Pros:
This safari tour is a great opportunity to experience both African wildlife and the breathtaking natural landscapes of Africa. The scenery was truly stunning, and the overall concept of the tour is well thought out. It’s a memorable way to explore nature and see animals in their natural environment.
What could be improved:
It would be very helpful to clearly inform guests in advance about the cost of the pre-paid dinner, as this was not fully transparent beforehand.
Providing printed brochures or a digital guide with a daily schedule and timing for the tour would improve the experience. This could also include brief information about the locations and animals we are expected to see.
Guests should be informed that if breakfast is missed, breakfast boxes are prepared but must be collected independently at the hotel reception.
It is important to clearly communicate that cash payments are not accepted everywhere. This is especially critical, as without traveling with my friend, I would have been left without lunch.
More specific guidance should be given depending on the tour regarding whether to bring money, what clothing and footwear to wear, as routes and weather conditions vary. The current information provided is too broad.
The safari service itself could be improved. Our vehicle got stuck at a crossing, and we lost over an hour of the tour. Additionally, the brakes failed, and we nearly crashed into the lodge reception, which raised serious safety concerns.
It would be good to have a compensation or alternative program policy in cases of floods or road closures. Due to these circumstances, we did not see any big cats (lion, leopard, cheetah).
Overall:
Despite these issues, I would still consider using this operator again and would recommend it to friends, as the experience and nature itself were truly special.

Lems was a very good guide. With humour he was explained history of places and local struggles.
Very good experience. Camping had dome challenges but thats always the case when you live outdoors.
Food was decent but not amazing,for vegetarians might be more difficult

Excellent safari experience with MoAfrika Tours
Our experience with MoAfrika Tours was outstanding from start to finish. Communication before the tour was clear and quick, which made everything easy and stress-free. The service on the day was excellent — punctual, well organised, and very professional.
The safari itself was amazing. We saw a large group of elephants, as well as zebras and antelopes, which was unforgettable. Our guide was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing great insights throughout the tour and making the experience both fun and educational.
MoAfrika Tours offers great value for money and is very reliable. Everything ran smoothly, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable safari experience in South Africa.

Funny, lighthearted very experienced
We had the best trip with triminate. He was such a funny likeable guy. Very knowledgable and quick to spot animals. Drinks and snacks included. Overall fantastic experience.

They really care about making guests feel welcome, they are caring, answer all the questions.
Since we arrived at Pilesberg, the whole team of MoAfrika Tours were very welcoming.
The drivers/rangers, can answer every question you have, we are amazed how multitasking they are and how they are always smiling, bringing good energy to the group and trying really hard to find as much animals as possible.
We had very nice drivers, Trimin was most of the time with us, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, you can notice he really likes showing the animals and the nature to the guests.
On the camp (and also on inside the park) the food is amazing. The chef always comes to explain what he prepared and also takes the time to explain how he prepares the food.
The camp is very cozy and has everything you need for the stay, the staff is also very kind, organized and communicates with the guests all the time, which we find very good.
We have very much enjoy our safari with you.

Fantastic and very accommodating.
We had an excellent day and saw lots of game, elephants , rhinos, hippos and much more. Our tour guide Moloko had excellent knowledge of the different species and was lovely to talk to. I would definitely go on this tour again. The transfer was very good with air-conditioning and the drive Sibu was great guy.

A full experience, not just a game drive
Moloko was a fantastic guide, full of energy and great at spotting game. She always tried to make sure you got a good view. I really enjoyed the day as a full experience. From getting picked up by Subi in the morning to the delicious braai lunch. I think it was very good value for money and the communication on booking and pick up was great. I felt comfortable that they were professional and had it all in hand. Very smooth operation.
