These guys were cool, calm and fun operators. Great vibes and great energy. We did 2 afternoon safaris and they were on time both days. Great value for the cost. We saw lots of animals and all the ones we requested to see. They were very knowledgeable about the animals and the area. It was epic. Highly recommend.

Very well organized for an unforgettable experience!
There is nothing to complain about, from the beginning to the end (5 days, Masai Mara, Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha, Masai Village, Crescent island, Hell's Gate) everyday was really unique, a true life experience for us (couple), a dream that came true, even for a budget safari, we had everything. Seven unknown people on the 4x4 jeep, plus the driver of course (i 'll talk about him), but every day together in this, you end up as a team, sharing the same experience. The driver...the driver, Kikitu, is the best we could ever have for this, full of life, i really enjoyed the safari with him, he did everything he could to please us, also as a guide, i learned so many things about Africa's animals, all of them, very fast, but careful, we were in good hands, it was a true safari, a real game drive. The laugh we had with him every day was just a pleasure, if you like to laugh...you' ll laugh, i promise! The food was more than enough everyday (even during the game drive, Kikitu took care of us,in the savanna), the places we stayed, were super fine (tent and hotel rooms). I don't have experience with others, first time there, perhaps they are all the same, but we left very happy, so we fully recommend Africa Sermon (also very quick and detailed response to every question or quest we had).

Incredible Safari Experience
The safari tour exceeded our expectations by far. Our tour guide Sirus gave good communications prior to the tour answering all our questions then met us from the plane and within minutes we were sat on board a comfy open jeep viewing Zebra and buffaloes. Just wow! His experience of the savannah was vast. He knew where to take us to find the wildlife we asked to see, told us interesting facts and answered our many questions with ease. The great amount of wildlife we observed over the 2 day period was certainly value for money for the tour we booked. We viewed some animals from an extremely close range, still safely inside the jeep. The elephants drinking at the waterhole, the leopard in the tree and the lion basking in the sun to name a few. At all times Sirus ensured our comfort, visibility and even to photos for me through the binoculars to ensure I had great shots. We have memories that will last a lifetime. Sirus was an exceptional guide I would recommend anyone thinking of taking a trip to ask for him!

Seeing, learning, and enjoying...what an enriching experience !
We received a recommendation from friends, and we were absolutely amazed by the exceptional level of service. The entire team, from the sales department to the logistics team and, importantly, the safari guides, were incredibly responsive and friendly. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Our safari guide was truly exceptional, managing to help us spot the Big 5 in just one day! He also imparted a wealth of knowledge about Swahili terms, local culture, and the region's flora and fauna. His respect for both other vehicles and the animals themselves was evident throughout our journey.

I had an experience that I will remember for a lifetime during my honeymoon trip!!
At first, we only knew about the multi-thousand dollar safari tours that were out there.
However, I decided to participate in this tour because I was able to enjoy a sufficient amount of adventure at a relatively low participation fee, and the tour had a rich content.
I participated in a tour in a Hiace van, and thanks to the detailed support of a woman named Diana (including activity proposals on the day and WhatsApp), I was able to participate on the day without worrying beforehand.
There were a total of six guests on the day of participation, but two of them were late for the pick-up point on the way, so there was less time for games on the first day.
However, our guide Durek did his best and left the tent check-in behind to take us into the national park so we could be among the first to the game.
Also, during the game, he never missed a photo opportunity with his camera, communicated with other members wirelessly, guided us accurately to the best view point, and was able to record wonderful photos and videos.
It was a valuable experience for all.
I will never forget the response from this tour company and the experience I had. I highly recommend this to anyone who is applying for a safari tour for the first time.
Next time I come, I would like to consider renting a Land Cruiser or an advanced plan for a more private trip.

Very easy to communicate and helpful.
The communication with Hermosa was effective and Oreste replied very fast. The whole package was value for money and included pickup and drop off from our hotel. Our tour guide Justin was good at helping us to spot animals in the safari.

STEPHEN BEST TOUR OPERATOR - WONDERFUL, AMAZING AND CRAZY TOUR
I did seven days (five days on safari and two days seeing the Masaai, Datoga and Handzabe tribes).
It was wonderful.
Stephen is a wonderful guy, outstanding, friendly, helpful, welcoming and smiling; I wouldn't know what to say negative about him.
He assists you in everything and helps you with all your problems.
Even at the end of the week with him, he took me to change money, to get my bus ticket and took me to another hostel, going a long way to accompany me; he treated me very well and with his team of guys he gave me exceptional and unique experiences of local life and local traditions, not the usual tourist experiences.
I had a really good time.
In fact, as soon as I arrived at the hostel where he took me, I asked him if he could give me a tour of the waterfalls and springs and he said yes (no problem), always putting you at ease.
Super good and great person, he acted like a brother to me.
I recommend everyone to have an experience with Stephen from Adventure Makers.
