Very supporting and reliable company for a safari-tour
We had booked a 7-days tour with Kaara Adventures in December. The company had organised and arranged our trip in a very speedy and efficient manner. Jose was a professional and friendly nature man, our communication with him was organic and pleasant. He arranged the tour very well and accurately, including some great activities and also the lodges he chosen was so well and super nice with beautiful interiors. We had an excellent and experienced guide Samuel on our side during the complete trip and also, he is an excellent safe driver. And according to his knowledge, I can say he's an expert who knows all about the diversity of his country's nature and animals and he helps to spot almost everything that’s possible during the trip. We truly enjoyed our tour with him very confidently and he makes sure we had a great holiday.

Fantastic safari in Tanzania
We had a wonderful safari in Mikumi, Mountain walk in Udzungwa and great safari in Ruaha. All the way from we started planning a safari in Africa, we got the best information from Tanzania Explorer. We got answers to all our questions, and a very good communication all the way. From the minute we sat foot in Africa, we were taken very good care of. Great to have a house to stay in, a couple of nights before we went off to the wilderness. We were four persons in our own car together with our own guide. And he was great. Gave us a lot of information on the way, good knowledge and a very calm an good driver.
We stayed in Vuma Hills tented camp close to Mikumi, Hondo Hondo lodge close to Udzungwa, and Ruaha River Lodge in Ruaha.
All places were great, clean, spaceous rooms/tents and very nice food. All places had full control of our food allergy ( glutenfree, eggfree) - impressing. After a week on the road we took a small plane to Zanzibar and beachlife.
We also had a contactperson in Zanzibar 24/7 if we wanted to go somewhere.
We all would love to go to Africa again with Tanzania Explorer .

Had a great experience, would def recommend
They were great. David was awesome. They were flexible in working with me and delivered an incredible, once in a lifetime experience. After climbing Kili, I decided last minute to stay for safari, a life-long dream of mine. That afternoon, I spoke with several places, trying to find a group to join the next day.
David added me to an existing safari, directed me to Arusha, which hotel to stay at, and it all came together perfectly. With no real planning. I did 3 days, one night in Serengeti and then Rhino Lodge at Ngorongoro crater. The Tented camp in the Serengeti was amazing. My tent had power, warm shower, separate shower/bathroom, great bed. It was immersed in the bush, I absolutely loved it. Rhino Lodge was totally different but great also. The back patio opened right up to the jungle. The community room was awesome.
We saw all Big 5. Male lion from 3-5 meters. A pride of 10+ females and a couple cubs dining on a Grant's Gazelle kill. A huge herd of elephants. Leopard in a tree all in Serengeti and rhino's in Ngorongoro. More lions. A bunch of giraffes entering Serengeti. Maybe we got lucky. But it was absolutely everything I had hoped for.

Very special Holiday in Uganda organized by Ecovic Tours and Travel
We very much enjoyed our special holiday in Uganda Organized by Ecovic Tours and Travel. There were very excellent programs of prepared by this tour operator like safaris by car, boat and on foot. In between we enjoyed the car trips throughout a beautiful country with a variety of landscapes and beautiful sceneries. Uganda people are very hospital and friendly. The organization by Ecovic Tours was very excellent and the guide told us a lot about the country, Sceneries, customs and history. The accommodation and meals were of good quality. We highly recommend Ecovic Tours to everyone!

Wonderful
I had a wonderful time on this 4 day safari. There are so many safari companies in Arusha so it can be overwhelming to decide which one but if you're looking for a well run trip on a budget, look no further. Great organisation beforehand with Bartho, Malisa was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide and Dula was a fabulous cook. December turned out to be a perfect month for safari - the late rains meant that everything was lush and it also brought out many animals but they stopped to give us plenty of blue skies and sunshine.
The only tip I would make for future travellers is to bring your own snacks if you are someone who gets hungry - while the meals were huge and delicious there were often big gaps between meal times.

My flight was very delayed. Elia met me at the airport and helped me catch up with the rest of the team. After a day of being with the team Elia took me and a couple of Porters up Kili separately as we could go faster. Amazing ability to adapt to any situation. Couldn’t have asked for more. Amazing Experience and Great Service
We booked a private 3-day-tour to the Masai Mara and had an amazing experience. Kephar was really helpful, knowledgeable and fun. It was definitely well worth it. The communication with Lewis was exceptional. Whatever questions we had, he would always answer promptly. We hope we can come back someday.

Simply outstanding
The quality and responsiveness of Darren pre the trip was one of the reasons we choose Compass. Out trip involved two days in Johannesburg, a safari in Chobe, Botswana, a visit to Victoria falls and we made our own arrangments for the last part of our trip in Cape Town. Darren swas genuinely interested in helping us put together our perfect trip and he clealy had good relationships with all the accomodaton we stayed at. We liked the use of small but high qulaity accomodation beginning with the B and B in a pleasant Joburg suburb where we could walk to an excellent local restaurant, to the superb river side lodge in Chobe, Botswana. Local guides were all excellent, expereinced, interesting to talk with and well informed too. We liked the personalised approach throughout . Our safari highlight by seeing a lioness and her cubs some 2 metres from our truck duing the ealry morning safari. We would unreservedly recommend Compass and will use them again when we return,

Wonderful safari
A wonderful Safaris trip, which was based on our requests, we choose all of the locations ourselves, alternating between lodges and luxury camps; since we wanted a fully personalized experience. All the locations were by the high-level WellWorth hospitality collection.
Savannah Explorers organized all our reservations, trips and park’s visits (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) in a very professional and enjoyable way.
The guide man has been competent and professional, able to find the animals. In January the vegetation is very thick with tall grass but this has not prevented us from seeing a large quantity of animals in similar but very different environments.
The rain of the previous days made the roads through the parks very demanding but the Jeep, although a little dated, was very reliable. Internal comfort can be improved.
The guide was very good at dealing with the most complicated situations.
It was really easy communicating with the staff, we never had such problem.
