Bravo
Five trips to Tanzania, five trips with Franck Mella. I first met him when he was my guide when I climbed Kilamangaro ten years ago. He was so wonderful that when he began Kilele savane, several years after our meeting, I kept going back to him and his Company.
Trips with this company have always been perfect. There has never been a problem. The driver-guides are of the highest quality. During my fourth safari in 2013, we were the first to spot, in a large contingent of 4 by 4s, the much searched for group of rhinoceros. Thank you David our splendid guide!
Finally, and this is a very important point, the entire team of Kilele shows unfailing good humor all the time.
Bravo.

Enjoyable trip with a reasonable and hard working company
Our family booked a holiday through All Seasons Safaris.
We really enjoyed the itinerary that they made for us, and they put in a lot of work before we committed to use their services.
The trip itself was fantastic - our driver Daniel was brilliant - and the travelling around the country was made as easy as possible.
Sure there were issues and changes that were beyond their control - we're talking about wild animals, that don't do as they're told!
The bottom line is that this company is friendly, honourable and hard working. They give very reasonable quotes for what is actually a very expensive business.

Experts in day tours
I booked a day tour to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Giraffe Centre and Safariwalk in Nairobi National park with ACZ safaris for my family. My 4 and 5yrs old daughters really enjoyed this adventure. John arranged everything for us and chose the best guide for us. We even had a chance to pay through Mpesa hence no hustles to banks. I appreaciate ACZ safaris team for the great work they did, especially John who is perfect in communication and answering questions. If I get a chance soon I will go for a long safari with them.

Incredible Experiences in Tanzania
We took two separate trips with Milestone in December 2015 and couldn't be happier! They were very easy to work with - Vera was a very organized and prompt travel coordinator, and she made sure that all of our questions and 'must haves' were covered.
Our first excursion was to the Pare Mountains where we got a chance to slow down a little and experience the cool and quiet of the mountains. Our tour leader George was excellent, friendly and very knowledgable (if you travel with him you won't be disappointed!) In Pare we did some hiking and visiting local villages - George took us to visit a local shop, a sugar cane processing area (where they make their own juice), and he even took us to visit his mother's home. We had an amazing time and feel welcome to come back any time :)
Our second excursion was also with George, and he demonstrated that he is also an amazing safari guide as well. We went on a 4 day Safari and saw so many incredible things that I would have to write you a novel. The lodges we stayed in were excellent and incredibly memorable. Milestone really pulled out all the stops and has given us memories for a lifetime!

The trip of a lifetime. Epic!!
I want to begin by saying that Safari Partners created an excellent itinerary for my family of 12. Chris custom-made the trip to fit exactly what we were looking for. We spent 9 days traveling, by ground, the countries of Uganda and Rwanda trekking with gorillas and chimpanzees and emmersing ourselves in the culture of the African villages. Lodging was top-natch beginning with the incredible views, delicious food and ending with an unforgettable staff. During those 9 days, we traveled with 2 guides and I must say that they became part of our family and worked hard to make my entire family happy. Finally, it was obvious that Chris had traveled these same steps prior to our arrival because he tailored the trip perfectly. I want to also say that Chris was only an email away during the two years of the planning of the trip. He was quick to take care of any requests or concerns we had before the trip and even during the trip. My overall experience with Safari Partners was excellent!!

Wonderful Kenya safari
Our driver Richard and Dan who organised our trip were always helpful, and knowledgeable about the safari camps and the wildlife, the three camps we stayed in on our safari were all so different which we liked, all with delicious food, and lovely staff. We saw so many animals, and I can't wait to return to Kenya! We only had three nights to play with but I would advise staying longer if you can, as the distances between camps are so vast it's a long time to sit in a van each day so give yourself more time than us!

A perfect balance between comfort and wildlife
We signed up for the 3 night Tsavo/Amboseli group safari as we're not really experienced campers or wildlife lovers. We immidiately were contacted by Moureen, who very service minded and interested in fulfilling our expectations in the best possible way. The communication was smooth and swift, and Moureen arranged the safari driver to to pick us and drop us off up at our hotel in a timely manor.
The final payment procedures were taken care of on the first day of the safari, which was conveniently made by credit card.
The one thing you need to be prepared for is the long drive before you get to the parks though! The roads are not the best, but we never felt unsafe. The safari truck was an 8 seat mini van with moveable roof - perfect for animal watching. Our driver, Daniel, a local Masai, had been in the business for 25 years and knew all the potholes in the roads, where the animals are, and the people for VIP treatment very well.
The parks were incredible, everything was exactly as you'd imagine from the Disney movie The Lion King. The safari game drives take place in the early mornings and late afternoons for better chances to see moving animals - and we saw a lot of them in both sunrises and sunsets.
The lodges where we stayed were nice and cosy, from huge semi tents in Amboseli park next to Kilimanjaro to wooden lodges nestled in the hill side in Rhino Valley, and all included all meals except for drinks (very affordable still).
Two things to bear in mind when going on the safari:
- bring mosquito repellant, a lot of it.
- bring lots of small amounts of cash for tipping and souvenir bargaining (no ATMs in the jungle, and at times the card machines don't work in the hotels).
This trip was way above our expectations - thanks a lot Moureen and Daniel for an unforgettable experience!

A small company delivers a uniquely personal and exciting safari with flair, integrity and efficiency
Laura, our safari was a resounding success. From the onset of our e-mail communication, I have felt trust in your ability to provide us with a unique safari experience. Our encounters with the Hadzabih, the Datoga tribes and the Massai in their own environments were informative and felt touching.
Against the backdrop of our numerous successful game drives we experienced the bush habitat on the scale of insects, birds, trees, chameleons, to gazelles and the majestic lions, elephants and giraffes. Paul didn’t fail to point out every creature that moved. He shared his incredible depth of knowledge generously. We consider Paul in a class by himself. His expertise and people skills reflect very well on Amazing Tanzania.
Accomodations everywhere were excellent. Each place provided a personal touch. It felt like a blessing that Tarangire Safari Lodge had a vacancy In the end. Annette made a personal effort to make gluten-free food for Jane- so did the rest of the places, including Chris at Kismeda Ngeda Lodge. You gave us a taste of luxury at Gibbs, the Plantation and your own Salei boutique Amazing Tanzania camp. When we arrived after a rough, almost six-hour 4-wheel ride straight across the plains and hills (“as the crow flies” in American idiom) we sat down and laughed in front of the dining room tent where the dinner table was set. We couldn’t believe what we saw.
Throughout our three nights stay, Thomas with the assistance of the chefs prepared and served us scrumptious meals (by the way, Jane wrote extensively in the guestbook).
The heart of our safari was at Aadje’s Ndutu lodge. It was an excellent choice. Aadje welcomed us with great warmth and had us over several times at her host table. It is an exquisitely Iocated and well –run lodge. Of course, the fact that she joined us for the Salei portion of the safari was a treat as well.
Yes, the flash flood was a highlight so was our hike toward the table in the still relatively dry riverbed, the muddy water fall and the visit with the Massai—compliments to Thomas (who accompanied me back from the hike to the car) and Jackson who orchestrated the Massai visits as well.
I speak for all four of us I’m sure, when I say that I will unreservedly recommend Amazing Tanzania to friends, acquaintances and the public at large, when given an opportunity.

taylor made safari
Me and my friend asked Transtrek Safaris to organize taylor made safari for us from Diani Beach to Nairobi taking in 3 Safari parks on the way. It was very well organized, we stayed in lovely lodges and safari camps, our guide/driver was available to us 24/7 to take us on morning and evening game drives and even adding a visit to Masai village. Thank you for the amazing time! Highly recommended!
