The amazing tour guide defines the tour. Overall, great tour and nearly perfect.
My girlfriend and I went on a 4 day tour covering Lake Manyara, The Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti NP. Overall, the trip was amazing and the company left an extremely positive impression on me and my girlfriend, although it wasn't perfect. To get the negatives out of the way, there is room for improvement in areas of communication during the planning stages of the trip. When we arrived in Tanzania, we were informed of floodings in our booked accommodation in the past week, where we had to relocate and some pricing adjustments were made. Given that this was not previously communicated to us, we were caught off guard. Given that we were able to confirm the unusual severity of the floods this year in Tanzania from extra research and other local sources, we believe there was no malice involved but it was genuine miscommunication. I suggest that if you do book a tour with Orongai, it is very important that you regularly reach out to the tour company about itinerary changes and pricing. It should also be noted that even after the pricing adjustment, we found the price to be extremely competitive for the level of hospitality offered.
With that out of the way, the tour itself blew our minds. The guide, Charles, was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate some special requests we had (we needed medical attention at some point due to a previous incident unrelated to the tour) and the connections he had with other guides meant that we were always able to spot the right animals at the right time. Although we only went for four days and it was during low season (May), we spotted all the big 5, including a whole tree of lions in the Serengeti and a rhino at a far distance (admittedly, we got very lucky in general as the weather was great for the season). He also had an impressive knowledge of local animals and gave the right amount of context to the beasts we were spotting. The level of accommodation and food offered were at and exceeded our level of expectations and definitely worth the price we were paying for. The company representative also met with us after the tour and was genuinely interested in our feedback regarding our experience, which we felt was a great touch. As with all tours, understandably, there were times when we were gently suggested to shop in some areas, but this was not done in an aggressive or forceful way.
In general, I am very glad to have Orgonai to be the guide to my first Safari and my third time to Africa. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family should they want to do a Safari in Tzn one day (with the emphasis on the communication part).

Excellent Service, great company
After a great search online, I came across several companies that are ready to quotes for our dream trip to Tanzania.
Of all companies, the Afrikakukaye team drew our attention and Mr. Davis, whom is the Safari
Consultant was of great assistance as he was quick in responding and we really liked
our itinerary. We booked and travelled in March, our main
highlight was the day trip to Marangu, Kilimanjaro which was awesome......
the culture, the colors were always amazing. Our Guide Mr. Edwin was always amazing
and very informative. We will definitely return. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Very professional, always going the extra mile, very personal service, extremely reasonable rates
My family was incredibly pleased with Chris and SunUP. Their attention to detail was superlative. They always were available and ready to address any problem or issue or question. The safari itself was fabulous. Our guide, Antony, was incredibly knowledgeable and always forward leaning to address our requests. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to have an extraordinary holiday in Kenya.

7 Day Rongai
Excellent trip - we successfully reached Uhuru peak at 6.45am on 11th May 2018. My guides name was Leonard, who was very knowledgeable and experienced, and gave me some really good advice with regard to acclimatisation etc. Health & safety was also a priority, with daily monitoring of my heart rate and the oxygen levels in my blood. The food was also excellent throughout, with a good variety and very big portions! Overall an excellent service, very happy to recommend.

in one word : Amazing
It's was in one word: Amazing.
We were with 7 persons for the safari in Queen Elizabeth park, so he rented a jeep for us, wich was great.
Along the way there was also a chance to stop for food and drinks.
Frank stayed in contact with persons from the park, that's why we could see a group op 8 lions on our first day !
the next 2 days we saw a lot of different wildlife in the park and kazinga channel.
The communications between our group and franks was also good. we could ask a lot of information and he would give it to us.
so all in all it was a very great experience, with a great guide !
So thanks to you Frank !

Awesome!
Picking world tours and safaris was by far the best decision I made for our first safari experience. From get go it wa sclera that they were the perfect fit for us. They fit our budget, they had a detailed itinerary that gave us a clear idea of what to expect.
Since this was our first safari we had tonnes of questions that were patiently answered by Richard!
From the time we landed we were extremely taken aback by the warmth and friendliness of the people we met! Our safari was a great success thanks to our guide Stanley.. since we went in the off-season we didn’t quite expect to see the number of animals we did!
But Stanley pulled it off by diligently tracking the animals and patiently answering our questions. His friendly nature and dedication really won us over.
Being vegetarians we were worried about the food we would get to eat. But our chef Dickson put in a lot of effort to make sure we ate a hot meal at the end of the day. He even custom made a spicy chutney for my spice loving husband!
I’d like to mention especially Richard who even after the safari had ended, was so thoughtful, that he arranged for a quick hot meal of our choice at a moments notice.
It was overall a 5 star experience that we would recommend to everyone!

3 days Masai Mara Safari!! The place itself just makes everything worth it, but the cherry on top was just the amazing service provided by Heritage of African Jungles. Naomi, our coordinator, was very flexible in preparing our trip as we wanted it and the communication was just great. She for sure understood and exceeded our requests. Franz our game driver in the Safari was also very nice, with lots of knowledge of the camp and the animals.
When I go back again to Kenya, I have no doubts I will make all of my tours with them.

They made us feel like royals.
The services was overwhelming. Nairobi is a beautiful place, we enjoyed every moment.
