All my trip with Lochinvar Safaris was amazing !
I travelled with Lochinvar Safaris in September 2023. Mark provided me with lots of activities and tours and made my trip exceptional. He is very professional and loves his job. He is not in it for the money, his priority is to make the customer happy with their trip. Thanks to him, I was able to visit the Busanga Plains and see around twenty lions, leopards, crocodiles... I also went to the Lower Zambezi where we did a Sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, which was exceptional. I also visited Lusaka, Livingstone and Victoria Falls. Thanks to Lochinvar Safaris, I was also able to visit Botswana and Zimbabwe and everything was amazing. Thank you Mark for this adventure, and I wish you all the best for the future.

I thing it was a good decision for me to have chosen this package to do something new.Something I'd never done before. I recommemd it to all who want to experience another kind of tourism atractions that only include beaches or cultural attractions as for example traveling to Europe. Try it. It worths it.

3-day safari to Nyerere National Park
We booked the 3-day safari to Nyerere National Park. We started our safari from Dar es Salaam and drove to national park on first day. Drive to national park was about 200km but was very time-consuming because of the road conditions (it had been rainy days before). Once we arrived to our accommodation we had a little break and after that dinner (all meals tasted good and had vegetarian option). On second day we had car safari in national park and after that boat safari. We saw crocodiles, zebras, hippos, wildebeests, buffaloes, hyenas, giraffes and many colourful birds. Because we had a group of 15 people we had three cars with pop-up roof (every car had 7 seats + driver seat). Third day was a drive back to Dar es Salaam. The drivers were especially eager and knowledgeable: throughout the safari and the road, they noticed animals and birds and explained their sex, lifestyle, diet, etc. Our driver name was Silas who was very friendly and smart (it was obvious that he himself has a deep interest in the animal kingdom). If you book the safari through Golden rips Tanzania I would really recommend asking for Silas to be your driver:) Also read the itinerary thoroughly: some safaris start from different locations also visit their website for more information. The communication with the company was also very fast and pleasant.

Lovely, caring and well prepared operator
We had a lovely safari and a lot of stunning impressions.
Fiona sent us an itineary very soon after texting her and convinced us with her fast answers via whatsapp.
We felt safe and comfortable all the time, because for her it was also important to be in contact with us during the safari- at least a quick message that we were good!
We have to mention, that compared to the other operators from our group safari Fiona was the operator which took most care of their customers! Thank you Fiona for such an unforgettable safari!

The charm of Africa still virgin in the company of Kajie Safaris
My 6 days in Uganda followed by Kaje Safaris. In a short time, but full of strong emotions, I had a beautiful image of Uganda, thanks above all to the experience and professionalism of Kajie through my guide (now friend) Colly. From mountain gorillas, to the safari in Queen Elizabeth Park, up to the pursuit of chimpanzees and, finally, a river excursion which completed the observation of the big five. I was lucky enough, thanks to the experience of the guide, to see 4 big ones in a single day. Lions, hippos, African elephants (the largest in the world) and the very rare leopard. In addition to the fauna and the fabulous landscapes, I cannot help but say that the friendliness of the people and their gratitude touched my heart and I am already thinking of returning to Uganda as soon as possible.
To conclude, I would like to recommend Kajie Safaris for their professionalism, seriousness and preparation. They make sure you don't lack anything and satisfy every request. I couldn't have chosen better.

Honest, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly.
Honestly, it was a little daunting at first sending thousands of dollars over the internet to a company we'd not heard of and hoping that someone would be waiting for us at Nairobi airport with a holiday organised for us.

Sarah, Geoffrey and the team were amazing. They went above and beyond to organise the perfect honeymoon for us, being flexible at every stage as we adjusted our itinerary.
