Nadzua was wonderful at organizing everything including our travel from Nairobi to Amboselj and then flights to the Masai Mara and from there back to Nairobi and on to Zanzibar. Everything was flawless. The team was also great at pivoting when half our party got delayed 24 hours due to plane trouble from the United States.
What really made the trip special was our guide Charles. You can clearly tell he has 20 years of experience as a safari guide. I have been on multiple safaris in the past and there is a clear difference between guides who have been doing this a while and guides who are new. Charles knows exactly where to go and the number of times we were able to see animals with no other cars around for incredibly special experiences was bar none. This alone is why you should book with this company. Any future safaris that we do in this region will be with Charles. What a great adventure and we can't say enough great things.

Excellent service
Everything was organised well by Jocky Tours and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
However, what stood out was our driver Joseph. He always rushed to grab the best spots for us to take pictures during the safari, he was accommodating, knowledgable and helpful.
He also thrived in the chaos of the demonstrations and road blockages in Nairobi, quickly found alternative routes and made us feel safe.

I've compared numerous tours, but Anna offered the most reasonable price. They became my family, took care of me, and provided me with accommodation and food. They showed me around the city before the start. They do their best for my safety and fun. I will choose this place even if I choose to tour again.

Great experience in the wild
Serengetismile has brought us amazing experiences thanks to the joint work of the team including the sales Jeremiah, the safari guide Pius, the Zanzibar guide Amis, the captain, and drivers. Jeremiah made us a detailed itinerary and the daily activities and accommodation are very clear. He is always there online with quick responses. Pius, our safari guide, is kind and friendly. He knows every creature we saw not just their names but their habits and moves. We were able to see many wild animals including all big five thanks to him. The last days in Zanzibar were also good. Amis guided us through the stone town and introduced the history of it. The captain took us to snorkeling. The sea in Zanzibar is fascinating. Though the weather was not perfect, we still enjoyed our stay there. If I were to come back to Tanzania in the future, I think I would also choose Serengetismile for their profession, attitude, price……

The guide was well knowledgeable, educated and very helpful throughout our tour.
Throughout this tour, we encountered a large variety of diurnal animals, including elephants, warthogs, mountain zebras, cheetahs, and meerkats. However, the true highlight was the nocturnal wildlife, where we were fortunate enough to see lions, spotted genets, aardvarks, aardwolves, bushpigs, porcupines, a Cape jackal, and many more! This tour is highly recommended as it offers a unique and educational perspective on nightlife in the wild, making it an unforgettable experience for any wildlife enthusiast.

Thorough, dedicated, informative, determined, and patient
Our experience was a phenomenal anomaly. We were only able to stay 48 hours and in that short time, we caught the entire 'Big 5' PLUS we saw a lion pride hunt a pack of impalas, with a singled-off impala barely escaping their clutches. This was incredible. I have friends who have been on safari 10 times and did not catch all of that in 1 short visit. I credit this to our guide, Simon, who was incredible. The accommodations were arranged and ready upon our arrival. It was a 'roughing it' experience, but we enjoyed being close to the hippos the first night and inside Kruger the second night. I highly recommend Wildlife Safaris for your excursion. Thank you Wildlife!
