Excellent communication
They responded promptly to all of my emails, even after booking, and went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. Because my safari was under-booked, they grouped me on another tour which was also very professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing safari in Botswana
We booked a guided mid-range safari with Sekanka in early November and we could not be happier with the decision. The tour started in Victoria Falls and went all the way down to Maun in Botswana. We visited Chobe, Elephant Sands, Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, Moremi and Khwai Concession. Overall the tour lasted 10 days and we felt the pacing was good.
Communication with Sekanka was very easy from the start and they addressed all our doubts prior to the beginning of the safari. Once in Botswana, our guide (Talu) took us by car from one place to the next one and also arranged the check-in at the lodges. We had a real good time with Talu and found him to be very knowledgeable about the area and the animals. More than once he stopped in the middle of the road upon seeing an animal to give us the name and bits of information about it.
Overall, we believe the value for money of the safari was very good - the lodges ranged from good to superb and the food was also usually above expectations. We got to see A LOT of animals and bring back home amazing memories (and far too many photos!). I would strongly encourage anyone looking to do a safari in Botswana to contact Sekanka and see what they have to offer - you can't go wrong with them.
Thank you guys!!

Amazing operator with great guides
I travelled to Masai Mara with Jocky tours and I absolutely loved the service. We started with a stop at the Rift valley, which had spectacular views. Then we had a long drive to the Mara. Solomon was an amazing guide and a lovely driver. He drove v carefully and made sure we were always comfortable.
I really loved our group as well!! Some of the best people I’ve met.
Solomon took us on a game drive on the first day and knew all places to find animals. We were lucky to see alot of them on the first day itself.
We stayed at the Lenchada camp, which was not great, but given the price, it was pretty good.
We had good food and a decent tent and bed.
The second day was amazing. Solomon took us so close to the animals that it was amazing. Saw the Big 4. Missed the rhinos though :(
Unimaginable fun!!
We came back the 3rd day and Solomon found a route better for us as it had no traffic.
I would most definitely recommend Jocky tours to everyone!!

Amazing safari
We just completed a 4 day/3 night camping safari to the Serengeti, Ngorogonoro crater and Tarangire national park and it was amazing. All of the campsites had good facilities (flushing toilets and some even had hot showers).
Our driver Lewis had phenomenal eyesight and was able to spot animals from a long way off, leading to us being able to see leopards, cheetahs and lots of lions. He also had incredible knowledge of all the large animals, but also of the smaller birds and reptiles found in the parks.
Our Chef James also provided the best meals out of any of the tour companies that we saw and the variety was superb. He was accomodating to any dietary requirements and food preferences which made the trip even better.
The safari starts and finishes with a pre-/ debrief which was done by Daniel who explained everything really well and got us excited for the next 4 days. At the end of the safari, Daniel also listened to our opinions and welcomed any feedback which could help the company improve.
I have already recommended this company to friends, and when we finally return to Tanzania, will absolutely be booking through Suricata Safaris again.

For your own safety and money worthy, DON'T choose this fraud
I and my friends (4 persons) booked the 14 days Kenya&Tanzania trip(Sep 10 - Sep 23), and the whole trip became a nightmare since Day 6 until the end. Below are what happened to us, which might happen on you too. For your own safety and money worthy, NEVER EVER choose Seven by Far.
1. Became the hostage in the wilderness:
Seven by Far outsourced our Tanzania part to the local tour agency without telling us, and had payment issues with the local agency. The local agency refused to provide the service unless they received the full payments from Seven by Far. During the time, Seven by far just left us there. We had to communicate and negotiate with the local agency and pushed Seven to talk with THEIR OWN agency. They had the same payment issues with the Safari camp, the camp hold us there because they also did not receive the full payment. Instead of sending money to the camp, Seven asked us to pay the rest by our own and said they would refund us at the end of trip. This mess last 4 days and we lost 5 safari drives in Serengeti and had to change our rest of trip. In those 4 days, we were sucked there in anxiety and nervous and had to keep calling Seven by Far to resolve their own payment issues, but they just left us there. At the end, the Camp argued with Seven by Far and finally got full payment and allow us leave, and we paid by our own to the local tour agency to move our trip forward.
2. Never notify you when they made change in your trip:
They changed our accommodation from North Serengeti to Central Serengeti without any notification, downgraded from Rive Camp to Ikoma Camp for 2 nights, also downgraded the accommodation from AA lodge(4 stars) to the Kamala camp(1 star) for 2 nights in Amboseli. After we called them, their explanation was the original accommodations were not available. But should you notify the customers in advance instead of directly throwing the customers to a place they never expect?
3. Same story again, suck in any place you never expect:
In last day, Seven by Far booked the local driver to take us to the airport. Same story again that the local driver said they did not receive full payment so they would not provide us the transportation to the airport. We called Seven by far multiples times, they can't resolve it, then we paid our own to catch the flight.
4. Refund?
2 hrs before our flight, they showed us a paper and said they would refund. Since we were back from the trip, we spend 1 month to negotiate with them and finally reached agreement on the refund amount $1857. Then another round battle start, they kept saying they were processing the refund but until today(Nov 24), we did not receive even 1 penny and they become unreachable.

Incredible once-in-a-lifetime safari: Zohar provided unforgettable wildlife experience
My wife and me enjoyed 8 days of an unbelievably exciting safari with Zohar in August 2023 encompassing Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
From the very beginning of our planning to the end, everything was simply perfect. We cannot recommend Zohar highly enough!
While planning our safari we decided to pick Zohar as Jackline understood immediately what we were looking for and engaged intensely in creating the perfect itinerary for us. She answered all questions quickly via email and with her suggestions she definitely improved our trip. Being nice and caring she made it easy for us to organize everything before coming to Tanzania and continued communication via whatsapp during our whole safari. Compliments to her and the whole team!
The absolute jewel was Daniel! What an exceptional guide! With his enormous knowledge about the wildlife, the ecosystem, the differences between special places we travelled and the culture he enriched every day and contributed to realize the natural wonders we were just experiencing. He answered all questions patiently and was at the same time the best friend and teacher we could think of!
His passion for wildlife and environment created unforgettable impressions. While driving perfectly even on rough roads, he spotted animals most guides wouldn´t have seen. So besides the “Big Five” we could encounter in all their majesty we were fortunate to see so many other fascinating animals: giraffe, topi, hartebeest, elend, gnu, hyeana, jackal, cheetah, and even the smaller cats like caracal, civet and genet. Absolutely amazing how he spotted even these smaller animals in the tall grass while driving! And being very interested in birding, Daniel knew every single bird we saw!
Being so experienced Daniel took us to places usually without other safari vehicles around which gave us a really personal experience even in gathered areas like Ngorongoro. So we were definitely the only ones to spot that rhino along the base of the hill early in the morning.
Enjoying early morning drives, we started our safari days with Daniel at sunrise having a superb breakfast later in the morning in the middle of nature thus creating perfectly long safari experiences.
Daniel´s ability to position us for the best views even without disturbing the animals gave us incredibly close-up photos as well as showed his caring, respect and skill for the nature.
Going up to North Serengeti Daniel managed to position us absolutely perfect for the famous Mara River Crossing, we could experience gnus and zebras crossing 5 times at different spots with crocks around and attacking – images and experiences you will never forget and is a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Amazing safari!
We saw all the animals that only was possible to see! Almost everyone was close as in his Palm. Guide Max was a sensitive, attentive and told iteres facts about animals. It was as much as possible in time. We flew by ourselves from Zanzibar to Arushi a day before the Safari began. We were settled in a lovely room, anticipating taking from the airport. Also back, our departure was the next morning after Safari. Thank Max again, our companions from the Netherlands and Australia and all organizers of this wonderful adventure! Surikata Safari best, you can take and trust them 100%!!!
