I contacted the holiday dealers from a search after poor service from another local agent. The lady who picked up my call was quite helpful and put me in touch with Mercy the agent dealer who facilitated our safari holiday. Mercy was consistent and followed through with information , feedback ,choices. She was patient,knowledgeable about different lodges and worked with me to pick a suitable holiday that met our needs. I ask questions lots and like to know my options details etc. She was patient with me even when I was uncertain . We had a wonderful time in Amboseli and great guide driver Alex from same company. Their rates are also competitive . I did compare with 2 others so with that and the pleasant service offered got me sticking with Mercy and the Holiday Dealers . I am happy with the services and will definitely be using them again.

Excellent Photo Safari
It was amazing experience and fantastic tour with “Tazma Africa Holidays”. My main purpose of the visit is to see and take wildebeest river crossing photo and I could see 3 times. Not only wildebeest I could see Lion, cheetah and Leopard those big cats with cubs, cheetah hunting, Lion mating of course big 5. Car is well prepared for photo and Antony could make always with good position, angle for photo. This was my 5th safari experience in Kenya and best. If I have a chance next I’m surely use them again. Thank you Antony.

Honest and reliable
Lennox and the team at axis have been absolutely brilliant in sorting out my refund following the cancellation of my safari in 2020. Covid wrecked any chance of me visiting and I honestly though I’d lose the money but for them to chase and recoup the majority was a real surprise. They have always been easy to deal with and reply promptly to my emails. As far as integrity and customer service goes I couldnt give them a higher rating. I will definitely be rebooking with them once Covid allows.

Wonderful experience
Planning & organization with the company was exceptional before, during, and after the tour. The company was responsive throughout the process and made recommendations on the overall tour for our group of 6 friends. Thank you Joseph and team for helping us out and planning this amazing trip.
The tour was culturally rich as well as the opportunity to be with nature and an abundance of wildlife. We saw lions, gorillas, chimpanzees, zebra, elephants, giraffes, warthogs, water buffalo, birds and so much more.
We also had the opportunity of being with the people of Uganda and ventured through several villages including a specific pygmy village where they performed (sang songs and danced) for our group - a wonderful experience learning about the Pygmy people.

Great service and Value for Money!
Despite having limited reviews, I decided to go for Ngekewa Tours since it was very attractively priced and I was impressed by their quick response and helpful attitude on emails. While we were on the trip, the quality was exactly as promised - from our guide to hotels to food! I would highly recommend them if you're planning to visit Tanzania and / or Zanzibar.

Amazing, Excellent and Unforgettable Experience
We had an amazing trip to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We must have seen a million Wildebeest on our trip. We were lucky to be there when the large herds were crossing the Mara river and we saw groups of many thousands dramatically crossing the river. Our guide knew exactly where the herds would be knew all crossing points of the river. Aside from that we saw a lot of wonderful animals like lions,buffalo,hippos,hyenas and the amazing leopard sleeping in the tree.
We choose their mid range option. The accommodation and food was excellent. We thought the trip was a great value. The price was considerably lower than other operators selling similar trips. Highly recommended and kudos to our guide (Anton).
