essentially flawless
5/5

The safari that Dancing Zebra planned was probably my favorite vacation/travel of my entire life (although I am only twenty, so take that with a grain of salt). The planning and logistics were outstanding and everything went off without a hitch and without stress. All of the places we stayed exceeded expectations in terms of service, accommodations, and food. Oh my god the food was so good. Our guide Frank was outstanding, funny, talkative, knowledgeable, and a great photographer. And of course, the most important part, the wildlife and game drives. Tanzania was unlike anything else I've ever seen. It actually felt like being in national geographic. I can't recommend Dancing Zebra enough

Unforgettable trip
5/5

Lulu Safaris gave us the opportunity to discover Uganda through a well-planned and complete itinerary that allowed us to experience the country's nature, its wonderful people, and its rich culture.

We were incredibly lucky to have Audence as our guide. He made this journey even more special. He is an outstanding driver, a fun travel companion, and a wonderful storyteller who shared with us not only the history and culture of Uganda, but also his extensive knowledge of the national parks and their incredible wildlife.

Throughout the trip, he was always attentive to our requests and needs, making sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. He also handled every unexpected situation along the way with confidence, professionalism, and calm, which made us feel safe at all times.

Uganda is an extraordinary destination, Lulu Safaris is the perfect company to experience it with, and Audence is, without a doubt, the best guide we could have asked for. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Best in budget class

Thank you, Tall Masai Safari, for organizing such an amazing safari experience. Everything was well arranged—from transportation and accommodation, food to the game drives. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and we were fortunate to see the Great Migration, lions, elephants, leopard, cheetas, giraffes, and much more. It was a truly unforgettable experience. I would happily recommend Tall Masai Safari to anyone planning a trip to Masai Mara. Thank you, Benson and the team, for making this adventure so memorable! 🦁🐘🇰🇪

Amazing. Simply Amazing.
5/5

Just returned from our first safari vacation. WOW. I cannot find the words to adequately describe just how amazing this trip was. Our entire trip took place in Tanzania, starting in Arusha then to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti. I’ll start with the game drives. I think we just expected to see a few animals through binoculars. I was blown away by the amount and variety of animals as well as the fact that we could get so close to many of them. We saw all the common wildlife as well as ALL of the big five.
Probably the most memorable part of the game drive portion of the entire trip was when we arrived at Lobo airstrip for the Serengeti portion of our trip. Our guide, Mokili, was standing at the door of our airplane when we stepped off. He introduced himself, grabbed our bags and took us to our Land Cruiser. After a few moments of getting to know each other, Moki asked what we most wanted to see. My wife immediately said, “elephants” and we found out that elephants had a special place in Moki’s heart and were his favorite as well. Moki shared some stories of elephant rescues that he had been involved with over the years and we quickly understood why they were so special to him. My answer was “cats”. Moki asked why and I just said that they are usually the hardest to find and it’s rare to see them. Moki told us that our camp was to the left but he heard that about a 45 minute drive to the right, that a cheetah had been seen and wanted to know if we wanted to drive that far to see if she was still there……”yes”. So, we drove 45 minutes and found her, “Super Woman” still there. We learned that she was named “Super Woman” because she had five cubs and that all five had lived to be 8 months old which is extremely rare. We were watching this beautiful girl and noticed about 40 yards away that we could see another cheetah. Not only was it just another one but it was all five of her cubs. Unbelievable.
The next day Moki took us to a spot where we were able to hang out with a pride of 17 lions for about an hour. Just the three of us with 17 lions for an hour within just a few feet of our vehicle. After spending time with the lions, we went to a mud/water hole where we watched five different families of elephants come to cool off with a mud bath.
When we left for this trip, I think our only expectation was to just do game drives all day, every day. What we found was that there was much more to this experience. From the moment we arrived at Kilimanjaro airport, we were treated like royalty. On top of being treated like royalty, each day was filled with little surprises that just set this entire trip apart. I want to describe these little surprises, but it would be like telling the ending of a movie to someone who has not seen it yet. It would ruin it so I will just leave it at that.
I really hate to start saying names because I am sure I will miss someone. There were so many who did so much and worked so hard to make this experience unforgettable. But I will do my best to name as many as I can. First, our host who was our very first contact, Eve. She really set the stage to get this trip off to an awesome start and she was there at the end to make sure we were sent off properly.
Samwel, our butler at Arusha. The man is a mind reader. He knew where we were and what we wanted before we did.
Sembeke, our first guide for our first game drives. A true professional and we consider a friend now.
Mokili, our guide for our Migration Camp/Serengeti drives. The man just knows the animals and has the eye of an eagle. We really enjoyed our time on the drives and spotting animals but even more so, getting to know Moki and hearing his story of how he got to where he is. A story that WE pulled out of him, not that he brought up. A great human being and we hope to see again one day.

Omar was amazing and gave us an unforgettable experience!
5/5

Our safari exceeded every expectation, and Omar played a huge role in making it so special. His passion for the bush was evident in the way he shared insights about every creature we encountered, no matter how large or small. He was also incredibly attentive, always checking in to see whether we wanted to linger at a sighting or continue on.

Seeing four of the Big Five on our first day felt almost unbelievable. We’re convinced it was the perfect mix of Omar’s skill and a bit of safari magic. His warm personality and great sense of humor kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed throughout the trip, and his thoughtful snack stop was a wonderful surprise. The meal served during the excursion was excellent and clearly prepared with care.

We left with amazing memories and are already planning a return visit. When we do, we’ll be asking for Omar and our fantastic driver, Alex, again. Thank you for an outstanding adventure!

Omar was very knowledgeable and attentive to everyone in the vehicle. He was personable and funny!
5/5

Our safari experience with Omar as our game drive guide was truly unforgettable. His knowledge of the wildlife was incredible, he could tell us fascinating details about every animal we encountered, from the smallest birds to the largest mammals. He always made sure the pace of the drive matched our interests, giving us the freedom to stay longer at sightings we wanted to enjoy.

Amazingly, we spotted four of the Big Five on our very first day! Whether that was thanks to Omar’s expertise, good fortune, or a perfect combination of both, it made for an extraordinary experience. Omar kept us laughing with his sense of humor and easygoing personality, and he even went out of his way to stop for snacks along the way. The lunch provided was delicious and thoughtfully prepared as well.

We can’t wait to return, and when we do, we will absolutely request both Omar and our wonderful driver, Alex. Thank you, Omar, for making our safari so memorable!

Incredible Honeymoon Trip
5/5

Great service from the landing to flying home. We booked a honeymoon trip that included 5 days of safari and 3 days in Zanzibar. Our guide Venance was incredible and showed us the Big 5 animals and all the rest we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable. The head director Immanuel was very friendly. High attention to detail and great accommodations booked.

Couldn’t have been better
5/5

We did an 8-day safari with Meru, and the experience was incredible from the very beginning.

When we first started planning the trip, the communication with Jérôme was excellent. He sent us several different quotes, adapted everything to our needs, always replied very quickly, and gave us all the information we asked for. He made the whole planning process incredibly easy.

Once we arrived in Tanzania, everything was perfectly organized. All the accommodation and transfers were excellent, and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish.

We especially want to mention our guide, Robert, who truly made this trip unforgettable. He has a huge amount of experience and an incredible knowledge of wildlife and animal behavior. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Great Migration, the Big Five, the Ugly Five, and so many animals incredibly close.

Robert always seemed to know exactly where to take us, when to wait, and what was going to happen next. His knowledge of animals meant that we were always in the right place at the right time, and we were able to experience and see absolutely everything we had hoped for.

On top of being an amazing and highly experienced guide, Robert is also a really friendly, kind, and enjoyable person to spend time with. Sharing these eight days with him made the whole experience even better.

We would 100% recommend Meru. It has been an unforgettable trip, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience.

THE BEST!! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who will listen. Trip of a life time.
5/5

We have traveled to many places. We always wanted to go on a safari. A friend recommended African Big Cats Safaris. We did some research and went with them.BEST DECISION! The trip was a trip of a life time for my family of 4 adults. First communicating with the company was easy. They being Joshua and Naiomi were very quick to get back to us and answer all of our questions. We set up 8 day safari. We went to Lake Manyara, Tarangerie NP, Olduvai Gorge,Ngorongor NP, the Serengeti and the Western Corridor to see the wildebeest migration. The last day we did a day hike on Kilimanjaro. They did everything they promised. A manager Emmanuel came out to our hotel in Arusha and walked us throught the tour just to make sure we were on the same page. They set us up in fabulous accomodations and we did the middle expense trip. I had to double check since the places we stayed were so nice. The food at the lodges they booked us was great. Breakfasts were a variety of foods. Lunch was either boxed or in a basket. We had some great lunches in the basket. Dinners were a buffet with plenty to choose from. They lodges would meet us at the drive way with a warm towel and a glass of juice. Perfect after a day of viewing. Our GUIDE WAS AMAZING! Our guide Klaus was fabulous. We were like family by the end of trip. He was so informative. He answered all our questions about nature, the Maasai and Tanzania in general. He had a great laugh and sense of humor. So many other guides knew him we called him the "mayor". He spotted things for us that we had no idea were even there. He saw this femal lion in the bushes waiting on a wildebeest that we had no idea was even there and we zoomed in up close in the Land Cruiser. He was not intrusive. He shared at times without being asked. Klaus quickly picked up our family vide and went at the pace we wanted and focused on things that we cared about. He was never in a rush and waited patiently for us to view what we wanted for however long. We stayed an hour and watched a gazelle be born and take its first steps. By the end we were all cheering on the little guy including Klaus. Even though we are not big birders he would point out different birtds and give us good information about them. He spotted the crocs for us which we would have missed. He pushed us to see the rhinos right away in Ngorongoro Crater because he knew we might not get another chance to see them. He was 100% correct. He was prompt and respectful and flexible. He took us to some out of the way spots that were great viewing. We felt like we left a family member behind when we left. We did a group hug at the end. The guide they gave us for Kilimanjar, Elias, was amazing. So knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. He had great information and some incredible stories about the mountain and some of his climbs. We can't say enough good things about our two guides. This story I feel like sums up the company itself. We had an early flight out of JRO and needed to leave the hotel at 6:30 am. The hotel shuttle was at 7. I talked to African Big Cat Safari and they quickly arranged at no extra cost a ride to the airport at 6:30. It took 2 minutes to arrange. The driver was there at 6:20 am waiting for us. Was just such an easy trip. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 100% We had a triip of a life time thanks to African Big Cat Safari.
