Felt like family on our safari!
5/5

We had an awesome time!! The whole Kiliclimb team went above and beyond, from welcoming us at the airport with refreshments to taking us around Arusha on the day after our safari was over, to checking in with us throughout our stay. Our driver Abuu was very sweet and knowledgeable, we felt like family by the end! We ended up seeing all the big 5 and even the great migration - we even got up close and personal with lions and cheetahs! If you are looking for the great migration, I’d recommend you ask ahead of time to have them check with the lodges about timing, it ended up being pretty behind schedule this year so we saw it in the Central Serengeti, making our stop in the Northern Serengeti a bit of an inconvenient detour as it’s far away and there’s less to see there (we did see a leopard though!). Abuu was so committed to making sure we saw all the animals nevertheless, some days that even meant he was driving over 12 hours, but always with a positive attitude even when we had some car troubles. You can tell how much he loves his job and how much he cared that we would have a good time. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great experience from start to finish
5/5

What a great trip! We were a family of 4 doing a private safari over 3 days to the Serengeti and to/around the Ngorongoro crater.

All discussions were arranged a few months beforehand very easily via WhatsApp - I specified my requirements and with a bit of back and forth we came up with a few ideas before deciding on a final itinerary that matched our budget. It was very easy to arrange and Midian was very responsive. I spoke to 4 different companies and African Chitah came up with the best price for the same itinerary. We paid a deposit via a secure link that was sent over, the rest can be paid in cash or via the same link prior to starting the safari.

Our driver, Papa, was great! He was very warm, welcoming and knowledgable. We felt very safe in his hands and trusted him as our driver. It’s also nice to know he was previously a car mechanic for a long time incase we encountered any problems - there were a few jeeps on our trip we saw that had minor problems that needed to be fixed along the way.

The jeep was comfortable, spacious and had everything you could need including a small refrigerator, usb and plug power points, WiFi. It was cleaned every day, both inside and out, by Papa after we had been dropped off to our accommodation as it gets quite dusty. This meant we always had a clear view out of the windows each day.

There were plenty of toilet and picnic stops along the way. All the food provided was delicious, we had one vegan in our group and she was sufficiently catered for.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our time on safari and would 100000% book with African Chitah again.

Simply perfect
5/5

We went with Calvin for a 5-day tour of the parks.
The experience was incredible, as was the flora and fauna.
Thanks to Calvin's keen eye, we were able to see almost all the animals, and we also had all our questions answered.
We thank the agency and especially our guide, who was exceptional. He paid attention to the smallest details and put our family in the best position to make the most of it.
Perfect logistics, incredible experience, fantastic encounter; simply perfect...
Thank you, Calvin.

Reliable and enjoyable travel experiences
5/5

I have had several opportunities to travel across East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) mainly for educational research and work-related projects. During my free time, I usually travel to different places and destinations to unwind and recharge.

Sun Pops Adventure Safaris was very helpful in terms of planning for my travel engagements. What I really like about the company is their flexible itineraries. The tour planners drafted personalized itineraries to accommodate my preferences with regard to mode of transport, accommodation type, activities, and tour destinations. Communication is efficient and service delivery excellent. The team is also passionate about responsible travel and promoting sustainable tourism, which is commendable. I would definitely use their services in future.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Safari with Edward – Absolutely Unforgettable!
5/5

My family and I (6 of us) had the incredible opportunity to take a custom-designed, 8-day safari with Edward Massaki—an exceptional guide with over 16 years of experience. From the moment we met Edward in Arusha, we knew we were in great hands. We spent a meaningful first day there learning about local life and culture, before heading out to explore Tarangire National Park (2 days), Lake Manyara (1 day), Ngorongoro Crater (1 day), and finally the Serengeti (4 days).

To say the trip was amazing is truly an understatement. We witnessed unforgettable sights—lions hunting, a leopard right next to our jeep, and even two dramatic wildebeest/zebra migrations crossings—thanks entirely to Edward’s expertise and intuition. He constantly read the land and animal behavior, positioning us in the right place at the right time while many other jeeps missed the moment. One standout experience was watching a stunning wildebeest crossing happen right in front of our vehicle, all because Edward patiently waited while others gave up and left. His deep knowledge of nature and calm confidence made all the difference.

But what truly set this trip apart was Edward himself. He wasn't just a guide—he was truly an ambassador for Tanzania. His warmth, generosity, and passion shone through every day. Knowing we were as interested in the people of Tanzania as we were in the wildlife, he helped us connect with locals in meaningful ways—like getting us in to witness a soccer practice in Arusha and engaging in open, thoughtful conversations about Tanzanian culture, politics, history, music, and family. He even taught us Swahili along the way! Sharing meals and stories with him was a highlight of the trip, and my 5-year-old daughter lit up every time she saw him.

Edward delivered us safely through every part of this adventure, always with a smile, a laugh, and a generous heart. He embodies everything we came to admire about the Tanzanian people we met along the way.

You may only get one trip like this in your life—and if that’s the case for us, we are so grateful that Edward was the one to lead it. Asante sana, Edward, and thank you to Gosheni Safaris for giving us a trip we will never forget.

Our guide and driver made the experience worth it for my nephew (6 year old) for whom the Safari was for. Mufasa like my nephew called him answered all his questions and made sure that he was safe.

Great and reliable
5/5

They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When the car I was in broke down (through no fault of their own), they quickly arranged another car to take me to Kampala. As for the gorilla tracking, it was truly a once in a lifetime experience 🙂
