Excellent safari and wonderful staff
We had an unforgettable safari, it was absolutely trip of lifetime. Our trip was for 6 days - Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Aberdares National Park. We loved our lodges, all of them was what we expected - even more. The Reny Safari staff is top professional and very friendly. Always quick response on ours mail. Regina was very helpful and flexible and makes all necessary changes for us. Our trip was supposed to be in 2020, but because of pandemic we couldn't travel. It was no problem at pushing our trip by 2 years and re-book our trip from 4 persons to 3. During the safari she was in contact with our driver and us, just to be sure if we were satisfied. Everything was just perfect, the welcome, transport to the airport. Our flight was late at night and our driver used extra time to drive us to the national museum in Nairobi waiting for us. We feel so lucky to had Ochanjo as our driver - he was amazing, thanks him our trip was unforgettable. Because of him we were able to see big 5 and big migration, it was indescribable beautiful. He always brought us in the best possible position to observe animals and to take pictures. He came all the time with interesting facts about animals, but also about life in Kenya. I found myself very well. Suricata Safaris staff supported us in every moment of our trip and we were able to visit the slopes of Kilimanjaro and subsequently the parks of Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Unbelievable value for the price— already planning our next trip back!
My husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon bouncing around East Africa for a few weeks. When we first came across Spirit of Kenya's 'Off The Beaten Path' itinerary and saw the price tag, it seemed too good to be true. Now that we're back and we know it was, in fact, real, it STILL feels too good to be true! We cannot recommend this company highly enough, but I'll try.
We reached out for more info and almost immediately received a personal response from Vanessa who walked us through everything from start to finish. We LOVED Vanessa! She was so responsive every time we reached out with questions and made sure all resorts we chose were aware of our dietary needs (vegan). She answered questions about different African visas, walked us through wiring our deposits, advised on packing lists, and just overall made all our planning flow smoothly.
Spirit of Kenya made it so easy to customize our trip by offering different resort tiers at each of the parks— budget, mid-grade, and luxury. All resorts regardless of the level were phenomenal and the 'budget' options actually ended up being some of our favorite stops! We'll be dreaming about the curries and soups at each of these places for years to come.
Our guide, George, was an absolute joy to spend 7 days with and seamlessly coordinated our many game drives, resort transfers, and hot air balloon excursion. He made sure we saw all the must-sees at each park (including driving around relentlessly to find us ostriches!) and gave us as much time riding around with the top popped up as humanly possible, knowing that was our favorite thing. We felt ridiculously well taken care of from start to finish.
We're already planning another return trip with our families and, when asked which parts of our trip we'd skip or change if we were to return with them again, we could not think of a single thing! Such a testament to Spirit of Kenya's expertly-crafted itinerary. We're forever grateful to the entire team who made our Kenya safari dreams come true and truly cannot wait to return and work with them again soon.

We took a vacation this winter and I took some friends along to see my beautiful country. Trip worked out as planned and we enjoyed all the tours and seeing all the amazing and extensive wildlife of Uganda. Cannot wait to bring my next group of friends to my country of origin.

Amazing trip to Maasai Mara!
James was an amazing guide during our trip to Maasai Mara. We got to see the Big 5 in one day thanks to him!! He is very knowledgeable of all the animals who live in the park, we learned a lot about their behavior and about the great migration.
I would highly recommend James if you are planning on going on safari, he is very professional, a great driver and such a nice and funny person!

It was my first safari in Tanzanie. And what an amazing experience !
After several researches and contacting few companies, I decided to deal with this one as they have been super friendly from day one and listening carefully to all my requests.
We managed to optimize the trip the way I wanted, regarding accomodations, fooding and activities such as hot air ballon experience.
I have been picked up In Kilimanjaro airport. A guy was waiting for me and made me feel super welcomed, explaining me a lot of things on the way to Arusha hotel.
Then the safari started in the next morning. The car was comfortable and the driver gentle, polite and knowing a lot about wildlife.
For three days he provided a lot of informations about animals and knew best locations to spot them. Because of his experience m I have seen the big five !! and obviously many more over wonderful wild animals !!
I can’t stop saying good things about his company. They really made my trip super smooth and super nice.
