Unforgettable ....
We have been back from our Safari for just a month and we are already planning the next trip ... Thanks to Safari Adventure we have spent unforgettable days. Impeccable organization: we slept in beautiful lodges and in very welcoming tents, we tasted simple but delicious typical dishes, we admired the beauty of the savannah from sunrise to sunset always accompanied by our impeccable guide Elias. 2WD car rented out instead of 4WD and failing camping gear
Unfortunately, we had quite a bad experience with Bushtroop Safaris. We hired a 4WD car with them including camping equipment. At some point, however, we got stuck in the mud in a national park and that’s when we found out the car wasn’t a 4WD, but a 2WD. By then, we had already driven on roads that were 4WD only and realized we had taken some risks there. Also, we had to change our plans as we weren’t able to access all roads anymore.
We contacted Jacqueline, who was always quick to respond and friendly, and she was feeling really bad about this and said that they hired the car from someone else and didn’t know about it. We agreed to get a refund on the car, but we’re now 4 months in and still haven’t received it. We have had contact with Jacqueline several times in the past months ensuring us that the money was on the way, but it never arrived.
Beside the issues with the car, the camping equipment wasn’t in good shape either. The tent poles had been repaired very often and were only barely useable. Also, after the first night we found out that the air mattress was leaking. We tried to have it fixed, but weren’t able to and they apparently don’t sell them outside Nairobi so we couldn’t get a replacement. Finally the gas muzzle didn’t work properly as it took an hour to get a pan of water to get warm. That last thing was an easy and cheap fix, but on the whole we weren’t really able to camp out.
So, unfortunately, it wasn’t at all what we hoped for.

I had a deep and special experience in Tanzania with SafariAvventura! The staff was great and always ready to satisfy all the needs I had during the tour. I slept in beautiful and very comfortable lodges , and food and drinks were really good and tasty . The itinerary was well- planned, giving the chance to visit in 8 days wonderful places into the wild. Even the car service was perfect during the tour and the guide was always ready to explain everything about the places we visited The impressive Tanzanian views and landscapes, the wild animals close to you and the local people let me feel excited all the time .

Great experience
We were on a 3 day safari with Tanzania Safari Supremacy to Tarangire, Ungorongoro and Lake Manyare. The trip included flights to and from Zanzibar. Our driver and guide Solomon picked us up at the airport in Arusha and dropped us off there again. It was a fantastic trip and everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. We can highly recommend Tanzania Safari Supremacy. The booking and communication from home with Elvice was also exellent and our guide and driver Solomon was very informative and knows everything about the parks and the wild life. We saw a lot more animals than expected. The accommodation and food at Olea Africana Lodge was first class.

They Were Just Perfect! Amazing Kilimanjaro Trek
My friends and I recently did 8 days private Kilimanjaro Lemosho trek with Safari360 and we are glad that we selected this amazing company. We finally conquered Kilimanjaro but this was only possible because of the first class help and advice from the amazing crew consisting of expert guides, strong porters and talented chef. They supported every step of the way from Moshi, to Uhuru Peak and back. They organized for quality water proof tents and sleeping bags that kept us warm in the very cold and rainy nights. Food was tasty and more and enough for everybody. We ate together with our crew just like one big happy family. It was very re-assuring knowing that my life and that of my friends was in the hands of experts. I highly recommend this company with no reservations. They were just perfect!

Unforgettable safari with 2 small children
we spent an unforgettable safari!! Madame Tunu took care of every detail for my children aged three and four!
We stayed two nights at Masai Mara coming from Malindi. she really thought of everything! we have traveled a lot and made several safaris, but this time, she made the difference!

It was a pleasant hike up the Kili, they all worked very hard that you can make it up.
I booked the 5 days Kilimanjaro hike via Marangu Route.
The overall experience was great. They were all working hard for you to make it up to the summit. Especially without my guide (Patrick) I wouldn’t have made it to the top. He did an outstanding job.

Stolen Money
Though the actual experience of the safari was great, the company stole our money. They led us to believe that due to a switch in lodges (due to a flood), the money that we paid several months in advanced had not been able to transfer from one lodge to the next. They then told us that they we would have to pay for the fees again and they would refund us. Our driver's name was Dennis. He gave us the name and number of his "boss", Noah who was suppose to drop of the money in USD at the hotel we were staying at. Of course he never showed up and promised that he would transfer the money into our accounts when we arrived in the us. Of course, he lied again. Till this day, we have no received our refund. This company will steal your money. Do not book with them. The driver smiled in our face the entire time and then ripped us off and refused to drive us into Nairobi unless we paid the fees. BE AWARE. My friends and I are posting this review on every website we possibly can to warn others.
