In summary, everything was excellent. We initiated contact via email and later transitioned to personalized attention via WhatsApp, where Nasra kindly addressed all our questions before and during our journey, providing a five-star service.
During our safari, we were taken care of by Ben (IG: @wildben_tanzania), who went above and beyond to make our tour unforgettable. He took the time to accommodate all our requests, such as taking photos, stretching when necessary, handling purchases (souvenirs, sim cards, jewelry, among others). Additionally, he exhibited excellent time management, allowing us to enjoy the safari and have meals at appropriate hours. His undeniable skill in locating animals made my dream of seeing them all come true. Furthermore, he willingly shared language and cultural insights for each place we visited. We are forever grateful for the care received from our friend Ben.
Speaking of food, we were accompanied by Chef Zule (Don Zule), who prepared everything fresh and delicious. Undoubtedly, it was the best I have ever tasted, with an incredible diversity of flavors, only surpassed by his beautiful personality.
Finally, during our Kilimanjaro tour, Michael attended to us with the same kindness as all the mentioned individuals. He ensured we completed the hike to our goal while engaging in pleasant conversation along the way.

Hello, if you're researching companies, this is the best one. Prior to our trip, we were assisted via email and WhatsApp by Naomi, who skillfully handled all our requests. We did a tour with friends (Nairobi NP) and another as a couple (Masai Mara).
During the tours, we were guided by Antonio, who was excellent. If you use this company, ask for him directly. With an impressive eye, he found the animals for us to see. Moreover, he is a very friendly person who enjoys sharing tour recommendations and cultural aspects of the country. When you travel, you would always want to go with a company that, in bad times, puts itself in your shoes and acts like a friend would. In fact, this is how Andrew, the CEO of Kili Tanzanite, acted. Within an hour and a half of having a serious accident on the Mts Usambara-Arusha highway, Andrew was there, with a new vehicle, he took us to a hotel in Arusha and the next day we continued the trip again. It's not just that its quality-price ratio was unbeatable, nor that he captured our interests from the start: how we wanted to travel and get to know the south of Tanzania. He managed to get us through a bad moment that, without that extra empathy and professionalism, would have ruined our trip.
I am especially interested in insects, Marta, my partner, in plants and both of us in that the trip has a point of discovery. With that premise and with a good availability of time, the trip began in Dar Es Salam, we went to the Udzungwa mountains, to Ruaha NP, Kitulo NP to see orchids, to Mikumi NP, the Usambara mountains, Arusha and Tarangire NP, the plains from the west of Kilimanjaro and we take the return flight at Kilimanjaro airport.
This year we return to Tanzania, this time to get married there. We will put ourselves in Andrew's hands and, for sure, it will be a new unforgettable trip,

Magical!
The company we booked through were very communicative over email and answered any queries we had prior to the trip. The picked us up and dropped us off at the location of our choosing in Nairobi. The trip itself was great. We opted for the 3 night, 4 day option to avoid too many hours in the car. We were very lucky to see wildlife that surpassed our expectations for that time of year especially since we only had a few days- our driver John was great. The budget option camp is basic but has everything you need and the accommodation in Nukuru was much nicer than we'd expected. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

AMAZING!
Whether you're into wildlife or not, I think this is a trip that everyone should at least experience once in their lifetime. It makes you realize how "small" we can be in this world. Everything about our trip was amazing from Ngorongoro to Serengeti to Zanzibar. We were able to experience the big 5, with moderate crowds, and great weather.
