Alex Shembago is a big cheater
At the beginning of July this year i had arranged with Alex a 24 day all inclusive (safaris, visit some tribes, transport , hotels, food etc.) private roundtrip from Dar es Salaam as well final Moshi. About 40% of the agreed amount i payed Alex, the rest i payed the driver/guide during the trip. The old car Alex give us broke down 3 times. The trip from Bukoba to Bokoba and Bokoba to Mwanza was canceled by Alex, because according to him the road was dangerous and the boat did not sail. On day 19 Alex phoned me and say that the money i give to driver is up and ask me to borrow 300 US for the last 5 days of the trip. I did not do this and told him that he still have 40 % of the travel sum in his pocket and that he easy can sent money to the driver. He didnt do that . The last 5 days i had made a 2 trips with an other person and my driver and have to pay for the hotel and food by myself. I said Alex that I want to have at least the hotel and food costs reimbursed for the last 5 days reimbursed from him. He promised to tranfer these charges to me within a few days. I reminds Alex later 2 times of this. Now after 7 weeks i still received nothing. I Moshi i told my expierence to an other man. This man said that he knew Alex and that its not believed that Alex will refund me any money.

Thanks a lot to Richard from Jocky Tours for amazing experience being a part of Masai Mara and its wildlife we enjoyed 100%. We saw the national park in all its beauty, but also we got a lot of interesting information about animals, culture and country. Wonderful experience, skilled driver, beautiful nature and animal adventure!
Joseph was very accommodating with our ever changing schedule. My driver/guide, Ohdis, was very knowledgeable, engaging and entertaining. He has hawk eyes to find animals and afford you the time you want to enjoy yourself. To watch elephants, giraffes, zebras, etc. cross just feet in front of you was breathtaking. The wildebeest migration was a sight to see. You have to see it to believe it. And the big cats, ... go see for yourself! Wow! Also, Ohdis followed covid protection guidelines, without hindering the experience. The accommodations were part of the experience and were unique and comfortable. I enjoyed the tent experience, and lodges where wild life was visible from the room. Food was also very good! I highly recommend Mufasa and would book them again! Thanks for an u forgettable experience.

The best vacation of our lives
The safari was the best experience in our life. The accommodations were excellent and with the best sanitary measures against Covid19. The parks were completely empty of tourism and therefore we can consider that we had a completely exclusive safari for ourselves. The land cruiser was completely new and the guide was waiting to show us everything that we told him. Given the Covid 19 situation we can say that it was completely safe and I recommend that you do not stop making the trip because you will be safer than even in your countries of origin. Accommodations within the Serengeti are spectacular in every way. Thank you very much for the great experience and we hope to return soon.

Excellent Victoria Falls day trip
We were picked up from our hotel at 0730 and taken to the Zimbabwe/Botswana border crossing. From there we were taken to the Botswana Safari hotel to join a river cruise. While on the cruise we saw hippos, buffalo, crocodiles and impala. We skirted the border with Namibia. Upon our return, lunch was a delightful three courses with a soft drink at the hotel. Later in the afternoon we went by safari vehicle to Chobe National Park where we saw some elephants, buffalos, giraffe, hippos, impala and a group of baboons. Sadly, we didn't see any lions or other large cats which we were most excited to see.
We were quite thrilled at how the day was planned out for us: highly organised, professional and our guides were all keen to show us as much of their country and their wildlife as they could. We really enjoyed our day and would highly

Excellent experience with Fede as driver around Nairobi
Though we didn't go on safari with Fede Safaris, we did engage Federico to transport us for our week's travel around Nairobi. We had many meetings and people to see. Fede was totally reliable, pleasant and masterful at getting us where we needed to be. As the co-founder of the company, Federico, has years of experience in safari touring and is totally enthusiastic and knowledgeable about animals. He is extremely personable, dependable and FUN! His personality alone will guarantee a great experience.
Fede speaks English extremely well, even knowing American expressions and idioms. He also speaks fluent Italian, which is a huge asset for those of you who are coming from Italy."
