good driver, even on the rough african roads (we called it free african massage) he managed to driver very well and we always felt safe in the car and with him. He told us a lot about the landscapes and all the animals. We started with Tarangire, where we already saw a lot of different animals, then we stayed in Karatu in the Pamoja Lodge. The staff there was sooo nice and everything from the room, to the food, fireplace, pool was just perfect. Then the two days in Serengeti were just wow! The landscapes was so different every mile and Fadhili told us so much about it. He spotted so many animals that we could never have seen on our own. We saw so many lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, wildhogs, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes……ALL of the animals you could think of. Our highlight were the lepard, who walked besides our car, the cheetahs, who were very difficult to find, but Fadhili did it and the baby lions. Also the Pamoja Serengeti Luxury Camp was simply the best accomodation we could imagine. The staff, the tent, the food, everyone was so nice and everything was perfect. After Serengeti we went to Ngorongoro which was also very impressive. We saw the last of the big five, the rhino. So our safari was perfect. We can only recommend booking with Safari by Z!!! After the safari we stayed in the Z Hotel on Zanzibar, which was the perfect relaxing ending to our dream vacation. Thanks to Gladys who managed our trip so very well, thanks to Fadhili who showed us the wildlife in the best ways possible and thanks to the whope staff of Safari by Z and the Z Hotel, for making this vacation truly a dream come true!!!

Stephen Minah with Sunup was excellent!
My tour of Amboseli National Park was memorable in so many ways. Our tour guide, Stephen Minah was caring, knowledgeable, considerate and present to us throughout. He is a credit to Sunup and to the whole of Kenya. His perspective was: "Expect more of the visit," which was something I had not thought of in that way. I have no complaints of my visit whatsoever, and my expectations were met and exceeded. The tour was worth every penny we spent on it, the lodge accommodations quite luxurious and the whole experience memorable. I have come away with an even stronger regard for the urgent need to protect our environment and our planet because of Amboseli's protection of complex ecosystems of life. Thank you!

Worry free safari!
I had an incredible experience planning my Zimbabwe and Botswana safari with Chloe and Off2Africa. Chloe was communicative and flexible, offering lots of options and and suggestions until we landed on the perfect itinerary for me. As a solo traveler I had tons of questions and Chloe answered them all in a timely and reassuring manner, no matter how big or small my concern was! I particularly appreciated that she was able to plan out all of my flights and transfers between locations. Once I landed in Victoria Falls I didn't have to worry about how I would get across the border to Botswana or transfer from camp to camp. All of the accomodations and game viewing activities were exceptional as well! When you're a solo female traveler having a tour operator that values your comfort and opinions means the world and I always felt that Chloe listened to me and had my best interest in mind. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience!

Well organised
I found Forche Tours from a TripAdvisor post raving about their experience and now we understand why. Everything was arranged via emails and WhatsApp, Fortune organised our helicopter tour and sunset/dinner cruise and communicated every step of the way. Would highly recommend Forche Tours to anyone visiting Zimbabwe

Trustworthy operator with good prices
We had a very good experience with the Sunnycreek Safaris! The communication was very clear and fast, and everything went smoothly with the booking. The driver came on time to pick us for the safari from our hotel (I’ve had experiences where we’ve waited for hours for the driver..) so this was very nice.
We saw all the animals we wanted and our guide Isaac was very experienced and a nice person.
Overall very good experience and I think the price was very much worthy of the experience. I would totally recommend Sunnycreek Safaris!

Amazing safari!
We had an amazinf safari with Spirit of Kenya. Tiago was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the whole booking process. The actual safari was fantastic and our guide, Simon, was amazing. With his 27 years of experience, we were in great hands :) We saw more than I ever could have imagined. The accommodation was also lovely and we appreciated that Spirit of Kenya books that for, which minimized logistics on our end. Would love to come back!

Superb Safari Experience!
I am currently writing this review in the airport after having spent an incredible week in Kenya with Eagle Eye Safaris (because I'm in denial that the trip is over).
This was my first time on safari, and I truly had no idea what to expect on this adventure of a lifetime.
Karen and Ernest were remarkable in showing us around Kenya and especially taking us to the Great Migration of Wildebeest on the Massi Mara. They were able to get us INCREDIBLE viewing spots to watch the migration and really ensured that we had the best experience possible.
Over the course of our five-day safari, we were able to see multiple lions, hyena, giraffe, elephants, many different kinds of birds, crocodiles, impalas, leopards, buffalo, and so much more. Honestly, I had no idea that we would be able to see even a few of those animals let alone all of the big five. And their knowledge of animals was astounding. They had an answer for almost every question we had and if they didn’t know, they quickly found the answer for us.
The other bonus was the photography! Ernest and Karen are terrific photographers, and even though I am no photographer myself, they were able to give me tips and tricks for my iPhone to take better shots. My father, along with some others on the trip, were practicing using their professional cameras, and I was very impressed with the expertise and information that was given to our group to improve their photography...it made me want to bring a professional camera for the next safari!
The safari lodges that we stayed in were fantastic...the Lake Nakuru lodge and Pride Inn...I felt very taken care of...and especially after a long day of being on a game drive, there is nothing better than coming back to a comfortable place to stay. And great food as well!
The dynamic of the group was terrific...everyone got along so well and Karen and Ernest really took their time to get to know us all and spend time with us, sharing their knowledge and experiences of Africa as well as listening to our own stories.
This was absolutely a trip I will never forget and I am so glad that we were able to experience this with Eagle Eye Safaris. Not only did we make new memories, but we made new friends

An unforgettable safari experience!
I went on a 4 days safari (group joining) with my wife for our honeymoon.
We booked the safari one day before the big day and we had no stress thanks to Mediane and Noel.
These two gentlemen inspire confidence and are very good at communicating, everything is clear and detailed.
Noel picked us up after midnight at Kilimanjaro airport and took us to a more than decent hotel in Arusha for the night.
Day 1 and 2
The next morning, after the delicious breakfast included, we boarded the Toyota LandCruiser, typical of safaris, comfortable, fully equipped, with wifi.
We met our driver/guide, Dalu, and our chef for the stay, Donald.
The guide was very good, smiling, welcoming and funny. The chef was incredible, we had dinners worthy of the best Tanzanian restaurants, he is professional and attentive, eager to please, you will eat well with him.
We started with a long day drive to the Serengeti National Park.
What to say about this park? The most beautiful experience of my life! The fauna and flora are fascinating and present in mass, we had the chance to see the Big 5 very quickly.
We slept in the campsites with tents, mattresses and sleeping bags provided by African Chitah, everything was clean and we could sleep very comfortably!
Beware of the cold at night, and the toilets/showers welcoming almost a hundred people per night.
Day 3: Ngorongoro National Park.
Magnificent crater and totally different flora, since we are closer to the jungle, the animals are not afraid and approach the cars.
Day 4.
Tarangire National Park.
This park allowed us to see elephants and giraffes even closer. But to be transparent, having seen so much in other parks, this one was less impressive.
The return trip was done in a very professional way.
Noel picked us up and brought us back to Arusha to spend the night at the hotel before the big return to France...
My wife absolutely wanted to buy fruits/vegetables in a local market before leaving and Noel was happy to drive us there, to advise us, to negotiate with us (even advancing us some money!)
To conclude, these guys are really professional, eager to provide the best experience possible and concerned about their reputation.
Special mention to Noel who made us travel with his energy and his smile, telling us lots of stories about the animals / tribes / the region.
We will definitely come back to them!
Thank you African Chitah

Experienced, responsive and honest
My husband and I recently went on a safari organized by Into Adventure Safaris and visited Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Oldepai Gorge and Amboseli. Ben, our guide, was very responsive and accountable. The tour operator was flexible on our choice of accommodations and tried to secure the hotels we requested. I have a gluten allergy and Ben was always very careful to convey this to any hotel we went to and made sure I could eat safely. All our hotels were really nice (except for one, but had changed management recently). It was one in a life time adventure. We enjoyed our journey very much. Benson, our guide, was professional, had excellent interpersonal skills, very knowledgeable of flora and fauna. Benson could recognize any birds and was patient to answer all questions. Ben certainly loves his job and loves to explore the savannah. Robert was our guide in Tanzania and was really sweet and attentive. Are you ready for your next adventure? Hold on tight, as this is definitely the start of a good one!

Excellent service from Edith at Kenya Safari Arcade.
Edith was brilliant, having been to Kenya many times before I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Edith was great at offering advice and alternatives if she thought my itinerary could be improved. Value for money was important and I really think you would be hard pressed to find better. We had a wonderful holiday in the Mara although June is probably not the best time to go as the grass is so long and the animals have plenty of cover to hide in. I would recommend Keekorok Lodge for accommodation and will definitely use Kenya Safari Arcade for our next holiday.
