Amazing wildlife viewing and luxury accommodations
The reserve I was originally supposed to stay at closed unexpectedly, but Indigo Safaris was on top of it and booked me at Amakhosi instead and I am so glad they did! It was the highlight of my three weeks in Africa. The accommodations were luxurious, food was delicious and staff so welcoming to a solo traveler. I did not feel “alone” at all. And the game drives were phenomenal! The second half of my safari was at Rhino Ridge that had equally luxurious accommodations, but being in a larger park we did not get as many up close game drive encounters - the bush walk, however, got us so close to a rhino and her calf, we could have almost touched them (we didn’t! And the mama rhino obviously knew our guide and was comfortable with him.) RR was a larger place and not as easy to be a solo traveler, but still lovely. My only criticism is the limited WiFi.

Best Holiday so far!
Jambo!
We had an absolutely amazing experience in Kenya/Africa with Beacon Safaris.
We booked a 6-day safari tour with them for Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru - Amboseli. Organizing the trip with Robert was a breeze. No delays in response. Very courteous. He arranged a private tour for just me and my girlfriend and provided us with the required upgrades for a more comfortable and exciting experience which is exactly what we wanted. He upgraded our vehicle into a 4x4 free of charge - it was my birthday holiday after all. Many thanks to Robert and the Beacon Safaris team!
Daniel, our guide, was the best. He was one of the friendliest, charming, and good-natured people we ever had the pleasure to meet, and having him is our guide for almost a week just made the total experience the best among all of our holidays ever. He answered every question we had, and he went out of his way to make our Safari experience the best it could be - he always made sure we get to see what we wanted to see and surely he did! Every day of our safari tour always ended in a memorable experience and we owe it all to him. He was always in a fantastically upbeat mood, was always ready for a great conversation, and seemed to greatly value his job. All hands down to Daniel!
Daniel definitely deserves commendation - even a raise/promotion if possibe! He was just an absolute joy to be with and very passionate about his job. We could not recommend anyone else but him! If we ever come back, or if our friends decide to go for a safari in Kenya, we will definitely request and recommend Daniel!
Overall, Beacon Safaris is really the number one choice you should make when you decide to go for that African safari holiday! They're excellent, professional, and extremely wonderful to associate with. Thank you Daniel, Robert, and everyone at Beacon Safaris for making this the trip of our dreams. A big ASANTE SANA to all off you!
Choose Africa, choose Kenya, choose Beacon Safaris!

Kenya: on the road among the majesty of nature and the hospitallity of people
The tour have been well organized: It included main attractions like the Masai Mara Reserve, and also visits in local areas away from tourist routes more known. We appreciate a lot the accomodations when we have been, always pretty tends or "banda", located in the middle of the wild nature, where awazing landescapes were always within eyeshot. We felt free to stop the trip wherever something or someone got our attention, this allowed us to stay in contact with local people, to talk with them and to understand a lot about Kenya. Our guide was very prepared, He explained us a lot about the places we visited, He is an expert on animal wildlife (expecially in birds species). He loves his job, and We felt it in the manner how He described us any details always with a smile. He became our friends, and we have to thank him for how much we learn about Kenya and for the good time we spent togheter. Our journey went beyond all expectations.

An amazing experience with a good itinerary and knowledgeable guide.
The safari itself was amazing, we got to see almost all the animals you could see, including the wildebeest migration. The park was slightly crowded due to the high season but our guide was excellent and we had a great experience. The only thing that could have been better executed was the visit to the Masai village. It was in the morning on the last day of the safari, instead of the last evening which made us short of another morning game drive which could have been more appreciated.

Well organised and knowledgeable
We went to Zimbabwe (Hwange National Park and Victoria Falls) and Uganda (gorilla trekking) and Encompass Africa organised it all. They were quick and efficient in suggesting various itineraries and knowledgeable about the different options we could have.
The holiday was fantastic and everything worked as it was supposed to. The partners they used in those countries (operators and accommodation) were excellent - friendly and attentive.
I would definitely recommend Encompass Africa to others.

From beginning to end, AWESOME.
5 coworkers embarked on a safari in Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda.
Communication was great with Sedrick from the very beginning. Sedrick was very responsive and provided clear information. The safari was AMAZING. Guide Gerard (hope I spelled correctly) was super knowledgeable about wildlife and the national parks in general. He sparked additional interest to see other national parks, besides Murchison Falls. The guide was also a great driver. Note that you are mostly riding on dirt roads, and rain can make the roads muddy and hard to handle. Gerard was a real pro behind the wheel... and we had a few really good laughs at how he handled some challenging roads.
I personally didn't expect to see so much wildlife, and so close to the roads. The guide also knew where to look, to spot every possible animal. We drove past a lion resting after a huge meal of a waterbuck, of which carcass we spotted behind a bush. An elephant charged at our van (because we were most likely a little too loud when stopped close to it). We also went to the Murchison Falls, and were blown away at the power of the falling water, of the river Nile. In addition, we went to a rhino sanctuary, and walked really close to white rhinos.
After 3 days, we were overdosed by the beauty of Murchison Falls National Park.
Thanks, Ngoni Safaris. You made our experience exceptional.
