Communications with Edison were really great since the beginning; he is very responsive and helpful. They were also flexible with our requests and even organised separate activities for different group members. Fred our driver was brilliant, always early, very organised and well prepared. It also goes without saying that the visit to see the gorillas was incredible! Without faults.

The best trip we ever did, with the best possible support from Tanja and her team
We already had our ideas where in Botswana we wanted to go on our self-drive safari. Tanja supported us in order to optimize our route and planed and organised everything to perfection. In this way, we had no worries and could enjoy the wonderful nature and people of Botswana.
Our trip started in Kasane, had a daytrip to Victoria Falls, with various stops at Chobe, Linyanti, Savuti, Moremi, Kalahari and Pilandsberg.
Even for our last minute changes in Johannesburg she could arrange a perfect short tour through Soweto. Thank you again and we hope to come back soon.

Best Experience Ever with our crazy guide Rashid
Me and my wife, we had a 5 days Safari around Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara and it was amazing, an unbelievable experience.
The first touch we had with Petro, who has a lot of patience, always available to answer and support us on all our requests; we felt just a little scarried because you are planning something only sharing some emails, but Petro helped us a lot and you can trust him at anytime.
Our guide Rashid was incredible, he knows all the parks very well; thanks to him we were able to see four of the Big 5 (only cheetahs we didn't see) and to explore the parks in a private way, away from the Land Cruiser traffic jam that doesn't allow you to live this experience in the right way.
Moreover he is very very prepared and careful, we talked a lot during our 5-days trip and he has explained us a lot of things (not only related to animals and parks) and teached us a couple of Swahili words we used during our stay in Tanzania and Zanzibar; he was really very kind.
Actually we can say that it was an awesome experience with the right people.

Wonderful tour - highly recommend!
My wife and I booked a 6-day private safari and had a great experience with Image Travel. Our tour guide John made our trip very enjoyable, and we highly recommend him!
We visited Amboseli (2 nights), Nakuru (1 night), and Masai Mara (2 nights). This felt like the perfect length. Each park has its own highlights. Our favorites were the many elephants (including baby ones) in Amboseli, the rhinos in Nakuru, and then seeing lions, cheetahs, and leopards up-close in Masai Mara. We also did a 1 hour optional boat ride in Naivasha, which was unique and relaxing.
John was an incredible tour guide and made sure we saw all the animals. He spotted several animals other tour guides didn’t see and enabled us to get up close to lions and leopards. John was familiar with all the parks and found the best driving routes and viewing angles. We were able to see elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, crocodiles, and many more.
Picking good lodging is very important, as you eat all meals at the resort. We stayed at higher-end places such as Serena and Sarova and were thankful we did so. Rooms were clean, service was friendly, and having on-site animals was fun as well. Some of the walls are a bit thin, but we thought that was okay.
Pickup/dropped from/to the Nairobi airport was prompt and easy. We traveled in a minibus. Some roads in Kenya were fairly bumpy, but that’s to be expected - we took non-drowsy Dramamine to avoid motion sickness and didn’t have any issues. John was a great driver and safely maneuvered us through traffic jams and detours. It can get stuffy in the car, and we used our hand/neck fans quite a bit. John was friendly and knowledgeable, teaching us about Kenya, animals, and even his music.
Our only regret was not packing binoculars, as a few times animals were a bit further away and we couldn’t get the best view. Overall we had a wonderful trip and will be recommending Image Travel and John to anyone going on a Kenya safari.

Very fliendly guy and glente with our needs
Firts time in this experience and doing it with Ramja Safarias was the best decision ever. Samuel is a really good guy who was always worried about us, he tried always to make the experience the best. Tour operator was always on time to start the safari, we enjoyed all the place we visited and as Samuel promised, we saw lots of animals. Thanks a lot to Ramja Safaris and especially to Samuel!

Awesome experience
It was a really good experience. The communication with the sales team was excellent. The service of the driver was awesome!! The money we paid was very reasonable and the value for it was great!! We saw a lot of animals and Samuel our driver was very friendly and always looking for any needs. I really recommend taking a Safari with Ramja Safaris.
