Fantastic experience
From first contact by email to all pick-ups, game drives & lodges- perfectly organised trip by SafariWithUs with professional, friendly staff! We were lucky and have seen the big 5 within the first 24 hours of arrival around Adventure Lodge & Kruger National Park. Personally my highlight was the Kurula lodge - unfenced with maximum 10 guests directly at a waterhole: take a swim in the pool or a bite while watching the wildlife coming to the waterhole! Staff was going above and beyond. Also our game drive guide actually read the traces and was very knowledgeable. Our tour guide / driver for the way back to Johannesburg along the Panoramic Route also was super friendly & we had a great conversation with him. Really recommendable experience!

Lots of poverty and little or no shopping opportunities. Safari must be experienced but long to drive and very poor roads. When you arrive at the national parks, the experience is amazing. Once in a lifetime experience. Recommended.

Impeccable Service
Great service overall. Tiago responds emails within an hour and is always ready to help out customizing every single detail of the Safari. As soon as you arrive at the airport, Spirit of Kenya takes care of absolutely everything. We had Nestor as our Driver/Guide and he was amazing, always willing to go beyond our requests.

A dream came true, and so much more!!!
In short: great planning, perfect advice, super guide, wonderful experiences !!!
Long: I had the dream to visit the Mountain Gorilla since I saw the movie "Gorillas in the Mist" about 30 years ago.
At the Vienna Holiday Fair I had our first conversation with Uli and Richard.
I had already inquired with some providers before and noticed that in the proposed tours always a part was missing for me and even with Shoebill Safaris it was like that, but ....
It quickly became clear that we would have to do a "private tour" with our own guide as a couple. With all our special wishes we were certainly no easy customers! We wanted to spend a lot of time with the gorillas, the possibility of a gorilla habituation, where you spend up to 4 hours with the gorillas, was only offered by Shoebill Safaris. Even a few days in the form of homestay ashore to see many traditional activities and to participate, was unique.
Finally, due to budget constraints, we had to exchange some quarters for tents, which was a wonderful idea, the mix of lodges and tents was varied and fine!
Uli was already in the preparation for us by phone and planned everything with Richard wonderful!
As the time of the journey approached, we were a little nervous. When we were able to get in touch thanks to Uli's help to our guide Michael, this was perfect!
The trip was a total success!
Started with the warm welcome at the airport by our guide Michael, his caring support, his always punctual and thus stress-free organization of the days (we had always the evening before a short discussion with fine tuning depending on condition!), The many explanations about country and people and the many animals that we could already see during the ride, the wonderful game drives with Michael, who discovered as many animals as with eagle eyes and could always tell something about it. The highlight of the mountain gorillas, of course, was great, as expected, but we had already been very impressed with the observations before, so that the gorillas were far from the only highlight!
Towards the end of the 3 weeks we spent 3 more days with Homestay in an adjoining house of Richard's family! We were very warmly received, were allowed to try everything and were able to experience the different work up close.
Thanks a lot to Richard's family and friends with whom we had a wonderful time!

Now we are back home thinking happily and gratefully of these wonderful 3 weeks !!!

Fabulous safari in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana
The company gave excellent service from the offer to the end of the safari. They listened to your wishes and came up with a suggestion. They answered our questions promptly and adapted the trip according to our needs.
The accommodation where of different types which added to the experience. One was more like a normal hotell, apart from being close to The Victoria Falls. The second was tented accommodation in Zambia on the river bank. Where breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner was included. I didn't expect such good food out in the wilderness. The wildlife was literally outside the tent. The last accommodation, in Chobe, was a smaller very friendly lodge. We had private safaris. Which was really worth it as the ranger only had to adapt to our wishes. The service and food there were outstanding. I have a few allergies and they thought of everything throughout every meal.
All the rangers we went with showed the animals great respect which some of the others didn't to the same extent.
I can really recommend Compass Odyssey and if we ever go again I will definitely book through them again.

Shammah sonders is unforgetable
It was very interesting, we thought it would be normal but it wasnt, it was over expectations, the Shammah Wonders Safari team is very welcoming and organised, the price was affordable. In short they exceeded our expectations. We recommend it and rating it 5 stars.

It Was the Best and Amazing tour with Shammah wonder Safari
Even though we had the earlier experience with other company , but safari with Shammah Wonders was a distinguished one, they are organised, on time and so kind.
We ware able to see all the big five in Mikumi and Selous, the tour guide was over experienced.
We hope to use the same company in any of our next tour and we recommend it to any one who wish to have a wonderful tour experience.

Great experience, did a safari and beach vacation was awesome!
This was a great experience. We did a 5 day safari and 3 days on the beach. Bluerange was very helpful and flexible, and allowed us to change some plans to stay longer at the beach. I would highly recommend this tour operator

Several Car break down but arrangements found to permit us to proceed with our safari.
Price for 2 safaris and transportation to diani beach was quite expensive, according to me.
Amboseli safari was really great.
Tsavo east was very big and we didn't see much animals but the lodge was terrific, especially the high view point.
2 times car broke down during the same day delayed our safari and lunch was then canceled.
Dicky has lots of contacts and found some arrangement to help us proceed our safari.
Bad point of our 3 days safari was the car else everything was OK.

Best olpejeta safari
I wanted to go to a different place after going to masai mara so i booked olpejeta which was in Nanyuki.this was so i could see mt kenya which i had never seen.Contacted Jumbo adventures who organised 2 days 1 night safari to olpejeta.the game drive was great with lots of chipanzees Rhinos and lots of burnt meat.Thank you Jane it was all worth it.Bravo
