I can only recommend choosing Terrain Tanzania. I travelled with my mother and Brother and we were very happy with everything. I had inquired about a dozen operators before and not only was Terrain Tanzania the best value for money but also George was the most responsive and adapted the tour to our needs and wishes. We went for a mid-range safari but it honestly felt like a luxury vacation. We had the special request of organizing a cross-border safari because I wanted to include Kenias Amboseli Park in the itinerary for the views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Most tour operators declined this request from the beginning but Terrain Tanzania was happy to organize this as well. We were very happy with our tour guides as well who were knowledgeable and super nice. It quickly felt more like traveling with a friend instead of a stranger. I’m glad we chose Terrain Tanzania and would recommend anyone to do the same!

We had an excellent time and were well looked after on this adventure.
We had an excellent 4 day, 3 night adventure in the Masai Mara and Nakuru national parks. We were happy to have paid the extra money for a private tour and the 4x4 vehicle was well worth the extra cost. We saw all the things we wanted to see, and got some beautiful photos and had all positive experiences.
Our safari guide and drive Zack was excellent and really helped make our trip memorable. He was 100% on our program and we felt like he added a ton of value to our experience. His knowledge of Masai Mara, but also how to find animals and where to go at what times of day was invaluable. We were the first folks to see things so often, it was outstanding.
We also paid extra to stay in accommodation inside the park boundaries and felt that was money well spent. The company communicated clearly using WhatsApp and our trip was excellent.

Fantastic customer service from Nelly. You did a great job with itinerary planning and covered all the places I requested. The itinerary was planned in a way minimizing the travel time while covering more places and options. You made everything easy with prompt efficient follow-up to our requests and all went smoothly and without a hitch, meaning we could relax and enjoy our holiday.

Very efficient, helpful and friendly
The communication before the trip was excellent, and Manuel arranged a very good itinerary to suit our needs. Our guide, Likhwa, was excellent and made sure everything ran smoothly. We loved the Dinner cruise on the Zambezi...a lovely start to the holiday. The Victoria Falls experience was amazing. The drive to Hwange National park was very interesting and our stay in Hwange Safari Lodge was superb..we only wish we could have stayed longer. An excellent trip which I definitely would recommend

Fabulous
enjoyed an abreathtaking 3days safari at maasai mara just the other day...our driver/ guide was super knowledgeable, dedicated to giving us the best experience and also making sure that I see all the Big five wild animals ie Elephant, Rhino,Lion, Buffalo. Thanks to Brigid for arranging this.

Delightful
I really enjoyed the experience and I have to say a lot of this was due to our driver Albert who was so accommodating and happy to adapt the tour to the needs of the group. He had great energy, very kind and was always saving other tour groups when stuck in mud or experiencing mechanical issues. Only feedback would be maybe giving more information on safari about the animals. The accommodation was link too. Saw all the animals we were hoping to see too.
