Unique Safari
We had the best time ever with this company. My boyfriend got kidney stones and we had to go to the hospital on the day the tour should start. Nasir the organisator, the guide David and also the other guests who joined the tour come to visit us in the hospital to make sure my boyfriend is fine. I was so thankful for that, we felt that we were in good hands. The company arranged it to start on the next day and this is a big gift. The safari was amazing every night surrounded by animals, we saw all big 5 and even more. I am a bird lover and i was flashed by the colorful and number of birds. We had 5 days an 4 nights for a really good price. The cook was top we always had fresh fruits and also a variaty of vegetarian food. We absolutely recommend the tour and the company. Thank you so much for this unique experience. :D

We saw everything and everyone!
My husband and I had a three day tour to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Mohamed was our manager and from the first message he were in touch and fast answered all of my many questions. We were met at the airport, provided with free accommodation in the center of Arusha, the hotel had breakfast and our safari started early in the morning. The guide Lucas was attentive, sociable and answered all questions about animals, finding instantly in his books. Our safari was amazing! We saw the Big Five, 21 lions, dozens hippos, hundreds of zebras, thousands of antelopes and everyone, everything:) Our chef deserves a special word, he was wonderful and spoke with love about what he had prepared for us! He was the only one who toasted bread for us while the other chefs brought unroasted bread to their groups. It's a small thing, but nice:)
Of the minuses: it was my own fault that I left hand bag with wallet in the camp during meals, but money was stolen from me, it's not to mutch - about $30 in shillings, but it was all money that was in my wallet! Coins, card and airpods the thief didn't touch. I guess I was in a hurry. Be careful with money, please!
Also, in the first camp, we didn't have a pillows, I didn't know before how important a pillow for sleeping! When you will book your tour, check with the manager to have a pillow:)

Very good organized safari
We had a holiday on Zanzibar and we decided ,we want to go for short safari. We found a lot of good post about company Hello Tanzania (KAMar Safaris ) and we decide to contact them. From the first moment we knew, they are profesionalist. We got offer with all details ( other companies never sent us detailed safari plan, with all inclusiona and exclusions). Sylwia, company manager/owner also explained why she suggest this kind of itinerary( 2 days Mikumi with additional night in Dar Es Salaam). Price was also the best one offered.so we go with Hello Tanzania and have never regret. Safari was wonderful, everything according to the previosly agreed plan. We have real safari and really enjoyed!

The level of communication, service, hospitality, honesty, and quality of their staff were incredible. Our safari met all of our demand and request. Our driver was a local Kenyan but knows how to speak little Chinese like animal words and greetings, which was really impressed. He took care of us like his relatives. If you are having any doubts about travel to Kenya, you MUST go with Sino Africa Safari. They are able to help you to plan a very nice tour. By the way, if you have enough budget, choose landcruiser is best, because comfortable, espcially for elder tourists and children.

One of the best tour company i have travelled with for a very long time.
The Tour coordinator was in constant touch with us from the day we approached him for Quote till the day we departed. We opted for tailor made package, and seems to be cheaper compared to other tour operators around.
They welcomed us at Nairobi Airport. The driver was introduced to us who was with us for 4 days /3nights. We were a group of 6 friends who had booked our safari package from Sweden with Safari Update Travels for January. And I must say, the overall experience was nothing short of excellent.
