They take care of you not just like a customer, but truly like a friend!
A spectacular trip with the whole family, which will remain in our hearts.
I'll start by saying that many don't understand that a trip like this is not like the classic holiday where you choose a structure and then more or less independently make your own experiences; here, from the moment you get off the plane to the moment you leave, you completely rely on your guide for transfers, for finding the animals, for explain the history of the country and the territory, for illustrate the environment and habits of the different animal species... ... in short, for everything!
In fact, the success of your entire holiday depends entirely on who takes you around, there is no middle ground.
We were driven by Emanuel, Daniel's brother who accompanied us for the entire journey, driving a car six meters long and weighing three tons for hours on uneven surfaces, which is not at all easy, he took us to the places right where we can see the animals by spotting them from afar and then compete with the cars of other tourists to get as close as possible and provide us with a better view, he told us about the life of the savannah and the different animal species, illustrating the characteristics and habits of each one, with patience and passion.
We saw all the animals of the savannah, all the Big Five, even if the rhino was a bit far away.
The facilities in which we stayed were all clean and comfortable, and the food was always very good, even at lunch we never ate from the takeaway boxes but always hot dishes served at the table even with coffee at the end, and we never had to touch the luggage.
Emanuel and Daniel have always been very attentive to our needs, even when we had a problem of our own in Italy completely independent of the trip, they tried and took action to help us and assist us even in that case, and this is very important because it goes beyond the care for compliance with the established program.
In short, we felt assisted and protected: a complete and satisfying journey, also beautiful in terms of human relationships.

Plex Africa Safaris were Amazing - Hands down the best operator we saw while on safari
Me and my two teenaged kids did a 3 day game drive safari in Nyerere Selous Game Reserve with return flights from Zanzibar, Tanzania. From start to finish Plex Africa Safaris were great. Edward handled all aspects of booking the safari, he was always reachable and responded to all my queries promptly and the itinerary promised was exactly what was delivered. Plex Africa Safaris also have a secure and safe way of receiving online payments, which was very easy to do. Our hotel to airport transfer driver Moris was on time, polite and friendly and helped us check-in for our flight from Zanzibar.
Once we arrived at Selous Game Reserve we were met by our guide Aree and this man was hands down the best operator we saw while on safari. He made the safari so much fun and he made sure we set the pace and went to areas within the reserve that had the best opportunities to see the wildlife we were most interested in seeing. We saw so much in the 3 days with the highlights being the lion's, hyena's and Serval. Aree made this safaris special for us and I would highly recommend Plex Africa Safaris. Their 4x4 vehicle was a well maintained Land Rover Defender and with Aree's exceptional driving skills could take us anywhere. The vehicle was well stocked up with water and other beverages plus it had a UK plug socket to charge phones, cameras etc. At night we stayed at the Selous Safari Lodge, which was well presented, clean, comfortable and with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and feel newly furnished. Facilities include a swimming pool, wifi and the food was good.
I was so happy we chose Plex Africa Safaris as they were truly the most professional operator. During our safari our guide Aree helped fix another operators vehicle which was having problems and also our third sighting of a lion he re-laid the location to another operator however their driver was not skilful enough to navigate to that location so they missed out on seeing potentially a once in a life time opportunity. You could see the disappointment on their customers faces. The other thing I noticed was that the majority of the other vehicles in the game reserve were from just one operator and all their vehicles seemed to stick together on a set route where as with Plex Africa Safaris we could head off away from everyone else. This made it feel extra special as most of the best encounters we had were with no one else around making us feel truly connected and immersed in nature. Thank you Plex Africa Safaris - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Well organised
Tour was well organised and communication was constant from bookings period, during the tour and even after return in Dar.
The Nyerere tented camp was good. Pretty new and comfortable. The food and service was good as well. Knowing it was the short raining season (but this time with heavy rains) we had a good time.

Amazing Masai Mara experience
Gemfinders Safari was an exceptional tour operator, since the beginning, it was easy to communicate via WhatsApp for updates. Then our driver came to pick us up (perfectly on time and right at our door) and took us from Nairobi to Masai Mara, with a couple stops on the route to take breaks and pictures. When we arrived at Enchoro wildlife camp, we were welcomed by the host. The activities that we did, such as the visit to the Masai village and the game drive were perfectly organized and we had the chance to see 4/5 of the Big Five thanks to our guide, Kelly, which was extremely helpful and available. Overall, we had an amazing experience both with Gemfinders Safari and at Enchoro Camp. We do recommend it!

Best trip of our lives with the best safari company there is!
We just got back from the most amazing honeymoon trip all thanks to Safarisoles. Every single aspect about Safarisoles was perfect and they have truly exceeded all of our expectations!
Starting with the planning process, Renatus made everything so easy, he accommodated all of our needs and was always quick to respond. All costs were very reasonable, and all queries were answered well. He has everything booked and organized for us so we had nothing to worry about when we arrived.
On our first day in Arusha, we were picked up by the lovely Baltazary. He is such a kind and fun person to be around and took us around on a wonderful tour of Arusha. He is so knowledgeable, and taught us all about Tanzanian culture, history and answered all of our questions. You can tell how passionate he is about his job and it felt like we had known him for a long time by the end of the day.
Then we started our Safari trip, we were lucky enough to have Isaack as our guide during this time. Isaack is one of the most genuine people we have ever met, he is professional, extremely knowledgeable and wonderfully kind. We always called our time with him the lucky safari, but really, it is all thanks to Isaack’s profuse experience. You could tell that he knew all the national parks, especially the Serengeti inside out. He had great instincts, and would always take us on less travelled roads for spectacular sightings. He is always so eager to show us as much as he can, and got us the best views. He could answer every single question we asked, no matter how niche; he is also a great and very safe driver. We loved spending everyday with him, chatting during our drives and having lovely dinners together at our lodges. He now feels like a very good friend of ours, and it was honestly very emotional saying goodbye at the end of our safari days. In general, the safari was organized impeccably- all our accommodations were amazing, we had wonderful hot lunches everyday, and the jeep was top notch, with unlimited drinks (inc beer/win) in our mini fridge, the seats were comfortable and spacious.
On our last day with Safarisoles, we did a day trip to the Kilimanjaro foothills where we hiked to Materuni waterfalls, did a coffee tour, had lunch at the village and went for a swim in the hot springs. We got to spend this day with the one and only Chief! Chief is not someone you’ll forget- we had endless laughs and conversations with him. He lifted our energy so much and we had so much fun all day long. He also drove us to the airport on our day of departure and made sure we were all checked in before leaving.
We have spent a lot of time looking at different safari companies, hoping to find one that is trustworthy and honest. We can say without a doubt that Safarisoles is the best decision we could have possibly made. They are a smaller and local company (which we preferred); every single person we have come across has been amazing, and we feel like we have made a bunch of new friends. These are by far the most wonderful people we have met on our entire Tanzania trip. We have already started recommending the company to everyone we know and we will without a doubt book with them again when we come back one day. We miss you all so much, ahsante sana and hope to see you all soon!

An unforgettable experience
I have just completed an exceptional climb that will remain engraved in my mind for a very long time.
I can only recommend this magnificent sporting and emotional experience without forgetting the human richness.
All this was possible thanks to the team who supported me with commitment, concerned about my well-being and always available.
Before leaving, I was convinced that Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventure was a trustworthy company and I was not wrong or even exceeded my expectations.
Mr Avarist is just incredible, he answered all my questions, doubts with unbeatable responsiveness and organized my trip with a fantastic team. (Gasper the guide, Mayoo stomach engineer, David waiter and future guide, Marry, Wilson, Chazzy and Ramadham , they are the heroes).
I want to come back in 2 years with my wife and two children and will contact Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventure again.

Wildly exceeded expectations!
All Over Africa Safaris, based in Nairobi, Kenya, is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient, warm, and hands-on agency. Owner Rose Agunga booked our travel; she greeted us upon our arrival in Kenya; was available to us by phone throughout our stay; and kept in daily contact with our driver during the entire expedition. Up front, Rose consulted with us (in New York, seven time zones away) by email and phone at great length to determine what sort of safari we wanted, what kind of lodgings we desired, and how to make that fit within the budget (time, money) we had available. We had very specific medical dietary requirements and she selected places where she could personally contact the chefs to assure that the food would be prepared as we needed. Once we arrived at each destination, our driver followed up to verify that food preparations would be followed properly and safely. There were no glitches during our trip, but Rose made it clear that she had back-up plans in case any trouble did arise, and this made our travels feel very secure. That said, Rose is not just a logistical wizard; she is also lot of fun and clearly goes to great length to hire staff who are also very competent and fun to be around. The driver assigned us was especially knowledgeable about the animals, birds, and geography. He not only took care of us, but managed to pull another safari vehicle out of a muddy riverbed that he himself expertly navigated around.
Rose hosted us for a terrific farewell dinner in Nairobi as part of our debriefing. We highly recommend this agency to anyone who might be considering a trip to this part of the world
