Dream holiday
We travelled to Tanzania un August 2023 . We chose Kiwoito Africa Ssfaris agency after reading many very positive reviews on the internet. Charles, the manager of the agency, was of great help in organizing this trip. He is very responsive, by email or whats app. He was also very understanding and patient, especially when I had problems transferring the deposit.
I was also aware of the fact that this agency is engaged in humanitarian actions at the local level.
We climbed Kilimanjaro over 6 days (Machame). Our team composed of a guide, 1 assistant guide, 1 cook and 7 porters was exceptional from start to finish. The meals were delicious, balanced, varied and very generous. The atmosphere at the camp was always very joyful and encouraging. Our guide Sébastien spoke French. Our assistant guide Henry spoke English. Thanks to them, their seriousness and their encouragement, we reached the summit without problem.
We continued with 6 days of safari. Our guide Festo was amazing. We saw so many animals!! Festo is truly passionate about his job and shared lots of information with us about animals. It was very enriching. We were accommodated in mid-range. The accommodations were exceptional, especially the nights spent camping in the parks. The lunch meals were also plentiful, very good.
In conclusion, if I had to go back to Tanzania, I would contact Kiwoito again. Do not hesitate, the seriousness of this agency, its commitment to humanitarian aid, the choices of their guides/other service providers, the responsiveness, and the quality of the service is impeccable.

Unforgettable Adventure!
I did the 4 days Safari with Suricata. It was from day 1 to day 4 an unforgettable adventure! Suricata and specially our guide Mandela did everything to make this a great experience! We saw unbelievable moments like lions hunting an african buffalo. I am happy that I did it with Suricata. Absolute recommendation!

Fraud, stole 200€ from me. Police is involved.
I booked a hike in Bwindi, he quoted me $450. We agreed that I would pay a deposit of 200€ and then the rest would be “paid on the day of the hike”. Too bad the guy the company sent who was supposed to pay the park fees/guide didn’t actually have enough money and he only had cash (UWA does not accept cash). The guy there told me he would refund me the deposit after the hike, as I had to pay the entire sum myself on the spot despite the early booking. His boss then refused to refund me the deposit, claiming that I told him we were “EAC citizens”, even if I have the messages showing I told him we were “EAC residents”. He also claims we didn’t pay the full amount, which is true but we again we had agreed I would pay the rest ”the day of the hike”. And regardless, even if I had paid him everything in advance, we would have not been able to do the hike anyways because he made a mistake thinking we were “EAC citizens” instead of “EAC residents” and the guy he sent only had cash and UWA does not accept cash. I filed a police report and the Ugandan police said they will arrest him, let’s see.
Other than completely incompetent, he’s also dishonest and a brazen liar.
P.S: I told him I was ready to pay his services (meaning help on WhatsApp how the hike worked and the fact that a guy showed up at the hotel and went with us to the UWA HQ) regardless of all the mistakes, but he simply decided to take the 200€ that were supposed to pay the park fees/guide while he did not pay a single cent. This is malicious fraud, simple as that.

My review about Jorado safaris is that when we visited kenya, for a week everything was organised by Jorado Safaris and well planned,generally everything went very well.
We visited Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru,Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha.we saw lots of Animals including lions mainly due to our driver charles.His driving skills in sometimes ,difficult conditions were the object of our admiration.Always helpful and friendly.

Perfect organisation, incredible service & amazing staff
We did a 2-day Safari to Tarangire & Ngorongoro before our Kilimanjaro expedition. The company services are amaizing, they are so caring and they ensure great security at all times when taking tours. The communication with Innocent was amaizing he was always of a great help to us.
I recommend kanje grand tours to all travelers.

Just phenomenal
When choosing the company for climbing Kilimanjaro we were also considering some more budget options, however eventually we were very happy that we were climbing with Kanje grand tours. The difference in pricing is visible on the Mount when you see how other climbers struggle compared to you.
Starting from the airport team Kanje provided excellent services.
My husband and I were taking a private 7 days climb via lemosho route, our guides were very nice guys Wille and Deus. The trekking was very interesting, at first, we were going through rainforests, starting from the third day we witnessed the picturesque landscapes of the high altitude tundra, which were soon replaced by the unforgettable Lunar-Martian desert landscapes.
The team was very professional! We did not expect such a level of service on the Mountain. The meals were really great, rich and varied. The guides were helpful and very caring – they checked our medical condition twice a day using oxymeters and were checking our lungs and overall state of health. The tents and all the equipment was almost brand-new and we were sleeping on 3-inch thick matrasses!
The final summiting night was the most memorable and mind-blowing experience. Our guides helped us to conquer the Uhuru peak successfully and escorted us inside the crater to see the Kilimanjaro glaciers. Thank you Wille and Deus! Thank you Kanje grand tours for making our Kilimanjaro dream come true!

Kubwa Five Safaris gave us a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable about animals. The several places which we visited were worth it, we enjoyed amazing scenery.
