I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Benson Safaris Tanzania, and I can't express enough how amazing our experience was. We just returned home safely from our unforgettable trip to Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar at the beginning of January. This journey left us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the Ndutu National Park. The sheer beauty and serenity of this place left me in awe. We also had the opportunity to explore the Serengeti and Tarangire, both of which were truly magnificent.
What made our experience truly exceptional was the unexpected surprise organized by Benson Safaris of my Boyfriend birthday. We had no idea about their plans, and it turned out to be an incredible surprise. The entire staff at Ndutu Safari Lodge came together to celebrate his birthday with us, and the experience was heartwarming. I was moved to tears by their genuine warmth and the beautiful singing.
Africa has always held a special place in my heart, and this trip reaffirmed my love for this continent. The connection to nature, the wildlife, and the people of Tanzania is something I will forever treasure.
Our guide, Zablon, deserves a special mention. His wealth of knowledge about the wildlife and the local ecosystems added a whole new layer of depth to our safari experience. Zablon's passion for wildlife was evident in every moment we spent with him, and his dedication to ensuring we had the best possible experience was truly commendable.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Benson, the owner of Benson Safaris, for taking the time to personally meet us upon our arrival. His warm welcome and friendly demeanor immediately made us feel like part of the Benson Safaris family. As an extra surprise, he generously gifted us with a kilo of coffee from his own farm. The coffee is not only delicious but also organic, reflecting his commitment to quality and sustainability.

Knowledgeable, kind and Fun
Take it from someone who grew up in Africa and has watched pretty much every african animal documentary released in the past decade; Omary is a very knowledgeable tour guide.
During our tour, he took his time to explain everything we witnessed in details using analogies to what happens in our lives as humans. Omary is also funny, bubbly and has a very remarkable laughter( or what we africans sometimes call "mischievous laughter").
Our group was very diverse with people from different countries yet Omary was able to connect with everyone.
I knew a lot about safari animals before this tour. But I learned so much more and had fun while doing it.

The best decision of my life!
The best decision of my life! My driver and guide Damion is a gifted driver and has an almost uncanny nose for wild animals. I felt almost decadent because there was even a chef traveling with me who prepared delicious dishes in the middle of the Serengeti. Everything all around great.

Unique experience Zanzíbar & Selous/Nyerere
We had a fantastic holiday. The Safari tour was well organised. A short 30 min flight from Zanzibar to Tanzania. A private tour in the jeep with a ranger who wanted to get the most out of it. The bush walk was fun but we saw no animals, we did see plants and insects. Crocodiles and hippos during the boat tour! On the way back we wanted to visit a village to see how the people live there. impressive. The stay at the Lodge was great. Clean and spray every day. Wonderful cooling in the pool, friendly people. The Resort Dream of Zanzibar was hot but a lovely stay in a luxery room, kind people, great food.

We did our 5 days safari tour in Tanzania with Trust wilderness Adventures, everything was superb from the day we arrived to the last day .
Our guide was perfect, flexible and friendly also very knowledgeable with alot of experience concerning about parks, wildlife and culture.

Excellent Safari Experience
We did a four day safari tour with Meru Slopes Tours in January. We had an amazing time. We spent one day in Tarangire NP, two days in Serengeti NP and our final day in Ngorongoro Crater - it was absolutely fabulous. We saw many different animals and species and were so surprised to see how close the animals came to us.
Meru Slopes took care of all our travel and food and also transfers to and from the airport - we felt very safe and well looked after at all times.
Our driver Muddi was brilliant. He had so much knowledge of the beautiful areas we visited and shared alot of information with us about the many different animals and species. He was such a nice tour guide and was always so happy. He made sure that we enjoyed ourselves so much and was so determined for us to see the big 5 - which we did. Thanks for everything Muddi.
We would recommend Meru Slopes Tours and Muddi to look after any travellers for your Safari.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide Ludovico
The communication with Raja Tours was quite minimal- in the end we had last minute to change the date of our trip-
Fortunately we could make it!- And we finally had a wonderful day with our guide Ludovico in Nyerere national park. He gave everything to show us many animals as possible- it was adventurous and we saw a lot of interesting landscapes & wildlife animals- except of the lion- He had gone into hiding to digest the giraffe meat from the previous day.... The camp was a little bit outside of the park but was perfect too!
