professionalism and meticulousness
5/5

A particularly unforgettable trip, our guides Ema and Gela showed professionalism and meticulousness in seven days, which left an extremely deep impression on me. Ema was reliable in his work and Gela was humorous, to the extent that I had a good impression of Tanzania. During these seven days, the two guides did their best to search for various difficult to see animals for us, professionally answering a series of questions about animals, and ensuring a delicious lunch in all weather conditions. Therefore, I sincerely recommend to others.

Exceptional
5/5

Africa Rebound Safaris superpower are its people. Up until this superb experience, I had never been a firm believer in procuring the services of an agency to organise one’s holidays. Lilian and team, recognising that we were traveling with a 4 year old, chose and organised for us the best experience in Maasai Mara national park and at the Kenyan coast. Africa Rebound Safaris driver/tour-guide was patient, super friendly and with an encyclopaedic knowledge about wild life. He knew just about every nook and cranny of the vast game park resulting in spotting 4 out of the 5 big five! The highlight was the surprise picnic in the wild that they organised on the last day of the tour. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.
We highly recommend African Rebound Safaris for your end-to-end travel plans.

Our tour operator was very friendly and we loved it. She was so sweet!

It was so beautiful. Our tour guide was a little bit lost, but the nature and the animals were breathtaking.

Our travels with Lion King Adventures exceeded all of our expectations.
5/5

From start to finish Lion King Adventures did a great job creating a trip just right for us. Caroline was very helpful with customizing our trip options to make the most of our time. We spent our first day with Tumaini and both he and our day were a delight. For the safari portion of our trip our guide was Immanuel and for future travelers to Tanzania I hope your safari guide will be as welcoming, knowledgeable and skilled. Each day Immanuel made sure to guide us to the most amazing wildlife experiences, once at a sighting he maneuvered our vehicle into the best positions. You need a good driver traveling the safari routes and Immanuel was exceptional. We feel so fortunate to have had this time in Tanzania and to have chosen the perfect outfit to entrust our arrangements to. We can't thank you all enough and we hope to travel with you again in the future.

Sam was knowledgeable about Ugqanda roads, lodges, wildlife -primates, mammels, and birds.
5/5

Sam, the proprietor of Primate Journeys Africa, was our driver and guide for most of our trip to Uganda, and his listening to our trip goals and following through made our excursion most enjoyable and educational. Sam not only had intimate familiarity of the roads, parks, tour possibilities, and lodges, he also shared his extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, which enhanced our experience tremendously. He willingly answered our inquiries on all subjects related to Ugandan history, economics, education, and development.
While all of the above alone would have made for a successful once-in-a-lifetime experience, his strong interpersonal skills were really the icing on the cake. I find it difficult to imagine that there could be a better organization to provide the greatly appreciated results of our trip.

A truly Satisfying Experience that offered value for money.

Suricata Safaris
I was initially hesitant about this trip but happy to say that my experience was exceptional. I Traveled with friends on a 2 nights, 3 days trip to Serengeti national park and Ngorongoro conservation area. Bryson was our very knowledgeable guide who was quick to give us detailed information about the different animals we encountered. He has excellent and safe driving skills and always ready to help other drivers on the trail. Bryson took us on trails where we saw lots of wildlife and had the most fun on the last day when we had an elephant visit our campsite.
James was our chef and one of the best chefs who could ‘conjure’ delicious food made from scratch under the most time constriction. Our food was served in presentable stainless ware, compared to others on the trail. Our campsites were clean and organized, though we had buffalos visit on second night at Ngorongoro.

Overall, it was a memorable experience and when I do return, I would definitely recommend booking with Suricata Safaris.

Perfect
5/5

We choose Kanje Grand Tours for our first safari trip in Tanzania and Zanzibar and we are absolutely happy about the full experience (from the booking assistance until the end of trip). Everything went as planned in the programme, all the accommodations were perfect, the safari guide was very experienced and he did his best to ensure us an unforgettable adventure. Definitely I’d recommend this agency to organize an amazing trip.

Reliable tour operator for a safari trip
5/5

What we booked: 10-day shared safari trip with mid-range accommodation (we were two people)
Communication: Salimu was my main point of contact from the start, he provided detailed itinerary and details on all accomodations. We have not seen him after the first day, but he was accessible via Whatsapp and responded very quickly to any questions. Friendly, good English, straightforward communication, he even gifted us a cake for our honeymoon! On the downside, I had to chase him daily to get the time to start and other details for the next day, and he told us a wrong time of pick up for the first day (6.30am instead of 8.30am) meaning that we didn't get enough of much needed rest after a long flight. Other people were guides and drivers, mostly outsourced because it was a 'shared' trip, some better than the others but ok on average.
Service: A couple of times we started safari rather late in the morning (11am), giving us lower chance to see animals, and it was mainly because of bad organization around provisions of water, lunch food and other supplies. Also the driver/guide for the main parks was not much talkative so 'guiding' part of his job was definitely weak. Otherwise the service was as expected.
Tour itself: we happened to visit Serengeti right after a storm and experienced a fair amount of rain in general. Spotting animals in lush green and after rain is harder and we ended up not seeing lepards and a rhino only far away, which is unfortunate, but somewhat expected with the season. We saw a cheetah, plenty of lions, elephants and other animals which was nice. The large parks are touristy even during the wet season, so expect multiple jeeps lined up to observe one anamal - you get a feeling of a zoo, only that the cages are not there. We had the last few days of 'cultural' safari where we visited different tribes to observe their way of life - this was my favorite part! It felt way less touristy and rather authentic, we also had a couple of good guides for those days who were knowledgeable and with the bachground from those tribes, so we could learn a lot.

Overall well organized with a highly motivated team without which we couldn't have reached summit!
5/5

It was an overall great experience. Our guides, the cooks and actually the entire support team did their best to makes us feel comfortable and as at home as possible. We were a bit unlucky and had rain almost every day, but somehow the team from Serengeti Tours managed too keep our tents almost dry, they even dug trenches around our tent each time. When we noticed a leak, they were quick to fix the problem.
The food was diverse and more than plenty :) when we had troubles due to the altitude, we could always count on our guides to help us. Whether with medicine, by easing our backpacks or with a few anecdotes to lift our spirits.

Only downside for us: we reached the summit a bit too early and had to leave because of the cold before sunrise. However, the sunrise at Stella Point was still amazing and this was really the only thing, which wasn't perfect.

On the ride home the guys sang in the bus and it was such a great mood. One of our hightlights on the trip :)

As an advice to anybody reading so far: Consider renting your private toilet, we didn't have it, but we often wished for it^^
