Wonderful experience
We booked African Big Cats based on a recommendation online, and we are so happy we did! They were very responsive to emails and were helpful through multiple changes to our booking (we added people to the tour after our initial booking). They’re obviously happy to customize anything, although we went with the recommended package and were very happy. The guides were kind and informative, and the vehicles were in good shape and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this company.

We had a 17-day holiday in Kenya with Crimson Brooke Safaris with 8 days of safari in four national parks and 8 days at two different beaches as well as a day in Nairobi and the organisation could not have been better! All of our wishes were respected and fulfilled, the communication before and while our trip with Beatrice and Amos was always easy and without any problems. The company's driver Reuven is an absolutely nice and accomodating man with a very big knowledge about animals, nature and history. The special thing about our experience with Crimson Brooke Safaris was the "personal touch" - having breakfast, lunch or dinner with Amos and Betty when we had our stopovers in Nairobi felt like meeting friends.

Went above and beyond
We received very swift responses from Ibrahim and he was really helpful if we had any queries. Our tour guide Khassim was amazing, he ensured we were comfortable at all times, even during our transfers from the hotel to Nyerere Park he stopped at a village so myself and my husband could sample the delicious fruits. He was happy to stop on many occasions whenever requested throughout our safari tour. He provided us with many insights into Tanzania. During our safari, he tried his very best to ensure we saw nearly all of the beautiful animals the National Park had to offer. Ibrahim and Khassim ensured we reached the ferry on time for our transfer, as well as assisting with our tickets. Honestly, we will look back so fondly on our honeymoon and I highly recommend Luitours. We are even discussing using their services again for a different safari.

Amazing
Wonderful experience, absolutely to be redone. It was my first Safari but I had a great time, the welcoming, kind and warm people and also the excellent cook. The food was in large quantities and yummy even with gluten free options for me, not a given at all!

I booked my Africa trip last minute in Jan 2023, so I messaged multiple Serengeti tour operators. Luxury safari replied quickly and provided clear pricing for their various experiences. Other operators seemed slower.
I spoke with Noel briefly and we decided on the 4 day package (3 national parks). They went above and beyond including on time airport pick up (despite my delayed arrival), making sure the tent size is correct ...etc.
Our driver/guide, Mtinangi, was VERY knowledgeable about animals and the ecosystem; I'm a Biologist so we were both nerding out :) He was phenomenal with his jeep; he took us to a few exclusive places the other guides didn't know how to navigate (water crossings, mud ...etc). The cook made delicious food everyday.
We saw all the animals since Mtinangi knew some ideal spots: "the big five" (rhino, elephant, Lion, leopard and Buffalo), hyena, giraffe, warthogs ...etc EVEN an elat. We witnessed a successful daytime lion hunt (the guide has only seen it 3 times in his 15 years of experience)!
I would highly recommend this tour company! They truly gave me everything I want in a Serengeti experience.
