Great experience, scenic beauty and the highest African point.

We've been traveling to Tanzania in May 2019 with Lem Carnivores tours.
First of all, we visited 2-days safari: first day in Ngorongoro and then Tarangire. After that, we had 7-days climbing to Kilimanjaro by Machame route. After all these activities we moved to Zanzibar, but this part was planned by us.
We had a great experience by choosing Lem Carnivores. Vicent was very polite and customer-oriented.
All the sightseeings were very unusual and terrific. There won't be enough space in review to describe all the feelings and emotions, but Tanzania is definitely worth visiting! (Especially with Lem Carnivores :) )

Tanzania and the northern circuit are great. Lot of wildlife, nice people and an ever changing scenery. We found mild weather, great lodges and good food. Roads are everything from completely new to terrible. Expect no more than 30 kph average after entering ngorongoro area. Guiding was great und reliable, we always felt safe and well taken care of.

Visiting the Mikumipark from Daresalaam for a 3-day safari is highly recommended.

We were in this park from the 16th to the 18th of April, during the rainy season. Our guide had preferred this over Selous in this time. The park is located in a wide Savanna the animals have enough water and we have seen many, even though we were only a day in the park. A good choice during this time. But we also had little rain and there were many great photos of giraffes, zebras, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, hippos and crocodiles, but also birds. The accommodation with Camp Bastian was also a great surprise. The food was good.

Serengeti is a wonderful place, as well Tarangire park. The experience with the wild animals is fantastic and the "big horizons" of the Serengeti are wonderful.
Zanzibar Nungwi beaches are excepcional and the hotels at the beach have interconnection, so it's possible to try different restaurants every day.
Most of the restaurants at Nungwi serve excelent sea food.
Some points in Tanzania are problematic: 1) the insistence of vendors at the Nungwi beaches is terrible. They still offer drugs as marijuana and cocaine! 2) the bureaucracy at the airport is unbelievable. It's necessary to reserve extra 30' after check-in to go trough the immigration and at the double or triple check of passport. 3) the Zanzibar airport is without air-conditioning and has a poor roof, so it's like a sauna. The restarant upstairs takes to much time and charges extortionately for simple food.

Amazing experience. Many pictures, many wild animals, fantastic environment

We sow over than 30 different species of animals. Serengeti and Ngoro Ngoro were the places that we visited. The environment was amazing and the weather conditions on February were ideal for the safari experience. The location of the camps is inside the savana. During the night you can see also wild animals around the tends. It looks like dangerous but it is just adventurous. There is no risk on that, because there are always guardians around. Fredie, our guide was very good. It is important to know where you have to go and find out where the wild animals are. He was very friendly and help us to have the best experience. Thank you

The wildlife was amazing , we saw a lot of giraffes an hippopotamus was just outside the cabin. Most of all we liked the many lions and came quite near them. Also saw elefants and wild dogs and lots of wild beast and zebras.
We went with Selous Explorer and was enjoying the whole trip.

There are some hiccups with the guides but it did not dampen the spirit when you see the wildlife. Wildlife is plentiful and you will appreciate the amount of work the rangers place into ensuring the place is poacher free. This is something that should not be taken for granted.

Weather was all good and warm as expected. Special thanks to the chef who brought the whole experience up to the next level. He level of attention and care is beyond a job. He is passionate about what he does.
