One of the BEST!
This was my first ever trip to Tanzania and I wanted it to be as beautiful, as memorable and as cost effective as possible! And then I stumbled upon Sawas Safaris website, went through the reviews and called Martin to take it forward. Being a solo traveler and an ardent wildlife lover, photographer I had my own pre requisites which I openly communicated to Martin and he promised me that he will take care of every single aspect of my wish list!
And lemme be very honest and upfront, after my trip I am proud and confident to say that Sawas Safaris are serious players in the market and very trustworthy. Martin personally looked in my itinerary, suggested few changes, gave me best possible resorts to stay for my 10 day trip to Tanzania.
Right from arrival at Dar E Salaam right up to getting dropped at Arusha for my flight to Dar and back home to Mumbai, the arrangements were seamless. Suitable to my budget Marti provided me accommodation Serena Safari Lodge at Serengati, Ngorongoro Craters and Lake Manyara, Sopa Lodge at Tarangire and Planet Lodge at Arusha. All the resorts were just fantastic with lovely rooms and great ambience.
The safari vehicle and my driver/guide Godfrey were at its best. Every day Godfrey was ready at 545am with my breakfast, lunch and evening snacks etc. and we began our expeditions. In the 8 days of my safaris, we had many beautiful wildlife encounters and experiences which I can talk for rest of my life.
Martin took all the efforts to come over from Nairobi to Arusha to meet me on my last day. What was more important, he was pretty open about the improvements, suggestions etc., which speaks volumes about his services, intensions and seriousness! I did offer few suggestions to me and I hope it helps him and the Sawas travelers in the time to come.
In all 10/10 for Sawas Safaris. If you are planning any trip with them. Submit yourself to them and let them take care of rest of the things.
Very efficient and good service
All arrangements for our stay in Zimbabwe were done vua email with Tongesai and it was lovely to actually meet him when we started our tour. We stayed in Pioneers Lodge which is a beautiful place designed lkke an kld style colonial home. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Beautiful gardens, two pool areas and plenty seating in veranda and lounge. Only negative would be service is a bit erratic for a place if this standard and although food good was not piping hot. The tours were excellent and Garry, our main driver/guide was reliable, helpfuland very knowledgable. We went on helicopter ride over Victoria Falls and a guided walk by them - spectacular! We had an early morning drive in Zambezi National Park (it is VERY cold that early so even though we thought we had warm enough clothing on and they give you ponchos and hot water bottles it is still cold as vehicle has open side). We saw giraffes and a group of 5 lions just lazing in the early morning sun! Had a welcome stop for hot chocolate next to the river. We went on a sunset cruise on Zambezi river which was enjoyable and saw hippos. Also went to a cultural drumming show called BOMA which was OK with masses of food but wasn't very good quality. The highlight was a day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana. We saw the largest groups of giraffes and elephants that we have seen on any safaris. Our guide Ledge had seen lion tracks and we drove to that area and were so lucky to see 2 lions sleeping undet bushes. The second one woke when we were there and put his head up and roated!! Amazing to be so close to these powerful beasts. We had a good buffet lunch and then went on a river cruise snd saw hippos, crocodiles and groips if elephants crossing the river. It was a wonderful day we will always remember. As well as seeing all of the animals it is a very scenic place. We would highly recommend Tongesai and his team at Cultural Vibes. We went on to stay in Zambia for a couple days and they arranged our transfers for this as well. We viewed the Falls from this side and although not as powerful, you get up closer to them. Would recommend asking for a trip that went to both sides (could do in a day).

We are a couple who did a two day safari with them and it was amazing. The agency gave us confidence since first moment. The communication and attention at all times was great. It is very reliability. We loved the guide, his treatment and kindness was magnificent.

Friendly and knowledgeable, created an amazing trip for us
My husband and I went on the honeymoon safari 6 day tour with Zohar safaris in July. Our trip included Arusha, Tarangire National park, Serengeti and Ngorongo Crater.
This was literally the best holiday either of us have ever done and I couldn’t recommend Zohar more. Our contact Jackline was quick to organise everything via email and answered any questions we had prior to the trip, which was so helpful in organising all the aspects of travel and Visas etc.
From the minute we arrived in Tanzania we were amazed at how well we were looked after, with pick ups from the airport all organised and special gifts throughout the trip.
The highlight of our trip was definitely our tour guide Solomon and our days spent in the Serengeti. The amount of driving he did every day, whilst managing to spot animals from 6km away was so impressive. I have to say I think we got a much better safari experience than most as Solomon was extremely experienced and knowledgeable about all the animals and land, whilst managing to get us to see animals usually without any other vehicles around. We really had a personal experience and rarely spent any time around the crowds elsewhere. We saw all the big 5 and more, we saw so many things I never thought we could see it was just unbelievable.
All the accomodation organised by Zohar was amazing, our favourite being The Singing grass camp- hearing the lions and hyenas outside our glamping tent was just unreal and the food was amazing.
All in all, this trip was truly an unforgettable experience and one I hope to have the opportunity to do again in future. I would recommend Zohar to anyone thinking of a safari with a personal, friendly touch with a way to beat the crowds and see some really surreal moments of nature.

I had an incredible experience with Leisureway Adventure a Kenya Safari Tours, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for their outstanding service. Our guide, Sylus, was truly exceptional. He demonstrated an immense passion for his job and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best wildlife experience possible. Sylus' expertise and enthusiasm in locating various animals were truly remarkable, and his knowledge of the Kenyan wilderness added an extra layer of excitement to our safari adventure.

AMAZING SAFARI WITH DIANA TANZANIA SAFARIS
Diana Tanzania safaris are a must use company!!
We booked a 6 day Safari through Diana Tanzania safaris for our honeymoon this year - we had a phenomenal trip thanks to them! Ever since our initial enquiry, customer service has been faultless and we have been at the centre of everything - Diana was assisting us and she did a great job of planning and tailoring our itinerary to the perfect trip - which it really was!
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, we were made to feel comfortable and at home straight away; feeling none of the potential stress we could have felt. There was a representative waiting to take us to our first lodge in Arusha and talk us through our trip day by day to ensure we were happy! This continued throughout the trip; all of our stays, transfers, etc were well organised which made a massive impact!
Our guide, Herman was a hero. From Day 1 Safari, to Day 6, nothing was ever too much for him. He spoke excellent English, was incredibly knowledgeable, ensured we saw pretty much everything possible on a safari, and always got us to the right place at the right time, even on those Tanzanian roads - what a trooper! He allowed us to immerse ourselves in Tanzanian culture, told lots of stories, taught us lots of Swahili so we could interact with local people, and we would genuinely consider him as a friend upon leaving! If you get the opportunity, ask for him as a guide!
Accommodation was all to a really high standard Diana Tanzania safaris pride themselves on this); and food exceeded our expectations, particularly on Safari.
Overall, a great 6-day Safari (Tarangire NP, Ngorogoro Crater, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti x 2),
When we come back to do Safari again, we will definitely book with Diana Tanzania safaris!

Efficiency and kindness. A safari that will make you very satisfied
We arrived in Nairobi very early in the morning. As scheduled before, our tour operator picked us up and brought us to their office to make the payment. From there everything was perfect. Our guide (Geeman) was the most helpful and kind! We had to reschedule some small things and he was so supportive! During the safari he was ready to make sure we saw all the animals the closest we could. He also was very informative and answered all our questions. A girl in our group lost her luggage in a flight connection and he did EVERYTHING AND MORE to get it back to her, even if we were in the middle of the savana. So thank you! We definitely will recommend lenchada for a budget safari but with all amenities and care of a luxury one!
