Outstanding experience
There are 2000 safari tour operators. I have experience only with Suricata. Communication with the office was easy and prompt via Whatsap. The descriptions were accurate. The tour was made outstanding by the tour guide, Freddy. He has an amazing knowledge of plants and animals in great detail which he shares with enthusiasm. He has a wonderful sense of humor. The food was excellent. The lodging (we stayed at the medium price level) was excellent and the stay in the Suricata Boma lodge was jaw dropping stunning. All of the staff lived the culture of "Welcome" and made us feel part of a family. There were a few glitches with the front office, but the company responded rapidly and handled the problems with grace, which to me is a mark of honesty and excellence. I highly recommend tours with this company.

A beautiful experience. An expert and very helpful guide
We had a really interesting safari. Nine days immersed in nature in direct contact with animals thanks to the assistance of a truly exceptional guide. Charles was always very helpful and made us get to know and experience the parks in a very professional way. Thanks to him and the perfect organization of Hotsun Safari we returned to Italy with the memory of an unforgettable experience and also, as photography lovers, rich in many beautiful images.

Review of Leopard Orchid Safaris
My husband and I had a fantastic holiday/experience with our driver/guide David. It is definitely worth upgrading to a Land Cruiser as you can go more places whilst on the game drives, and get better views. All four lodges were more than adequate, with execellent food and we are vegetarian. Each day was a real adventure, David didn't mind starting the day at 6am after we had picked up our packed breakfast and lunch. David slightly changed our itinerary sometimes to maximise our quality time on the game drives and when he knew the weather was going to change, we strongly advise you to trust his knowledge and experience and you will have an amazing time. Prior to our safari Leopard Orchid's Elijah was extremely helpful, we must have exchanged dozens of emails as we designed our safari to our exact requirements, Elijah met us at Nairobi airport and personally handed us over to our driver David, he also met up with us on the last day and came to the airport with us which we thought was great customer service. Throughout our whole trip we knew exactly what was going on all of the time and David was very responsive to our requests. I am sure that if you choose Leopard Orchid Safaris you will have the time of your lives, the most amazing photographs and wonderful memories. Regards Karen and Martin.

Great value for money and the best tour guide!
The value for money is amazing because with Salina we purchased a private tour at the price that other operators offered us a shared one. The van and the hotels they chose for us were lovely.
We had Victor as our guide who we found super professional and friendly, he has great conversation. It shows that he knows Kenya, the parks, and the species that live there, he gave us excellent information. He was very good at spotting animals and was always attentive to whether we wanted to spend more time in one place or continue to the next, plus he made sure we were always having a great time.

Great trip!
I had a great time as a solo traveller; my driver, James was brilliant and so helpful.
The safari itself was amazing. They were able to secure fuel during a shortage which was really tricky.

The most beautiful and surreal experience and glad we chose Karibu.
We chose Karibu based on the Internet reviews and glad we did it. From the pick up to the drop, they were very hospitable. We didn’t face any issues in the entire trip. Our guide Jackson was the best, he’s the one who made our trip even more beautiful. The facts that he shared kept us thinking so much about nature and we’ll definitely be back and without a doubt will choose Karibu for the trip.

Juancy tours and travels are very reliable and they respond within time when you request for something.
I travelled with them to masai mara and we had a very fantastic moment there with the help of tour guide Quincy she showed us best scenes to view animals and we were very happy am hoping the other team will write a review for the same

Perfect organizations but no so much animals
The organization and the guide were a 10. We visited the Nyeguere park for three days and we really didn't see many animals, perhaps because it rained a little in the morning or quozas because they don't have many animals... we were left with a doubt. We also did the boat safari and we didn't really like it, it was quite boring.

All in all a great experience
We had the pleasure of having Hyrax Safaris take us on a wonderful tour of Kenya (Mara > Naivasha > Amboselli > Tsavo West) this October, for some of the best Safari experiences we have ever had.
From the onset, Hyrax stood out as a fast and effective communicator, offering an incredibly high level of flexibility and responsiveness for making practical arrangements. The selection of lodges for the tour did not disappoint, and we consistently enjoyed the locations that were set out for us; first in the planning phase but even more so when travelling across half the country.
Our guides were excellent, and we especially have to highlight Ben who did an absolutely fabulous job with us in Mara; sadly our tour could not continue with him from start to end, as the rough terrain eventually forced us to change cars. Despite being far from Nairobi, it took just a short hour to switch over and get us on our way; Safaris are rough on the cars so these incidents are sadly just part of the game.
We travelled in a group of 5, and universally came out of it with an experience of a lifetime, it was truly unique to see the wildlife as up close and personal as we did, and we definitely felt that this experience was well catered to by Hyrax Safaris!

Very helpful and easy to communicate with
We had a great experience with Gems of Africa. I didn't know anything about Kruger or booking a safari but they helped with accommodation and transfers which made it very easy. The lodges where we stayed were lovely. Thank you for a memorable trip
