We had the most incredible safari experience, can’t recommend highly enough! Our guide Jeff made the experience amazing, he found every animal we were hoping to see, and the lodge where we stayed was great and happily catered to our vegan requests. If you’re looking for a Maasai Mara safari this is the one, and if you get Jeff then you’re in for a treat! 10/10

Wonderful
We loved our experience in Tanzania with Khalifa. He was a wonderful tour guide and you could tell he had a lot of respect for the animals and their home. He was always able to answer our millions of questions about different animals to current politics or how to cook banana stew. Everywhere we stayed felt like luxury even though this was a mid level safari. Every meal was delicious and plentiful, but would have loved to try more traditional dishes.
Lion King does provide tipping etiquette for guides and accommodation on their website. If you add on additional activities, your tour guide is not the one accompanying you on these activities, so expect to pay additional tips on these days.
I would 100% recommend a safari in Tanzania with Lion King.

Professional, reliable safari. company
Travelled with family with Savannah explorers based in Arusha to Tanzania's safari parks, we weren't disappointed. Thomas, or uncle T as we called him was our guide. His knowledge about the plants, trees and animals is amazing. We managed to see the big 5 on two separate drives, plus many of the other animals including some of the harder ones to find. He went out of his way to help us. The lodges,camps used are excellent, the food throughout was brilliant.
The whole experience from initial enquiry to completion was smooth, communication, excellent and value for money beyond belief.
Would I recommend Savannah Explorers? Without hesitation, asante sana for memories that will last a lifetime.

Perfect, flawless organisation. Unforgettable adventure.
Very smooth organisation, quick response to queries before departure. During the trip and in the lodges, everything went smoothly. Our driver was a professional. He made a lot of effort to get close to the animals, knew his way around the parks very well, was smooth and pleasant in his dealings with us.
He also had a very extensive knowledge of the animals and parks present, knew perfectly the way and the best routes.

Exceptional
Ethiopia has been on my bucket list for years and choosing the right tour company was really important to me especially taking my Dad there for the first time. SENAIT Ethiopia Tours really understand customer service at the highest level. They looked after my Dad and I exceptionally well throughout the tour and each city we travelled we had a very knowledgeable and friendly local guide in Addis, Bahir Dar and Lalibela. We learnt so much and the beauty of Ethiopia should not be missed, we’ll be back to again in the future and would be happy to choose the same company again.

Everything very well organized and for us an unforgettable experience.
Tebla was an excellent guide, with deep knowledge about region and wildlife. He was always willing to fulfill all wishes of the group. Everything was perfectly organized by him and his team, to make our trip as comfortable as possible. We gained an inside view about landscape and life in Moremi and the Okavango Delta, which went much further than we expected. All staff involved: cook, camp manager, Mokoro driver and guide himself were very reliable and trustworthy in every thing they did and offered. We will never forget this experience and are very thankful for the time we spent together. We hope to be able to travel again once to this incredibly nice region of our world.
