Easy going and always smiling tourguide
We were a group of five, it was me and my three young adult children and my sons girlfriend. The driver was fantastic, always smiling, always drivning very safely and continiously looking to do the extra mile for his guests. I had trouble in doing the payment, from Sweden to Kenya, but after several e-Mails back and fourth with my bank and Netherken we finally solved it. Thanks for one of the most memorable holidays we have ever experienced!!

It was a very special experience! Henry is a super friendly, pleasant guide with whom we were able to learn and laugh a lot, the car was well maintained and in good condition, we will never forget these 6 days. The safari exceeded our expectations. Everything was organized smoothly, always enough to drink and eat, as well as the opportunity to coordinate the process individually.

King of the Safari for Customer Service
The Guide was informative from the second he welcomed us in Nairobi. But when he drove us in the park, he really shined. How did he find that hidden leopard? And that family of lions? It’s no wonder so many other guides seemed him (Jack) for guidance.
My family (ages 17-60) unanimously state the Masai village tour was the highlight. We are humbled to have entered a home and have an amazing discussion. Thank you, Axis, for including this!
We badgered the customer service agent with an unfair load of questions and special requests. All were answered in the warmest, welcoming manner. Cynthia is the best helper ever!

Absolutely recommended and it is worth!
We did 4 days/3nights tour: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. Masai Mara is amazing and we were well guided by our driver Moses! Moses is very well prepared and he makes any efforts to show you animals! All Lenchada staff has been always available with us. 100% recommended!
Good accomodation also provided.
Lake Nakuru very nice, Lake Naivasha good for few hours.

Fantastic
We had a fantastic two day safari trip in Tarangire National Park with an overnight stay at beautiful Lake Burunge. Friendly and knowledgeable guides. We also had a fantastic photographer with us who took great pictures which we were sent afterwards. We can highly recommend Remarkable Tears Safari. Rating 10/10!
