We went to Tarangire and Ngongoro. In Tarangire we saw a litof zebras, giraffes and warthogs. We fell in love with Ngorongoro. Going up to the crater rim it was like in Jurassic park and down we saw 4 of the big 5 - lions (several), buffaloes, elephants, rhynos. We also saw hyenas going up, hypos, z bras, flamingos, ostriches etc. and going down - monkeys. I truly recommend visiting this wonderful place.

Our trip to Tanzania was amazing! From start to finish, our five day Safari, with Migration Venture, exceeded our expectations! We chose the midrange accomodation, and felt very well taken care of. Our guide, Godlove, was very experienced and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time in the Tarangiri, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro national parks.
We would definitely do this trip agian!

Tanzania is the first country that I visited in Africa a bit randomly. But it treated us very well. We spent 5 days with Serengeti Mystery on safari tour and another 5 days in Zanzibar enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. It's a very safe country. People everywhere we visited are very kind and hard working. We saw locals would walk very far to fetch water, etc. I can see how there are so many best in the world long distance runners coming from this country. Zanzibar is more laid back. People like to take it slow and "hakuna matata". The staff accommodating us are all very thoughtful and helpful. I wouldn't be stressed about booking for the next day's activities, because the guides, hotel staff or locals are always there to help. We enjoyed the very close to nature, wildlife, simple and relaxing pace of life there.

We visited Tarangire national park, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, lake Manyara and then finished off our stay in Zanzibar. Tanzania is beautiful and the people are wonderful, friendly and helpful.
My husband is 70 and I’m mid 60’s. We felt safe at all times and had the best experience. If you are thinking about a safari we would wholeheartedly recommend Tanzania. I can’t imagine anywhere else could compete with it for wildlife, scenery, culture and people.

The safari we went on was fantastic. We got to see a huge variety of wildlife. We visited in June and the weather was very pleasant and the main tourist season hadn't built up. A barrier to Tanzania is the airport security which seemed pretty disorganised as well as a compulsory insurance tax for going to Zanzibar which seemed basically like a scam. Speaking of Zanzibar, while mainland Tanzania was welcoming , had lovely people and accommodation , Zanzibar Island is poorly designed, overrun with people and doesn't look particularly safe to get out and about on. Our recommendation would be to skip the post safari on Zanzibar and go somewhere safer and more beautiful on the way home.

When we have done some great amount of research of the different locations and the various operators that offer the Safari experience. Since we love to plan everything on our own the research took some decent effort but as we we have analyzed it was worth it. From the flight from Zanzibar to Tanzania Nyerere starting the experience with a very cool relaxed Guide as Abduli the first day was amazing so while going to sleep we asked ourselves? "Is it going to be like this 3 days"?! The answer is Yes it did because day 2 and 3 where as well relaxed and peaceful as well the enjoyment how the animals live in their own habitat. I would like to thank you for this amazing experience.

What a truly amazing experience seeing so much wildlife upclose and in their natural environment.
Our driver (William..everlasting African adventure) was so knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible.
Our trip included Serigetti and ngorongorra crater. Each area so different.
