Excellent safari and Tanzania tour operator
I did my Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari 3 day 2 night tour with Informative African Tour and can highly recommend their services.
From the moment I signed up to do the safari through this company, I received excellent communication from Gift, the tour operator, providing me with all the information I needed to know about how the Safari was going to run. Upon arrival in Moshi, Gift met up with me the night before the safari to go through expectations and operations to ensure that my needs would be met. Even after the safari was over, we met up again to provide feedback on how the safari went, as this company is keen on providing an excellent experience.
The safari itself went really well, a great time was had by all. We saw many animals in Serengeti and Ngorongoro and even saw some rare animals such as the serval, the caracal, mongoose and rock hyrax. Our driver tended to our needs and made sure the jeep was in good condition, he made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with our safari. The camping option was actually quite good, the campsites were nice, the tents were good quality, the cooked food was very high standard. Overall I am really happy that I did my safari with Informative African Tour and can even recommend them for other trips in Tanzania, so it's worth getting in touch with them to discuss your interests and they can plan your whole trip around Tanzania for you! Africa Merit was the perfect partner to experience the beauty of Tanzania in a unique experience.
About a year ago, I planned my trip to Tanzania with Africa Merit, and I still think back on this unforgettable experience today. I have traveled a lot around the world, but these adventures remain incomparable. A particular highlight was definitely climbing Kilimanjaro, which was perfectly planned from start to finish. The guides led us well throughout the week, the cook prepared delicious food, and the rest of the crew also contributed to the success of the hike with their positive energy. It was truly the most special thing I have ever done in my life. After the hike, I was also able to get to know the country's nature and wilderness better on a multi-day safari. The Big Five will stay in my mind forever. It was an all-around perfect experience, communication with Africa Merit was always flawless, and I would book another trip anytime. Excellent guide and amazing parks
I went on a 4 day trip with my friends. Safari360 had everything planned right from the start - the pick-up from the airport, the accommodation, the food and the daily safari were all smooth.
Our guide was very patient and very good at spotting wildlife. I saw lions and leopards in Serengeti, elephants in Tarangire, and rhinoceros and deer in Ngorongoro Crater. Each day was a new experience.
The cuisine was superb and the accommodations were pleasant and clean. The entire vacation exceeded expectations. This is an excellent package for those who want to see the nature and fauna of Tanzania up close.

Unforgettable experience in the Danakil Depression
I had an amazing experience with Danakil Depression Tours. Our guide Jonas was fantastic, kind, funny and very knowledgeable. Mikey, the manager, is such a great person; he even offered me lunch and took me for a small tour the day before departure, which made me feel very welcome.
The tour was well organized and not too tiring. Most of the time we travelled by car with short walks and excursions of about one or two hours. The landscapes were absolutely unique, with salt lakes, volcanic craters, colorful formations and endless desert views that felt like another planet.
The food was very good, mostly pasta, vegetables and meat, so it’s something anyone can eat without any problem. At first I was a bit worried about the food, but it turned out to be great and well prepared.
Everything was perfectly arranged, the team was professional and caring, and I always felt safe and comfortable. I truly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover one of the most fascinating and surreal places on Earth.

It’s been a week since we returned from our unforgettable journey to Tanzania — and we’re still in awe! This once-in-a-lifetime adventure exceeded every expectation we had.
I began planning this trip for our group of eight adults about a year ago, researching several local safari companies before choosing Zohar Safari — and I’m so glad I did. From the very first message, Lillian was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly prompt in answering every question. Together, we crafted a perfect 8-day itinerary combining thrilling game drives, a breathtaking hot air balloon experience, and meaningful cultural encounters — all beautifully balanced for adventure and relaxation.
The accommodations, from migration camps to boutique lodges, were superb — comfortable, authentic, and perfectly located. Zohar’s safari jeeps were also impressively well-equipped, stocked with everything from snacks and water to wipes and even toilet paper — details that made a big difference out in the bush.
Our guides and drivers, Solomon and Goodluck, were truly exceptional — real professionals who became friends by the end of the trip. They are funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife and nature. They were always punctual, organized, and calm behind the wheel (even on the bumpiest trails!). Solomon’s eagle eyes amazed us all — he could spot a leopard napping in a rocky cave from nearly a mile away! Thanks to his expertise, we witnessed the Great Migration — wildebeest crossing the Mara River while crocodiles lurked below — a breathtaking, heart-pounding sight we’ll never forget. Oh, and he also makes a great “bush bartender” during sunset sundowners! 🍹
What touched us most was how genuinely the Zohar team made us feel like family. They surprised us with birthday celebrations, took care of every detail, and even fulfilled my husband’s special request — helping him capture a photograph of a baobab tree under the Milky Way for his astrophotography project. That moment alone was pure magic.
To everyone at Zohar Safari — thank you for sharing the wonder of Tanzania with us and for creating memories that will stay with us forever. We can’t recommend you highly enough!

Personal and helpful
Carien was very open to my wishes of what to include in my trip and made some great suggestions as well. My request was quite short notice but that wasn’t a problem whatsoever. She was very responsive at all times whenever l had a question. Text messages were clear and not ambiguous, as can be the case sometimes when texting. A satellite phone was arranged right before my safari began, and everything went smoothly, without any stress. She really thought along with me throughout my trip, almost as a friend would do. The price l paid for not having to worry about practicalities was well worth it. The hotels and lodges Carien was able to book for me so close to the date were exquisite, trips and excursions were breathtaking, and the restaurants suggested were very good as well. Carien is friendly, sincere and smart, a real treasure. l highly recommend her for your safari in Namibia!

We 100% recommend the Machame Route.
My wife and I just completed one of the most challenging yet rewarding adventures of our lives- the Machame Route on Mount Kilimanjaro with Elia Safaris. Our guides and porters were like angels on the trail, always checking on us, always encouraging. The climb to the summit tested our mental strength more than our legs.
The Machame route took us through dense rainforests, moorlands, and barren alpine deserts, each day testing our limits. It was really not easy for us, but everything was perfectly organized by Elia team and we always felt we were very safe.
We felt trekking tested physically and mentally, but it also gave us some of the most breathtaking views and humbling moments we’ve ever experienced.
