Excellent hospitality & prompt service at 3 days safari - Masai mara, Lake Naivasha, Crescent island
Having done a lot of research and comparison of various Kenya safari operators, we chose WeCam safaris as they offered the best service at competitive rate. Ms.Mercy was really helpful and available for help through phone and whatsapp always. They also shared the details and pics of the safari vehicle, detailed itinerary which was really helpful.
They were very punctual in their pick up and drop time, very knowledgeable and always offered helpful tips. Our guide Mr.David was very helpful and a true professional. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Only one drawback was our stay at Enchoro wildlife camp at Masai Mara which was pathetic due to their utter lack of discipline and time sense. I suggest WeCam safaris to find an alternative camp.
The stay in Lake Naivasha at Taphe resort was amazing.
Overall, the service and hospitality was amazing. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful experience for both photographers & those that just want to enjoy the wildlife!
We recently spent 6 days with Ernest Porter from Eagle Eye safaris at Nkohro Bush Lodge & it was AMAZING! Ernest runs a well organized safari and really gives his guests personal attention & great value. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & Ernest organised for us to have the 'honeymoon suite' which was a very special touch & when he heard we would be spending a few days driving around Kruger beforehand he even met us at Orpen gate so that we could follow him to the lodge. His photographic workshops and in the field guidance were very informative and helpful and he was always available to answer any questions. The vehicles allowed us to get up close to the animals & Ernest ensured that we were always at the best angle & in the right light for the photographers. Eagle eye safaris is a great value if you just want to enjoy the wildlife & if you want to photograph wildlife it is priceless! This was our first trip with Eagle eye safaris but it will definitely not be our last.

Breathtaking experience in kenya and tanzania
16 days safari covering Lake Nakuru , Masai Mara, Lake Victoria, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Amboseli. Amazing service. Clean well taken care cars, guides were awesome (funny and very knowledgeable). Logistics went very well. This was a very last minute tour but they were very helpful in finalizing the plan with the available accommodation options very quickly and professionally.
The safari was organized with both Soul of Tanzania (for Tanzania) and Spirit of Kenya (for Kenya) and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The weather is nice but the road need to be repaired. The 'free' massage up to our accommodation tired everyone out.

Not many wildlife and we could not see the tree climbing lions nor any leopard.

Poor Communication and Follow up
We saved money for our South African vacation for over a year and a half and the part we were most looking forward to was our 2-day Safari in Pilanesberg. My husband even purchased a new camera for the game drives.
Shortly after we arrived at the Bakubung Lodge in Pilanesberg we were told by another guest that the evening game drive had been cancelled due to wildfires. The entire park had been closed for the first time in history. We were told that we would be informed of the status of our morning drive later that night. Had it not been for this individual we would not have been told of the cancellation- we did not hear anything from Go Safari.
We inquired on the status of the morning game drive several times that evening and nobody at the resort seemed to know anything. We went to bed disappointed but hopeful for a morning drive.
We awoke the next morning at 5AM to get ready just in case the drive was going to occur. We went to the lobby and, again, nobody had any information. Worse still....no word from Go Safari. After standing in the lobby for an hour exchanging awkward glances with the front desk staff we finally went back to the room assuming the drive was cancelled (we were literally the only guests standing in the lobby). Still...no word from Go Safari.
Our ride back to Joburg was not scheduled to pick us up until noon so we had 6 hours to sit there and do nothing. So, we sat on a bench outside and waiting for 6 hours to be picked up. As we sat there, we had hoped for word from Go Safari. Anything would have been nice. "We are sorry about the cancellations", "Would you like to try again another day?", "Can we provide a voucher for a future date?" But Go Safari did not reach out.
We understand that the wildfires were not anyone's fault and those things happen. We can tolerate disappointment. What we are upset about is the total lack of communication from Go Safari and the horrible customer service we have received.
We spent nearly $900USD on one night at a lodge with crappy food and poor service from the staff.
We had several more days to spend in Joburg and would have gladly paid for another driver to take us back after he park opened so we could even get one game drive in.
This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime. Go Safari really messed this one up.
