After some confusion about the cost of the trip. It was all very good. The weather was beautiful, our tripp to Dar es Salamis was interesting.
I would like to thank our guide, Thomas, for a safe ride.We saw many animals and different landscapes.Accommodation and catering were very good.

We made two tours, ons in the northern part with Tarangire NP, lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro CA. Travelling by jeep means long distances and many hours on the road, but we loved to watch daily live, throughout roads sometimes were bad with lots of dust and of course the magnificent nature and wildlife in the parks. Facilities in the public camps are quite poor. Afterwards we drove to Selous NP, Mikumi and Udzungwa Mountains and particularly enjoyed the vast, beautiful and quiet parks with lots of wildlife and only few visitors.

Excellent time in Selous. The start of the rainy season brought some neat sights and great safari on foot. The landscapes of Selous are not as imposing or awe-inspiring as some of Tanzania's other parks, but the wildlife did not disappoint.

We landed in Arusha on August 15, 2018 and headed straight for the hotel. The tour operators and the hotel staff were friendly.....received a warm welcome and the atmosphere and ambiance was just amazing. The wildlife is great to watch and experience and the kids just loved it.

The scenery and wildlife were all I could have asked for. Weather was great, u fortunately my tour agent sub let the provision of the safari to a third party who left a great deal to desire, uninsured vehicle, faults on vehicle meaning engine couldn't be turned off, door flew open during safari and had to be held shut with a seat belt for 2 days, non provision of tents and sleeping bags at campsites and so it went on, luckily we were a group of 4 who bonded and turned the adversity into an adventure.
My tour agent was really helpful at resolving the issues at the end of the safari and he was certainly let down by the provider and I can't fault my tour agent. I continued on to zanzibar and that was as fantastic. In terms of wildlife and scenery and my agent certainly pulled out the stops showing me the best of the island with some really good trips around the island.

Manyara Ranch(3 days)- Very good wildlife- Lots of elephants; giraffe; goose; jakal; lions; buffalo; Zebra; waterbucks, stripped yeana, etc. Good and comfortable camp; very friendly people. good food; good guide.
North Serengeti (Nomad Safari camp 3 days)- fantastic wildlife- lions (big prides); leopard; chitas; black Rhino; hypo; crocks; Eland; Yena; bat eared fox and of course Zebra, wildebeest and the cross of the Mara river (unforgettable). Big variety of scenarios, from big plains to more thick bush. Green landscapes and showers during the night, but nice temperatures and sunshine during the day. Facilities at Nomad Camp were excellent and we had a feeling of being in Africa. Food was very good, personal very friendly and professional and the guide very competent and diligent.
Ikuka- Ruaha (4 days). fantastic views; very good scenic beauty. Dry miombo forest (quite different from Serengeti). Lost of elephants, giraffes; Zebra;birds; buffalo; some waterbucks; some Elands;

fantastic sunsets; but we were not lucky enough to see big cats (only one lion far away). The resort was very good. great room with fantastic views excellent food; friendly staff; very professional runned; our guide Habibo, was excellent: very competent; very diligent with a remarkable knowledge about the fauna and flora.
The cons: Tse Tse flies in Serengeti and Ruaha may be annoying. We got a few bites through our clothes. So far no disease (more than one month over).
The organization (Paul Tickner)- everything worked perfect and smooth: transfers; flights; camps; Hotel at Dar-Es-Salem.
