Perfect organization
5/5

Everything has been organized in outstanding way. Accomodations and food, vehicle, driver, guide. The tour was fantastic, including all most beautiful places, full of animals , honestly more than expected. We have breathed the real atmosphere of Africa. It was a memorable experience. I strongly suggest Serengeti Cheers as your travel organizer.

A perfectly crafted safari experience!
5/5

We had an amazing experience with Gosheni, from the moment they set up our itinerary all the way to our last day in Tanzania! Herman was available and responsive for any questions and changes we had in the process, and our guide Calvin was exactly the person we needed: friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable about the nature around us! We also want to give him special thanks for all his support and assistance on our last day when we faced flight cancellations. The service was impeccable and we created so many memories.

A great trip visiting 2 countries and multiple national parks!
5/5

My friend and I had an amazing time enjoying multiple national parks, organized by Tanzania Joyous Time. We started our journey in Nairobi, Kenya as I was visiting family there. We were picked up in a residential area of Nairobi which ensured we had a stress-free start to our trip. From there we went to Amboseli national park and then crossed the border into Tanzania. Every park is different in terms of landscape and animals, thus it is worthwhile to visit multiple parks as each is unique.

Our drivers and guides, Andrew and Rich, were true professionals. They shared so much wisdom about the flora and fauna, they really enriched our understanding of the wildlife. In addition, we really appreciated that they managed expectations of driving distance, where we would stop, and that we could visit a Maassai village if we were up for it - completely optional. Our guide informed us that a visit would come with a monetary donation to the village, and this transparency is valued as you can then decide if this is something you would like to do.

Furthermore, communication with the tour operator went very smooth. We received very quick and professional replies to all of our questions. Communication was clear and transparent prior to the trip, during the trip, and post the trip. They also helped us with some queries that felt more difficult to arrange from abroad, but the tour operator helped us get all the information we needed. We organized our trip within a month of departure - it was very easy to organize and tweak the itinerary based on personal preference.
Our accommodation within the safari itinerary was great - we made a couple adjustments and all accommodation lived up to expectation.

I would definitely travel with this tour operator again and recommend it for those looking to discover various parks in Tanzania (and potentially Kenya).

Perfect travel agency
5/5

Thanks to Beyond Travel for their amazing service! They crafted a perfect budget-friendly trip for us. Despite flight cancellations from visa issues, they expertly helped us rearrange everything. While the weather hid the Big Five, we were still blessed with incredible wildlife sightings. A memorable adventure all thanks to a great agency! A big clap to our guide Herms!

Meru Slopes brought our dream adventure to life come true!
5/5

We started communicating with Jerome in March, and he was always prompt, courteous, and responsive to all our inquiries. About a month before our scheduled trip, we decided to add another person to our group. Meru Slopes was very accommodating and made the necessary revisions to our booking without any issues. Despite several back-and-forth emails, Jerome’s communication remained clear, professional, and reassuring throughout the process.

Our tour guide, Douglas, was kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and local culture. He made the entire experience both enjoyable and educational, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Thanks to his sharp eyes and experience, we were lucky enough to see all Big Five—something we’ll never forget!

From the smooth booking process to the personalized attention during the tour, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the cost was very reasonable, and the overall experience was truly outstanding.

Meru Slopes turned our dream safari into reality, and we can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania!

Great Safari – great Guide
5/5

I think we were very lucky choosing Big Cats Safari. We had a really great guide. Why? A lot of operators name it „guide“ but they are just drivers. Our guide has really great knowledge of animals and flora. Could explain dependencies. And – we don’t know how – he was always in the best position with our jeep to see/meet the animals. Spotted cheetah were others just saw gras. He made this Safari for my whole family a really memorable experience! Thank you Festo – 12 of possible 10 points!

The organization was perfect for us: 1,5 days Tarangire, 2 days Serengeti, 1 day Ngorongoro and 0,5 days Manyara. Pls be ready to meet really bumpy roads for lots of kilometers (ist even for the passengeres tiring). You should be aware – early bird catches the biggest worm 😉 - we got up at 5 AM, leaving the lodge latest at 6.30 AM but it was worth it. The lodges organized by Big Cats Safari were exact what we like – very clean, safe, but not overacting. Espacially happy with the „..tented lodges“ (Burunge and 2x Embalakai); warm and friendly, food was fine and the price for drinks in our opinion more than fair. You can’t be nearer to wildlife – a Giraffe, an Elephant 3 meter next to your terrasse in the night/morning is overwhelming.
Of course in some lodges you can find room for (minor) improvements and „the better is the enemy of the good“ but nothing to complain.

All in all a perfect trip – Thank you

Great experience with minor improvement
4/5

I recently completed a 5-day trek up Mount Kenya with Dennsland, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable adventure.

Pros
• Very quick, detailed pre trek communication by Purity.
• My guide, Ben, was kind, patient, and encouraging throughout. The rest of the support team was equally great.
• Absolutely stunning landscapes and a truly rewarding summit experience. Reaching the top just after sunrise was unforgettable.

Cons
• When I arrived at the first camp, I discovered I was the only one sleeping in a tent while everyone else stayed in huts. I hadn’t been told this was an option beforehand. It was quite cold that night, so I requested to stay in huts for the rest of the trek — which was arranged, though at an additional cost. I’m glad I made the change, as it rained every day and camping would have been much less comfortable.
• There was a small disconnect between the trek team and the company, but it didn’t significantly affect the experience.

Although I went solo, Ben’s support made it enjoyable and safe. The final push to the summit was challenging but achievable, and the rest of the route felt moderate. I was also lucky to avoid any altitude sickness.

The trek effectively ends on Day 4 after reaching the summit, with Day 5 dedicated to the return journey to Nairobi.

I’d definitely recommend Dennsland for a Mount Kenya trek, just be sure to clarify your accommodation preferences in advance!
