We had a wonderful 4 days safari tour with Max and Salim from Suricata Safaris. Everything went smooth, the food and accommodation was amazing and we saw a lot of animals.

Really well-organised, responsive, friendly and helpful operator
We booked an 8-day tour with Divulge Adventures - climbing Mount Kenya, then visiting Ol Pejeta, Lake Naivasha and the Masai Mara. It was an incredible experience and very well organised. We contacted a few operators for the holiday and Divulge Adventures were by far the most responsive. They tried to get to know us, offered a lot of help and were very well-organised. For the hiking part, we provided with a good amount of equipment and the team who came with us on the ground were absolutely fantastic. For the safari part, our guide really tried to allow us to have a good time which is much appreciated. Overall, all of the different parts of the tour were well connected and the communication was great. I would really recommend this operator.

Very informed and amusing character with an immense knowledge of wild life.
Firstly, David has a great sense of fun - you will enjoy much laughter, and you will hear hyenas laughing too! You will see beauty in every direction; from kingfishers on the river banks, to lion families lazing on the rocks.

David knows the terrain, he knows the natural habitat of every animal. David can identify from the tracks, which animals had been passing by earlier. His eyes are always searching for signs of movement in the bush or the trees. David will tell you which seasons are best to see certain animals, which safari books to recommend. You will enjoy the beauty of kingfishers making their nests on the river banks, baby elephants out walking with their mothers, lions lying under the ledges of the cliffs, at rest (for the moment...), and he is skilled at slowing the Land Rover down, keeping it quiet, so that you can hear all the sounds of life around you.

Fantastic 2 day Nyerere safari
As a solo traveler I was a bit nervous that there would not be options available to me (especially at a reasonable price) but huge shoutout to Winnie who held my hand through the process including when some flight issues meant I had to shorten from 3 days to 2. Isaya was an amazing guide as others have noted and we made the most of the shortened time. Would note that drive to Nyerere from Dar was only around 4 hours each way as I saw some sources mentioning a much longer transit time. The road isn’t great but wasn’t as bad as I had feared.

Professional, flexible, excellent communication
Myself and a friend took a day tour to Hells Gate NP and Lake Naivasha with Moran tours. I chose Moran as the company was recommended by an acquaintance and I would now recommend to others. Both Moses and Daniel our guide were friendly, professional and accommodating. Communication was excellent. We had a fantastic day. The boat ride on Lake Naivasha and the walk on Crescent Island were the highlights. The bird life on the lake was fantastic, the guides were very knowledgeable, and Crescent Island was amazing, to be able to walk amongst zebra and giraffes was a dream. Beware that you need to pay the $30 fee for crescent island in cash, you cannot pay by card. The cycle in Hells Gate was cool but quite hard work, particularly on the way back (but that may be because we arrived late so only had 2 hours). Overall it was a great day and I would recommend.

Amazing 5 day experience with Suricata!
With my partner we had an amazing experience with Suricata. We did 5 days. From the first moment, we were impressed by their exceptional service, delicious food and impeccable punctuality.
Ezekiel, our guide, was a genius, his passion and knowledge of wildlife left us in awe every step of the way. They met all our expectations and more.
In addition, we are grateful for the assistance they gave us in obtaining the visa to enter Tanzania, which made our trip even more hassle free. Thank you Halimaat for being so attentive and helpful!
We highly recommend Suricata to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure with great service.

During the trip went everything very well: good guide and with the transfers was everything perfect.
Realize that doing a Safari trip is very exhausted.this because you make much much kilometers and in the National Park you wiggle in the Jeep for many many hours , after Three Days you get enough .This advice for making your own Journey.

Extremely friendly, helpful and well-organised.
The tour to Biwindi Forest was extremely well organised. Everything went exactly as had been suggested. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It all meant we had a really great time, the highlight of which was of course managing to find some of the remarkable mountain gorillas. The whole experience is very highly recommended.

Great value for money
The whole booking process was very efficient. I sent them over a dozen questions and they always replied super fast.
I did a 4 day Masai Mara safari.
The first two days I had Francis as a driver. I couldn’t be more greatful to him. He made the safari truly extraordinary. Francis was constantly on his radio chasing animals, and thanks to his efforts we could see almost all the main species of the Mara. He was also very friendly and had an excellent attitude at all times.
I would recommend everyone to make a safari with Francis, since your driver will be the most determinar factor on the quality of your experience.
The last day of our safari we had a different driver. Unlike Francis, this other driver did not use did not use his radio. As a result, at times we drive for long periods without spotting anything. The safari with this other guide was kind of an aimless drive inside the reserve.

Take care of every aspect of my trip
I booked a Kilimanjaro and Serengeti safari and Chemka Hot Springs tour with my mom with Maasaimaratrain Tours. Wilson, our travel agent, was flexible throughout the tour, responded promptly to our questions, and gave us a great price. There was no reason not to go with Maasai Mara Train Tours, he took care of our family throughout the entire trip and we were very happy with his care.
