Well-Organized and Friendly Safari Experience
We booked our 3-day safari with Africa Moja, and the entire experience was exceptional! Right from the airport pickup to the final drop-off, everything was perfectly organized, timely, safe, and professional.
We did two full-day safaris, one morning safari, and one night safari. The stay at Tempo Lodge was clean, comfortable, and safe. Special thanks to Isaac (our driver from JNB airport), December (the friendly receptionist), and Given (our amazing safari instructor). All of them were so kind, helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our trip.
We got to see lots of animals, including the Big Five, up close — and Given put in so much effort to help us spot the lions!
Highly recommend Africa Moja for a well-organized and truly memorable safari experience.

Absolutely to avoid, terrible experience and dishonest behavior
My experience with Jimfire Safaris and Transfers was extremely disappointing. I booked through GetYourGuide a tour that was clearly marked as “All Included,” meaning accommodation and park entrance were supposed to be part of the package. However, shortly after booking, they told me that both the accommodation and the park entrance were not included, even though it was clearly written otherwise on GetYourGuide.
I tried to contact them several times by email and through GetYourGuide, but they never replied. They only answered occasionally via WhatsApp, with vague and confusing messages. At first, they also said the tour was for two people only, even though on GetYourGuide it was possible to book for just one person, which I did.
After I showed them all the screenshots from their own listing stating that everything was included, they finally confirmed that it was all included and the booking was valid. But then, the day before the tour, they suddenly canceled it without any explanation and didn’t even cancel the booking on GetYourGuide, clearly trying to keep the money.
Fortunately, GetYourGuide support stepped in, refunded me directly, and reported them for their dishonest behavior.
I strongly recommend not booking with Jimfire Safaris and Transfers. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and act in a very dishonest way. There are many other trustworthy tour operators in Kenya, avoid this one at all costs.

Best and comfortable safari ever

Cost-effective and interesting trip
We just finished our safari in Kenya, and it was incredible! A huge thank you to our driver guide Glen. He was highly experienced and had a sharp eye, always spotting animals hidden in the grass first. He was not only a skilled driver but also an expert on wildlife, patiently answering all our questions. The itinerary was flexible, and his service was warm and attentive, making our trip very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Azeez was an excellent driver-guide, very humble, polite, patient and knowledgeable.
We started our Safari at Isibania crossing with our driver-guide Azeez. He is a very humble, polite, patient, considerate and knowledgeable guy. His communication skills are excellent. He guided us all along the tour and explained everything we saw and did. He has a vast knowledge of wildlife and plantlife. He is very reliable and showed up before time for our game drives. He planned the day after asking our opinions as to what we wanted to see and do for the day. I think we paid a bit more for the tour but it was worth it in the end. We really enjoyed every second of it. I would highly recommend this company and especially Azeez. He did an excellent job!! Thank you Azeez!

Fantastic
After being picked up from Johannesburg, we drove to Entabeni, then through rural South Africa into Botswana to Khama Rhino Sacturary, on to Nara and the 3rd largest salt pans in the world - a birders paradise!. Then on to Kasane and Chobe National Park. Finally on to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. See elephants on the side of the highway, bird life, giraffe and fantastic little rural African towns was amazing!
