Snow Africa Adventures organised a private climb of Kilimanjaro for my honeymoon. All the details were considered from beginning to end. We also made a change in itinerary while on the mountain which they were able to accommodate with no problems.

Great experience
We went Gorilla Trekking which was organized by Encounter Africa. They took care of permits and lodging. Patrick was very responsive and helpful.
The trip was a new of the best experiences ever. Alan was a great guide and driver.
I highly recommend using Encounter Africa and will do so again in the future.
Before booking I had communicated with different travel agencies and Encounter Africa (esp. Patrick) were the most responsive and helpful.

Quick and responsive
Since I booked the safari the day before it started I was positively surprised by how quick Terminal Tours responded to my request.
The small group of five and a good tour guide (Mike) made the safari successful. I came for the migration and I saw the migration.

Things were clear at all stages.
we did a 4 night 5-day tour.
Our tour guide was Reinhardt + Lungisani and it was a great experience overall. Reinhardt was very considerate and made every effort to show us as many wild animals, birds, flora and fauna as possible. It was clear he is very passionate about his job and enjoys it thoroughly. Lungisani was hilarious and cooked delicious cuisine for us. Overall, we had a fab time and enjoyed the trip.
In hindsight, it would have been better to spend 1 extra night at Satara instead of 2 nights at Letaba.

We have been satisfied by safaris tours and lodges chosen but we ve been dissappointed by car too br
The only thing that I can reproach about his kt & safaris is his car which is not well check. I Hope he will check more often his car.

Extremely poor coordination
i booked a safari from Bonfire on 8th September, guide and safari van was ok. the coordination and communication from my agent innocent was pathetic. She was not reachable two days before the safari. Driver and vehicle details were not shared until i made 20 calls to various numbers. finally number was shared on saturday 19.00 hrs for sunday morning safari and to my surprise, the mentioned driver never came instead send some other driver.
this is pathetic and frustrating for the monies paid. i will recommend not to choose bonfire because of very poor customer service.

6days machame route Kilimanjaro trek with Bujo
proffessional,experienced and well organized trek with BUJO.On our tek we had alot of experience and the whole team was good.They were cooperative and very well planned.At first before Booking we were hesitating but then later on we decided to book and itb was worth it.
From the guides ,the porters the owner(Bujo) were very charming and on time to pick us up from the airport.The food was also well prepared.

Nothing was too much trouble from the start , Robert answered all our emails (there were lots) very promptly and was very informative.
Our support team to the summit were amazing , from our lead guide Mussa who was extremely attentive and experienced to the assistant guides Frank , Nikolas and all the rest , Bima, Seche (amazing chef),Benson, Joseph , Emanuel , Charles and all the rest who made the whole trip a truly memorable one .

Impressive experience with Lion King Adventure and our guide Oussie!
Lion King Adventure is a very responsive, organised and professional safari operator which made us a super great experience during our visit in Tanzania!Their price is reasonable, pre-information is practical and the customer service is excellent!
Specially thank you Oussie being our big brother and safari guide during the trip! He is extremely knowledgeable with the animals and the landscape . He always did his best to spot those animals and we finally saw BIG FIVE, UGLY FIVE and the wildebeest with zebra migration. This is a fantastic and unforgettable experience ever in our life! He took care everyone of us and even celebrated my friend's birthday with his behind the scene preparations in the hotel that we stayed! He taught us Swahili and the JUMBO song so that we can integrate ourselves more into the Tanzania culture! What he had done are definitely beyond our expectations and made us a home away from home connection!
After the trip, Lion King Adventure invited us to their office and asked for our comments & improvements. They do concern our satisfaction and try to better their service all the time. We highly recommend for their excellent service and professionalism!
