Perfect and caring
We went on safari tours for our honeymoon. During our 4-day safari tours, Solomon, the guide, took such a good care of us and had a great deal of knowledge about wildlife animals. It was such a wonderful time not only because it was a honeymoon but we could see Zohar safari staffs’ efforts in almost every part of the tour. We will definitely choose Zohar safari again whenever we have another chance to plan our safari tours. I also highly recommend Zohar safari for its exceptionally timely and punctual manner especially when it comes to communication.

Went on a 7 day Safari to 4 national parks with Spirit of Kenya. It was absolutely fabulous.
Spirit of Kenya Safaris made us feel like treasured company. With just 2 of us in one vehicle, our Kenyan guide & driver felt more like a friend than a tour operator. The drive down the highway towards Mombasa was an adventure in itself, getting familiar to how everyone uses all parts of the road. When we arrived in Amboseli National Park, the first thing I saw was an elephant under a shady umbrella acacia tree. Classic stuff. Further along, a big male elephant gave chase, with us amazed at how close he came. We saw such a wide range of animals with our guide detailing each animals traits & reproductive cycles. The drought broke the evening we arrived & the savanna turned green in a day. The Lodge accommodation was really good, as was all the food & staff service. Everyone was so nice & well mannered & smiling. The Maasai are a happy & proud people.
The conversion from US dollars to the Kenyan Shilling was crazy low, so food & drinks were very inexpensive, so I was happy to tip well.
Leaving the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro with its snow cap, we travelled up the highway again and into the Rift Valley, heading to a Lodge at Lake Naivasha, then onto Lake Nakuru National Park. Again, all the staff at these places were wonderful, as was the food & drinks. It mostly rained at night, giving us fresh & clear days to explore for animals, of which there was in abundance. Giraffes, gazelles & antelopes, zebras & gnus, elephants & hippos, Lions & hyenas, warthogs & rhinos .. and some amazing bird life as well, so yeah - ostriches & flamingos, etc.
Our wonderful guide & driver looked after us very well. There were no problems at all considering the miles we travelled and we also got to see the communities or villages along the highways, with their cattle or goats grazing right alongside the roadways, always with a young or old Maasai on guard. Our last few days were spent down in the Maasai Mara, close to the Tanzanian Serengeti Plains. The recent rains had turned the plains green, so there were animals in abundance, many with new born calves or cubs, etc. We saw a cheetah with 4 healthy young ones.! We had some amazing close encounters with lions while we were there as well. This 7 day Safari tour was something to remember forever .. and I have the photos & videos to prove it.

Amazing experience
Esther at Starvel Safaris planned the best trip ever! She made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived till we said goodbye. And our guide, Francis, was incredible! He knew so much about the animals in Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru, and Maasai Mara.
We stayed in awesome places near all the parks, thanks to Esther. She took care of every little thing, especially our food! Francis was like a superhero—driving for hours and then taking us on an exciting game drive. He was funny, kind, and made the trip awesome for all of us. I totally recommend them!"

Perfect
The safari was perfect. We spent 5 days in the most beautiful places. Our guide Damian led us excellently through the national parks and ensured that the safari was a unique experience. Everything was perfectly organized. Accommodation and food were also good. At the end of our safari, we were warmly welcomed by Daniel, who ensured that we had an easy onward journey.

Super Lodge, transport not satisfactory
The lodge and the safaris were fantastic.
We were a group of 7, we thought to have a private taxi. Instead of that the journey took 4 hours and a half, 1,5 hour more than the direct trip. And to avoid motorways, we took dangerous and unsafe roads.

Communication was fantastic. Accurate descriptions of experience and quick response to questions
The experience was accurately described so all expectations were met, and exceeded. Transportation was very comfortable and reliable. Accommodation and food was top notch. The game drive experience was fabulous…comfortable vehicle that offered perfect viewing for everyone, and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and hope to do it again.

Amazing experience to Burundi
On our 3 days trip to Burundi we had an amazing experience in this wonderful country. The communication was very smooth and in good english and therefore helped us a lot. The guide was very grateful with the tour and about the country and loved to share his experience with us. For us the last day of the tour was a little to long and maybe better to take a small lunch break so that you have some time to stretch your legs. Leaving a little earlier in the morning gives you already this time for a lunch break. We really can recommend taking a tour and we had an amazing experience!
