Really open and attentive guy who knows a lot and wants to make the experience the best
Really amazing experience, starting with the booking, always attentive and resolving all the doubts, it's clear how organized they are. Once we started, our guide Melita was incredible, knowing all the spots to see the different animals, he was in contact with the rangers by radio so also communicating always where to go.
Also our big chef Salim, he prepared really incredible food so we always had been nourished too so well.
Until the end another staff of suricata (Daniel) he came in to the hotel to see us and ask how was everything and to see if there's something to improve or change.
It was an amazing Safari and suricata made it much better, being so attentive and searching the best to all the group

An unforgettable safari experience with Spirit of Kenya
Our trip with Spirit of Kenya was absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth, professional, and full of care. Communication with Filipa was exceptional; she was always available, kind, and patient, making sure that every detail of our journey was adapted to our needs and preferences. She went above and beyond to make our trip perfect.
When the situation in Tanzania suddenly changed due to the elections and the protests that followed, we had to cancel that part of our itinerary for safety reasons. It could have been a very stressful situation, but Filipa handled everything with incredible professionalism and efficiency. In record time, she reorganized the whole trip and created a new itinerary that ended up being simply amazing. Her ability to adapt and find great solutions at the last minute turned what could have been a problem into one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.
Our guide and driver, Sego, was equally outstanding. From the first day, he made us feel completely comfortable and safe. He knows the national parks inside and out, every corner and every track, and has an impressive knowledge of the wildlife — not only identifying every species we saw but also sharing fascinating insights about their behavior and environment. His enthusiasm, friendliness, and sense of humor made every day enjoyable.
The car was always spotless, extremely comfortable, and perfectly prepared for every safari day. Sego was very attentive to every detail, making sure we had the best view of the animals and always anticipating what we might need. He made the experience fun, relaxed, and deeply informative.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The organization, the attention to detail, and the human quality of the team were outstanding. What could have been a complicated situation became an incredible journey that we will never forget, thanks to Filipa, Sego, and the entire Spirit of Kenya team.

Unforgettable trip with Paul!
We did the 3-day game drive with Paul. We were able to see all of the animals we wanted to see and the weather was perfect everyday.
Paul our guide was super friendly and treated us like family. He taught us a lot about the wildlife as well as the history and culture of the region. He also drove really safe and cared to show us as much as possible during our game drives.

On April I booked a 3 day tour of Amboseli National Park with JNB Tours and Travel for my family. From the start Mr. Japheth helped us in securing the slots in professional way. We received every detail of the safari in time and even during the short tours Japheth was always in touch to make sure everything went smoothly.

We had a fantastic experience with Home To Africa agency and our tour guide Derrick Wadria. Everything was well organized, we stayed in beautiful lodges and so many nice people took good care of us. One particular place will stay in our hearts: Ride 4 A Woman lodge, Bwindi. It's wonderful that Home To Africa supports this initiatief, helping women gain skills and earn their own income to support their families. This lodge is located near the community, where we went for a walk, visited a school, talked to the staff and the children. It was a nice experience to get an impression of the culture and make contact with the local people. We definitely had a good experience thanks to our tour guide Derrick. He is a great driver on the challenging roads of Uganda, which made us feel secure at all times. Derrick has a lot of knowledge about the country, people, nature and all kinds of animals. We had a nice, relaxing atmosphere throughout our travels - whether we were chatting, listening to local music or spotting birds and animals. We are genuinely grateful for his care and knowledge.
Tip: Make sure you have enough cash with you. Getting cash from ATM's is challenging in Uganda. Try to get smaller Ugandese banknotes for tipping the rangers and the people who help with different kinds of activities.

Before our trip, we were sent a website designed especially for us, which provided detailed information about all the hotels. Numerous activities and restaurants in the area were suggested to us. Our contact person, Simone, helped us book excursions. Shortly before the trip, we had a video call with Simone and received further individual suggestions for activities on site. All of this was absolutely outstanding.
The selection of exquisite hotels was fantastic in terms of location, facilities and service. It couldn't have been better. Viatu gets 15 out of 10 points.
