Exemplary… could not have been happier!
The hotel is beautiful. It is very tastefully decorated and relaxing. The food and the service in the dining room was top notch. There was a delicious variety of food appealing to many tastes. I often choose the vegetarian option and was never disappointed. The safari rangers Jordon and Witness were fantastic. We easily saw the big 5 in the first few days. They were very knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Fantastic Safari Operator, Exceeded our expectations!
We visited Kenya for the third time one and a half weeks ago & I must first say, we absolutely love the country! We had contacted several companies to help us in our travel plans and fortunately, Precious Memories Safaris was the first to get back to us. Purity, our contact person was always quick to respond and we finally settled on the 10 days Kenya Tanzania Safari since we also wanted to visit Tanzania. She made sure all our hotel, transport and domestic flights bookings went smoothly & in short made our entire safari experience very pleasant.
Martin, our driver guide in Kenya, was amazing and went out of his way to ensure we got the best wildlife sightings. He was calm, professional & friendly. He was definitely one of the best guides we ever had in our life. On the other hand, Charles in Tanzania was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscape and within the first day, we we’re able to spot all the big five within the first day of our Tanzania safari. All the accommodation options we chose we’re very beautiful. They had proper sockets & USB chargers for simplicity & they had essential oil toiletries & hot water bottles. Sarova Mara Game Camp & Acacia Central Serengeti Camp even had feminine hygiene products which shows they think of all of their client's needs. Things like that show they pay attention. And in Tulia Camp, when we went for dinner, they had run out of food. But immediately, they asked what we wanted to eat and the chef made it, and gave us drinks. When we went to pay for the drink, they didn't let us because we had to wait for the food. We completely didn't mind and insisted that we pay. But they refused because they said it is their job to make sure each guest is looked after. It's the proactive details and attitude like that which makes a difference.
Precious Memories is the best company we have ever worked with. My friends & I are planning a safari again in 2025 and we will definitely reach out to them again.

We have a great time in Kenia and Tanzania.
Everything works. We received a message from Vincent every day whether everything was ok or if we had any questions.
Our guide Anthony was wonderful he knows so much about the animals and have everytime an answer.
The transfer to Tanzania goes without any problems.

Amazing experience, great tour guide
We went on a 3 day safari. Our absolute highlight was Ngorongoro Crater. Beautiful landscape and lots of animals - lions, elephants, rhinos, hyenas, flamingos, zebras, wilderbeasts and much more. Our tour guide Erasto was full of experience and stories about the wildlife. He was great and an absolute professional. We can absolutely recommend this tour operator.

From the airport pick-up to drop off, attention was paid to every little detail of our trip. Before our safari we had several online meetings to convey our likes, dislikes and expectations. The safari was a dream come true from the great accommodations to the lovely lunch with a nice bottle of wine to the ultimate experience of seeing the big five during our visit to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. We will forever treasure the amazing time we spent with Lucas, who was not only a very knowledgeable guide about flora and fauna but also about the cultural diversity of Tanzania. Amazing tour operator - Fiona took such great care of us!!!
My husband and I went on a 4-day/3-night budget safari tour. Fiona was super communicative, and answered all our questions leading up to the trip. She upgraded us from a van to a 4x4 jeep for an additional amount, which was super appreciated! Last minute we asked for an upgrade on our lodging - from a tented camp to a lodge - and she was able to help us out! We had a blast in this trip, the shared tour with other people in the jeep made it all the more fun! The value of what we paid for compared to what we received was EXCELLENT! Fiona made us feel at ease the entire time, so accommodating to our every need! She even treated us for breakfast before we headed to meet the jeep. Thanks Fiona, we’ll be back!

Lake Mburu National Park tour
