The service is really good since the beginning, when the communications started. Carson, our first guide, is a great person. Very polite, explaining things on the way to the park and also a good and careful driver. The price was fair.
There was only one questionable point: During the way to the park, we were asked about our preferences for lunch, but there was just a buffet option during the trip.

We had a great trip with MoAfrika Tours from Johannesburg to Pilanesberg National Park. Everything was well–organized from start to finish. Our driver, Carson, was especially amazing — very friendly, professional, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey.
The pickup and drop-off were smooth, on time, and the ride was comfortable. Carson shared a lot of helpful information along the way and made the whole experience even better. The tour itself was unforgettable, and we felt very safe and well taken care of.

Excellent story teller
Our tour started with an unexpected challenge of finding way through the road closures due to the G20 summit held on the same day. But our guide, Lebo, always managed to find alternative way to reach the places that we planned to visit. He was professional, very knowledgeable and a great story teller, which helped to understand the history of South Africa as a nation. Lunch was included and delicious. The tour is a great value for money, and I will highly recommend this tour.
