A spectacular journey with moria safaris on the machame route
5/5

I recently embarked on a seven-day trek with Moria Safaris along the Machame Route, and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the initial planning stages to the final descent, every aspect of the journey was flawlessly executed, leaving me with memories that will last a lifetime.

The knowledgeable and attentive Moria Safaris team ensured that every detail was meticulously handled, making the trek along the Machame Route not just a physical adventure but also a journey of cultural immersion. Our guide, in particular, was not only an expert navigator of the trail but also a wealth of information about the local flora, fauna, and the rich Tanzanian culture.

The Machame Route itself presented breathtaking vistas and diverse landscapes, from lush rainforests to alpine deserts. The pacing of the trek was well-planned, allowing for acclimatization and ensuring everyone in the group could fully appreciate the stunning surroundings.

Camping under the African sky added a touch of magic to the journey, and the Moria Safaris team's attention to detail in setting up and maintaining the campsites was commendable. The meals provided were not only nourishing but also delicious, proving that culinary excellence is achievable even on the slopes of Kilimanjaro.

The highlight of the trek, of course, was reaching the Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. The sense of accomplishment and the breathtaking sunrise view made every step of the ascent worthwhile. The Moria Safaris team's encouragement and support played a crucial role in making this achievement possible

Best Tour Company Without Doubt - This is the company to go with
5/5

Right from first contact, I knew this was the right tour company to go with in Kenya. Steve, the owner, was outstanding - fast and efficient communication. He had an itinerary sorted out quickly; communication was brilliant; payment was simple, and any question was quickly answered. Our tour was also incredibly good value for money. We also had the opportunity to meet Steve and his wife - both professional and friendly people - a real reason to support Ramja Safaris.

The other great thing about this tour was our driver/guide - Peter. He was absolutely the best guide we have ever had. A genuinely really nice guy who went out of his way to look after us and ensure we had a brilliant and fun experience. What made him standout was that he was full of amazing facts and information but was not one of those guides who overloads with information - it was more of genuine conversations and answering questions when we wanted to know something. While finding the wildlife is a matter of luck each day, Peter had an amazing ability to find the animals before other vehicles. He also knew, and was respected, by many people in the parks, which helped him find the Big Five.

Some advice, I strongly suggest you go for the 4WD option as they are much better than the vans. There is also an option to upgrade your accommodation if you want - but we were very happy with all the places we stayed - Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, Elementaita Sentrim Lodge and Mara Sentrim Lodge. All the lodges were very relaxing, comfortable and friendly staff. We would stay at all three places again.

We will definitely be returning to Keyna for a longer trip and will use Ramja Safaris again - no doubt (and hopefully have Peter as our guide/driver).

Our only regret was that we wish our tour was longer - but gives us a good excuse to return to Kenya.

Don't bother looking at any other companies - go with the best - Ramja Safaris.

Excellent
5/5

My family and I made a 5-days safari tour around the 4 main parks, including Ndutu Lake natural reserve in the middle between Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Personally Ndutu park has been one of my favourites, since it provided us with amazing and unpredictable scenarios thanks to the migrations in that area. However, the experience was outstanding and our guide/driver (Frednand) was really nice and funny, we laughed a lot.
I suggest 100% this experience with Safari Avventura

From start to finish, communication with MeekTrails was easy and Meek was very flexible in putting together an excellent 6-day safari program for us ( family with two children) .Lodges and food were excellent. And our guide Sammy was the best skillful driver, and he extremely knowledgeable on Kenyan wildlife. Thanks a lot for this experience.

We returned from climbing Kilimanjaro for 6 days via the Machamé route with stars in our eyes.
We had a memorable experience with exceptional people. From the start we were well received, well guided and always pampered.
Our team was great, thanks to our two guides Nyokaa and Joshua who always supported and accompanied us.
Thank you also to the whole team, cook and porters who are smiling and so caring people, always on the lookout for our needs and for making us happy.
Thanks to Ali for his cooking and to Peter for his smile and his tenderness.
Thanks also to everyone else: Wolfgang, Déo, Noel... for our shared moments. I will support Tanzania at the CAN :)
It is thanks to you that we managed to reach the summit, this victory is shared by everyone.

PS: you who read this comment, do not hesitate to call Kilimanjaro Heroes Adventures, they will be able to guide you to take you to the summit. :)

A Thrilling Safari Adventure in Uganda
5/5

Embarking on a safari in Uganda is a journey into the heart of untamed beauty, where the lush landscapes and diverse wildlife create an unforgettable experience. Our recent safari, guided by Bob, exceeded all expectations, blending the thrill of trekking with the awe-inspiring wonders of the Ugandan wilderness. From the mist-covered mountains of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to the vast plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park and the lush greenery of Kibale Forest, Uganda's diverse landscapes left an indelible mark on us.

The overall service provided by Grassrootz was excellent and on a very high level. The communication with Sander was very smooth and easy. All the accommodation was perfect, as described in the itinerary and even better. The company is reliable and flexible with clients preferences- duration, places to visit, budget and etc. A very good value for money. We strongly recommend using their services, while travelling in Uganda.

We еspecially want to thank to our guide Bob, who was very friendly and always taking care of us. He was important part of this amazing journey.

From the heart-stopping moments of encountering wildlife in its natural habitat to the serene landscapes that define Uganda, this journey will forever hold a special place in our hearts, a life-changing experience, leaving us with memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Awesome and responsive.
5/5

I went on a 4 day/3 night Safari that included the Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park as well as the Ngorogoro Conservation Area. From day 0 when we were picked up at the airport and put up in a hotel in Arusha, everythywent seamlessly making it a pleasant experience. We had afull day to spare in Arusha and we got a local guide (on payment) who gave Avery nice tour of Arusha. Our tour guide cum driver, Rocky, was good in several ways. He was knowledgeable and shared a passion with birding with one of us. 60+ species of birds were identified dur ing the four days. Of course, we were able to see a large number of animals thanks to spot decisionsto change routes. This enabled us to see multiple rhinos and lions that included a real.close encounter. Due to rains, multiple vehicles got stuck and needed help to be pulled out. Rocky"s compassion towards others was nice to see as he helped out. Hallimaa who was our contact person at Suricata was very helpful as well. She helped us plan our itinerary and helped us stay within our budget. Further, she responded to several requests of ours during the safari. All overnight stays in the Parks were good. I am a vegetarian and there was more than enough food for me. All in all, it was a memorable experience.
