It was a largely faultless trip - there were a few minor issues, but nothing major. Largely excellent communication, the roof top tent was really comfy, the sites were great and myself and my friend had a great time.

Sumptuous Namibian Holiday
We literally did not have to worry about a thing on our holiday to Namibia. Everything was seamlessly planned and executed. We loved our lodges and the Namibian guides. The tour company was extremely responsive, even hiring us a private charter flight when there was some confusion regarding activities promised in our itinerary. I would definitely recommend this tour company, as it made the trip completely stress free and permitted us to really enjoy what Namibia has to offer.

4 day 3 night safari - Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater
My boyfriend and I are budget world travelers and booked our safari through Carlson.
Carlson went extremely above and beyond all expectations. He spoke directly with our Kilimanjaro trek guides to arrange a pickup for my boyfriend and me from Moshi to Arusha. He and Oliva picked us up in their private car and drove us to the tourist inn hotel which had great WiFi, excellent vegan food, and hot water. He picked us up the next morning, arranged for our bags to be held in the office, and got us in the car with a few other travelers to start the safari since we joined a group. He surprised us with 4 bottles of wine and some vegan snacks since he wouldn’t be joining us on the safari because he runs things back in Arusha. We joined a group and camped. The guide was very knowledgeable and we were so lucky to see everything you could hope to see on a safari! We saw the big 5 as well as a lion hunt! Our guide was very accommodating and would drive as close to the animals as possible and even changed his itinerary around when we said we’d like to try to see more cats. The vehicle was very well kept and although we got a flat tire at the end Of day 2 it was fixed in no time and was ready to go by morning. All vegan meals were accommodated and we were dropped off at the tourist inn hotel after the safari where Carlson and Oliva surprised us with custom made sandals and an African skirt!! The next morning Carlson drove us to the airport for our flight to mafia island (and he set us up with a friend of his for accommodation and whale shark swimming) and even offered to come pick us back up when he found out our flight had been cancelled.
I would HIGHLY recommend Carlson for your safari. He is so kind and truly values your business. He is honest and extremely hardworking and was truly a joy to work with! Oliva is great too and so sweet - hopefully you can meet her too!!

I had a one day group trip to Ngorongoro Crater with this operator on 26th December 2018. That was holiday season, and I booked quite late, only 1 day before the departure. But The Planet Reserve tried their best to find a place for me while other operators offered trip on a much later day or with high price for single tourist only. Thanks to this operator, I had an amazing safari in the famous heaven Ngorongoro Crater.

Bestday exceeded all my expectations!
Me and my boyfriend did a 6 day Safari with Bestday and was very satisfied with rour trip. We got to see all the animal we had hope to see and ticked the big 5. Our guide and driver was from a Masai village which made us getting to know the indigenous culture both from him and also from other Masai as he would speak their language and tell us about the culture. The lodges was good standard and the food was OK. All in all we are very happy with our trip and would recommend going with this company and especially the guide Jackson!

Unforgettable Experience
John is the best guide one could imagine. Our safari with him was an unforgettable experience! He knows every corner of the Masai Mara and always finds the best spot to watch animals. What is more, he is a very fun guy with a lovely personality! Our 2-day-Safari was simply amazing and I totally recommend it to anyone visiting Kenya!

Excellent safari with Jackson
We just got back from a 6 day safari with Bestday Safaris and Jackson as our guide and driver. Let me just start by saying that Jackson made the whole trip! He is extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and most of the plants, you could ask him anything and he would give you detailed answers on everything :) Jackson took us in all the right places both in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara which enabled us to mark all of the big five! We had a truly fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go with Bestday and with Jackson!

Our tour was amazing. Our guide, Kikitu, was very eager to make sure we saw as many of the animals as possible (we ended up seeing all of the big 5!!!). It was a wonderful experience.

Our trip with Tailer Made Safaris was more than we expected. All the clues were perfect. The accommodations were fantastic and the program of all tours was exceptionally good.

It was like pulling teeth to get our agent to be responsive! Will never use again.
Two way communications between the agent and us were largely non existent unless we pressed. Even then we got partial or no answers. We booked early and were told travel insurance was required (Not so!!!) but we paid for insurance then were told they could not get it for us and would refund the money. We charged everything to American Express but were told we would be refunded in cash when we arrived in Kenya. After days of messages back and forth and resistance to paying we finally received cash but it was less than was owed. There was a mix-up upon arrival at the safari largely due to the utter lack of communication and follow through by the agent. Thank goodness the lodge manager was effective.
