Roam Serengeti is the best
5/5

Mussa is fantastic, I can't emphasize this point enough. His knowledge of most every aspect of the environments through which his safaris travel is truly vast, but what sets him apart is his attention to the little details which arise, both within and beyond the safari's boundaries. As I planned our holiday, he assisted me in various ways not directly related to our safari; his help was given without hesitation, his advice was always well conceived, and I know our experience was far better for it. Leading up to our arrival, communication was available both via WhatsApp (with a bit of preplanning) and email, and his willingness to open various channels for communication, as well as his straightforward manner, soon dispelled some concerns which had arisen while attempting to correspond with other, less forthright operators. We camped in the Serengeti, which I highly recommend, not least for the addition to our small party of Puce (sp?), a camp chef of rare abilities; his fish curry was perhaps the best dish of our entire time in Tanzania. The cultural activities are recommended, but if you want to experience a true hunt you must be prepared for a full day which begins before daybreak. Later departures will be more of a hike which roam less far from the Hadzabe village (still well worth it, but far less likely to result in much beyond perhaps a bird). I can hardly believe, having begun the long process of sorting photos, what an extraordinary whirlwind of distinctive moments our short time with Mussa offered. Thank you, Mussa, more than I could ever convey.

Tanzania Safari: Northern Circuit - Absolutely brilliant
My family (mom, dad and brother) and I reached Tanzania on the 21st of December 2018 and booked an 8 day safari. We covered Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and saw a little bit of Lake Eyasi. We had a a fantastic time and this was the best vacation we had ever taken.
The Wild Secret Safari team is very accommodating, prompt with their responses and have very good knowledge and experience with wild life, plants included. Our guide was extremely friendly, very helpful and went above and beyond throughout the safari, often explaining animal behaviour, pointing out at birds and animals including the solitary leopard and the rare white rhinos. We got to see all the Big 5, the ugly 5, many species of birds as well as plants. We also visited the Hadzabe, Datoga and Masai tribes in order to understand their culture which was very unique and interesting. If you get Nathan as your guide, you are probably with the best guide in the Tanzania. His ability to spot animals even in the bush from a distance is amazing.
The communication/operations team are very prompt with their responses, and can tailor a safari according to your budget. Throughout the safari, we had very good accommodation and top class service, with everyone being friendly and greeting us with a smile. All in all a brilliant team of tanzanians who give the safari a personal touch and do their best in order to make sure every minute of your experience is memorable and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Wild Secret Safari to everyone planning on going to Tanzania for safari. They will make your experience a brilliant one and try their level best to make sure to show you all the wildlife there is to see in the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania.

About: Tanzania
One of the most amazing places on the planet.

5/5

My wife and I traveled to Tanzania for our honeymoon in August 2018. While we had high expectations for our trip, nearly every aspect of the trip exceeded those expectations. It’s one thing to read about Tanzania online, or view pictures of the wildlife you might encounter, but to be face-to-face with the animals on the Serengeti is indescribable. The people of the country were incredibly welcoming everywhere we went (not just in the tourist areas) and we cannot say enough about our guide. If you haven’t been to Tanzania we would highly recommend it. Shout out to Gosheni Safaris! They were amazing!

Kruger Park is the real deal
Overall rating
5/5

Staying in one of the Kruger park campsites was the best decision we could have made! The only thing separating us from the wildlife was an electric fence that surrounded the camp. Often we would just be leaving the park to begin our game drive and stumble across something right after getting out of the gate. The accommodations were excellent, with the option to camp in tents or sleep in an Air conditioned hut. Saw all the big 5 except for lions but we made up for it with a spectacular sighting of cheetahs.
