A perfect organized and perfect guided safari!
I had a wonderful 4days safari including tarangire national Park, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The tour was perfect planned from the first up to the last moment.
And I'm sure I had the best guide ever. He is a young Tansanian, who's name is Elia. He knows a lot about the people, the nature and the animals. Besides he is an excellent driver, a very important fact at this safari. We startet our trip as guide and client and we finished as friends. Really Great! I enjoyed very good accomodations with good food. One night I slept in a comfortable tent to hear the sounds of the wild animals during the night. One of the many highlights. At the end of the trip I met Mr. Robert Sheiza, the boss of RO Scarvenger, a very sympathic man. He and his clerk Silas organized the whole trip absolutely perfect. I will surely book my next safari at RO Scarvenger and I want Elia to be my guide! Thank you very much RO Scarvenger!

What we most like from this beautiful company is their responsiveness, friendship that makes you as a family. We received more from what we paid and expected. Everything was perfect, the food, the guide, the pickup, the welcoming and the comfortable sleeping locations and our guide John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mostly to recommend to anyone.

Judith and her team at Kojuu Safaris have been wonderful from my initial enquiry until I confirmed I made it safely to my next overseas destination, after an amazing 10 day tour across Tanzania & Zanzibar. As a solo traveller, with specific travel dates, destinations and activities I wanted to see and do, the perfect personalised itinerary was created for me within 24 hours. I intentionally preferred Kojuu Safaris and Tanzanian owned accommodation options to support local Tanzanian people and businesses.
All payment transactions were done online securely via the Pesapal link provided with official receipts received before the tour started. This way I didn't make any card transactions travelling and carried enough USD cash safely on me for tips and hotel extras.
Judith made sure everything I requested was arranged for and all accommodation organised was of luxury level. At each of the luxury accommodation, all staff hospitality on-site and service was exceptional! My favourites:
1. for very thoughtful and personalised customer service was Acacia Farm Lodge in Karatu,
2. for exceptional amenities, spectacular rustic safari feel and luxury lodge experience (including the sound of roaring lions at night) was Lake Ndutu Luxury Tented Lodge and
3. for exceptional comfort, location and 5 star restaurant meals was the Lions Paw at the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Even though its smaller, it is super warm, cosy and won hands down!
4. Breezes in Zanzibar was the perfect location to relax with friendly 5 star service and commitment amenities after an extraordinary week of amazing safari game drives.
The most important person who made my safari mission the best safari holiday anyone could hope for was my safari guide Peter! Peter knows all Tanzania road routes, timing on the road between destinations, puts safety first, is an expert 4WD driver in all weather conditions, is very humble, professional, polite, respectful, speaks fluent English and is highly knowledgeable about all animals and places ... with bionic vision! Thanks to Peter, I saw the Big 5!!!
A great example of why Peter is the Number One Guide to travel with: After a night of torrential rain in the Serengeti where we were at risk of not being able to cross 4 rivers, we came across other guides bogged in the mud, pulled over on the side of the road with overheated car radiators, one struggled with a flat tyre and one was stuck in a creek of overflowing rain water where 2 hours before I was filming hippos in the same spot! Peter had asked me if it was ok to help another safari guide with 2 young travellers (from Taiwan) stuck in the creek. Worried, seeing the situation and risks, I said 'yes absolutely, but how??', with high water levels, it looked impossible. While other locals standing, watching, and other companies driving past! ...Peter kicked into super hero mode without blinking and got them out safely (the tourists and the vehicle!!)

The best tour operator make the best safari
Rejoince adventure was the best choice we made in our travel. My wife was pregnant and we traveled with kids. It was a unique experience and a fantastic one.

The trip in Uganda and Kenya with Yaneta Safari was a terrible bad experience.
The trip in Uganda and Kenya with Yaneta Safari was a terrible bad experience.
The only positive aspect was our driver in Uganda; Moses was a perfect guide, he always did all the best to meet our desires and expectations.
We did with Yaneta a 5 five day tour in Uganda and 7 days in Kenya where Yaneta involved Big Time Safaris as a partner. We booked the trip in february 2023 and we have paid everything as stipulated in the contract with Yaneta.
The trip had already some issues in Uganda, but it became a terrible nightmare in Kenya.
1) the first night in Uganda two out of four rooms did not have a private bathroom instead in the contract it was specified that a private bathroom would always be guaranteed; we did not receive any refund for this.
2) They booked our flight to Kenya probably at the last moment so we had to fly at 3am, as a result we didn't sleep in any hotel, but we didn't get any refund
3) when we arrived in Kenya the Kenyan agency told us that Yaneta had not paid for our trip; we immediately wrote to Yaneta who replied that Big Time Safaris had increased costs at the last moment, Yaneta however did not want to give them more money and therefore had decided not to pay this difference.
4) Big Time Safaris blackmailed us: pay cash now the difference or we take you to Nairobi and we stop the tour
5) Yaneta asked us to pay because they were economically in difficulty in that moment and asked us to trust them that we will have receive a refund in short time; we had no choice
6) We had to pay to finish the tour, but in the meantime we missed a safari in the Masai Park and did not receive any refund for that either; the cost was $80 per person.
We found ourselves in a terrible situation, forced to pay and treated very arrogantly.
Yaneta wrote me in October to be patient that they would have sent us a refund, but now a new year is arrived and we have not receive any pay back.
We have also thought that the two agencies had organized a scam to extort us further money.
A terrible nightmare !!!

Amazing and perfect Safari
I traveled with my family (4 adults and 3 children 7,5 and 3 years old)
I needed to compare all the offers and to be sure that my family and the kids will have a nice safari.
I am proud of my choice, not only Marry was really very kind with us but she worked hard to book for us the best places in the best conditions. I recommend Rejoince adventure.
They respected our budget and even we get good surprises.
The food was tasty, hot and well prepared. The driver and guide William was really very nice and knows a lot about the parcs
We made 7 days of Safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro).

An excellent Kenyan Experience
Trailfinders were perfect partners, helping us at Ethiopian Experiences to run our first group tour in Kenya. We had done all the planning at the end of 2022, but Carlos and Moses made sure that everything happened as we wished. They were always smiling, positive and ready to help. We shall certainly use them again.
